Arriving at the trailhead, we followed the leader to do a warm-up and were about to start our activities for the day.

Arriving at the fork in the road between the waterway and the dry road, we chose to take the dry road up the mountain. The trees here were exceptionally dense, their branches and leaves interwoven into a thick shade that shielded us from the scorching sun, leaving only a refreshing coolness. Even the breeze carried the refreshing scent of grass and trees.
