With anticipation, we arrived at the Tongchuan Museum, and then with the warm explanation of the tour leader, we slowly started the tour of the first stop and immersed ourselves in the stories here.

Our visit to the Tongchuan Museum concludes, and we'll continue to Tongchuan City. Lunch is optional, but a reminder: lunch is one hour long, and you must return to your bus after the hour. We recommend you allocate your time between ordering and eating to ensure you're back on time.

With the industrial memories of Wangsh'ao Coal Mine still fresh in our minds, let's head to our next stop: Chenlu Ancient Town! This next destination is a great place to experience the thousand-year-old art of pottery firsthand. As we stroll through the ancient town, even the streets beneath our feet are paved with porcelain tiles. Take your time and stroll through the town, soaking in the unique charm of this ancient porcelain.

Arrive at Chenlu Ancient Town and follow your guide to experience how its millennia-old ceramic civilization blends with mountain life, creating a unique "pottery wonderland" rarely found elsewhere. Hailed as a "living fossil of ancient Eastern ceramic production," this ancient town continues the legacy of the Yaozhou Kiln through its legendary millennia-long furnaces. Its architectural wonders, woven from pots forming walls, porcelain slabs paving roads, and overlapping cave dwellings, create a three-dimensional scroll of ceramic culture. (You can also try your hand at making pottery.)

As the kiln fires of Chenlu Ancient Town faded into the distance, it was time to return to Xi'an. This day, we'd touched the textures of ancient porcelain, listened to stories of the coal mines, and experienced the hidden charm of this small town. Now we're off! May everyone rest well on their way back, taking home these unique memories of Tongchuan. We also look forward to more opportunities to explore more of the wonders of the city in the future.
