One day trip at Tha tien, Bangkok

Had the best little one-day trip around Tha Tien, one of my favorite spots in Bangkok. I started the day at Wat Arun, and it was absolutely stunning. The temple’s details up close are just wow—and the view from the top? So worth the climb.

After that, I hopped on a short boat ride across the river to visit Wat Pho. The vibe there was peaceful and calm, and the Reclining Buddha was even bigger than I imagined. I took my time walking around, soaking in the beauty of this place.

I also found a cute café by the river. It had the perfect view of Wat Arun. It got nice drinks and dessert. Super relaxing and such a nice way to wrap up the trip.

Tha Tien has everything—beautiful temples, river views, and cozy cafés—all within walking (or boating) distance. It’s such a good escape for a chill day in Bangkok.
