I've summarized my previous trip, where I cycled the Shimanami Kaido in two days and one night. ◎

It was the first time I'd ever cycled that long!

Those with good stamina might be able to complete the whole trip in one day, but for those who don't exercise regularly, I definitely recommend doing it over two days or more.🤞🏻

I haven't been exercising much since I started working, so even two days was extremely challenging.😂

Still, it was so much fun to cycle the entire way, stopping off at roadside stations and shops along the way.💖

I definitely want to do it again! It was a great experience.🌸
