Hainan Chicken Rice is a dish created by the immigrants from Hainan the Southern part of China.

Now, it is famous in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and even I encountered today in Bandung, Indonesia. It is located on the 2nd floor of Riau Junction Shopping Center.

I order a set of Hainan Rice with roasted chicken and a fried Kailan. As you can see in the picture I shared, the portion of Fried Kailan is huge, maybe to much a solo traveler like me. 😂
