A very delicious Italian restaurant in Emsphere mall
We came at noon on Friday and the restaurant was full of people.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with a green theme

The menu we ate was
🍕Bianca's Funghi i Speck Pizza
It's a pizza with ham and mushrooms. It tastes a bit salty, soft dough, and lots of cheese.
🥑Salmon Tartar & Avocado
I personally like this dish the most. The taste is perfectly balanced.
It's salmon and avocado with a bit of a sour taste😋
🥫Bianca's Lasagna
This comes as a hot plate. It's lasagna with bread on top and a thick sauce. It's beautiful to take pictures of.
🥩 Beef Tartar & Rocket
This dish is also delicious. It's fresh meat served with salad.
🍘 Truffle Arancini
Another dish I really like. The truffle sauce is very fragrant. The round pieces are stuffed with rice inside. Super delicious 😋
🥓Burrata Tomato & Parma
This is oozing Burrata cheese, eaten with Parma ham and tomatoes. It goes together really well.
🍪Caramello Biscotto
The bottom is a cookie, topped with oozing caramel. It's a great photo opportunity.
☕️Bianca's Tiramisu
Everyone who comes to this restaurant recommends ordering this dish. The special thing is the coffee aroma. You can feel the strong coffee.

You won't be disappointed if you come to this restaurant. All the food is delicious.
