My first time eating Sichuan style Chinese food. I couldn't resist the craze, so I decided to try it at "TAI ER Suancai & Fish", a famous restaurant from China with over 600 branches worldwide.

The signature menu is pickled cabbage fish soup for 668.-
The fish is very fresh, the soup is well-rounded, a little spicy, and fragrant with Chinese spices. We ordered the smallest size for 2-3 people and added tofu skin for 50.-. It was served on a very large plate. There were 5 of us and we could hardly finish it.

Sichuan stir-fried green beans for 218.-
This dish was amazing. I really liked it. The green beans were a little crispy and very fragrant. The pork was a bit salty. It was just right when eaten with rice. I was very impressed with this dish.

Spicy Beef Slices for 258.-
Even though it's called spicy salad, it's not as spicy as in our country. The meat is not very fatty but not tough either.
