Stepping into Bangkok's Pratunam Temple feels like entering a timeless sanctuary. The solemn Buddha statue stands in the center of the main hall, with golden light streaming in from the windows, adding a touch of sacred warmth to the entire space. Inside the temple, devotees quietly kneel, hands clasped in prayer, reciting peaceful wishes, as if each word is filled with devotion and hope.
I strolled through the courtyard, admiring the intricately carved pagodas and the golden-edged eaves. Occasionally, a gentle breeze would bring the sound of bells, calming the mind. In one corner of the courtyard, a lotus pond reflected the blue sky, with blooming lotuses swaying gently, mirroring the illusion and reality of the world. At this moment, the bustling Bangkok seemed far away, leaving only tranquility and Zen in the heart.
Leaving Pratunam Temple, I felt a sense of peace and contentment. This temple allows one to realize the tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle, providing a moment of rest and solace for the soul.
