Homemade Bagel Cafe in Prachuen Village

A homemade bagel cafe hidden in Prachuen Village. Some days, the pastries sell out within the first 3 hours!

The cafe is adorably decorated with an auntie owner who makes the bagels herself and an uncle who prepares drinks for customers. The mood is amazing, and the bagels are truly delicious. The shop is called DOUGH A LOT.

The place is really beautiful, every corner is perfect for photos, with a cozy front garden vibe. The cafe is small with only a few tables. The owners make everything themselves, and all the bagel recipes are homemade. Each menu item is served hot.

I ordered a lot, and it was really delicious. Starting with:

Crab Stick Romesco & Ebiko 165.- Bagel with crab stick, shrimp roe, and a fragrant, rich sauce. The bagel is very chewy and soft, made just right—not too tough, perfect for enjoyable chewing.

Red Bean Butter Pretzel 155.- Pretzel filled with red bean and butter, super delicious. The dough is great, the red bean isn’t too sweet, and biting into it reveals juicy butter.

Bagel plain 55.- As mentioned, their bagels aren’t too chewy. Best eaten hot.

Bagel cheese & jalapeno 75.- This one has a slight saltiness from the cheese and pickled jalapenos that add a mild sour and spicy kick.

Both the Bagel plain and Bagel cheese & jalapeno go well with Plain cream cheese 30.- which has a slightly salty cheese aroma, perfect with bagels, and Berry cream cheese 40.- which is tangy, sweet, and very fragrant.
