Fast Tracking in Bangkok

Pre-covid times, the airlines will present you a special ticket to use the fast immigration track at Suvarnabhumi Airport. I arrived in Bangkok in May (post-covid) and the airlines did not provide the special ticket. They also did not inform about the fast track entitlements. In any case, I just went to the fast track entrance and presented my boarding pass to skip the queue. Not all boarding passes can use the fast track so it is better to check and reconfirm it. In short, most business class boarding passes are able to use the fast track.
