Peking Duck: The Crown Jewel
No visit to Beijing is complete without tasting the legendary Peking Duck. This dish, known for its crispy skin and tender meat, has been a staple of Beijing cuisine since the imperial era.
For a taste of traditional Beijing cuisine, we headed to mutton hotpot. This dish, featuring thinly sliced mutton cooked in a flavorful broth, is perfect for sharing with family and friends. The combination of fresh ingredients and rich broth made for a comforting and satisfying meal.
We also tried the unique donkey burger, which were surprisingly delicious with their savory filling and flaky crust.
