A simple and warm emotional prop shop ‘Gagehana’ that I stumbled upon while walking through the alleys of Bongnae-dong, Yeongdo.

As the name suggests, it is a really small and cozy space,
but the moment you enter, the emotional posters, handwritten postcards, and ceramic props catch your eye.

The interior of the shop is not large,
but it is full of props that are full of the artist’s emotions,
so I didn’t realize how much time had passed while looking around.

There were many delicate emotional items that ‘hit my taste’, such as handmade key rings, cloth bags, embroidered picture frames, and glass cups,
and the arrangement of the items that seemed to have been personally selected was so pretty that it made me want to take pictures📸

The owner was also quiet and kind,
so it was a place where I could look around without feeling pressured,
and each prop had a story,
so I could choose ‘something that left a lasting impression’ rather than ‘just because it was pretty.’

When you need a quiet emotional recharge while walking around Yeongdo,
'Gagwana' is a must-visit point :)
