This morning, after the market closed, I took my wife and daughter to Chonburi.

I found this coffee shop while researching PARAGON ice hockey online and was impressed by the atmosphere.

Luckily, I visited on a weekday afternoon, so the shop was quite crowded with many girls checking in and taking photos.

This shop offers a variety of specialty matcha blends, often infused with fruits and flowers. I ordered a lightly roasted matcha from Nan Province, Thailand. The flavor was intense from fermentation, with a slight acidity and a slight sweetness aftertaste. The aftertaste was still distinctly Thai (and it disappeared after the drink was finished [😂😂]).
