Nami Island

Nami Island is also one of the must-see attractions in Seoul. It is a small island in Chuncheon City, Gangwon Province, South Korea. It is located 63 kilometers east of Seoul and faces Gapyeong-eup, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province across the Bukhan River.

Nami Island is a crescent-shaped island formed by the flooding of the river when the Cheongpyeong Reservoir was built in 1944. Many South Korean idol dramas have been filmed here. The most well-known one is "Winter Sonata" starring Bae Yong-joon and Choi Ji-woo in 2002.

It takes about 2-3 hours to walk around the island. Visitors can also rent bicycles for free🚲. The most special thing is that you can enjoy different scenery in different seasons when you come to Nami Island👍🏻
