Autumn in Nami - Autumn in my heart

Just over an hour from Seoul, Namiseom is one of the must-see destinations in Korea, especially in the autumn.

We visited Korea in late October when the fall foliage in Seoul hadn't yet reached its peak. We decided to go to Nami Island to fully experience the autumn colors, and it was an amazing trip. The whole island in late October transforms into a vibrant canvas of yellow, orange, and red hues.

👉How to get there: Take the ITX-Cheongchun train from Yongsan Station (Seoul) to Gapyeong Station (about 1 hour). From Gapyeong Station, take a short taxi ride or the Gapyeong City Tour Bus to the ferry terminal. Since we had three people, we called a taxi to get to the ferry terminal.

👉What to see: Tree-lined paths, Ginkgo Tree Lane, Metasequoia Road, and Maple Tree Lane.

👉Recommended activities: Picnicking, biking, and enjoying a BBQ lunch.

👉Recommended visit duration: Spend one full day to fully enjoy the trip.
