Fukuoka's Best Spot for Cuttlefish Sashimi! UOKURA

Located on the 2nd floor of Miyako Hotel

As it's a Japanese restaurant within a hotel, the atmosphere is very clean and pleasant. It has a luxurious vibe.

Even without a reservation, we were able to get a table, and they kindly guided us to our seats.

It was my first time trying cuttlefish sashimi, and the more I chewed, the sweeter it tasted. It was a unique flavor and absolutely delicious. The sushi was also incredibly tasty!

We ordered eggplant dishes and roll sushi, and the eggplant dish was truly amazing. It seemed to have miso on it, and wow... it had an addictive flavor!

When you order cuttlefish sashimi, they fry the legs for you, and this was also incredibly delicious! A real treat! 😊
