Compared to botanical gardens, I prefer spending a free day at South China Agricultural University.
Today, I want to share with you South China Agricultural University in Guangzhou! This university, with its century-old history, exudes a vibrant vitality through every flower and blade of grass on its campus.
As you step into the campus, the vast lawns immediately captivate you 😍. The interplay of sunlight, tree shadows, and green grass creates a picturesque scene, perfect for relaxing or lying down. The tree-lined avenues stretch endlessly, and the lakes and wetlands are steeped in the essence of spring, so beautiful that you can't take your eyes off them. Strolling through the campus instantly brings back memories of university days. The greenery reflected through the cafeteria's glass windows makes for stunning photos, making it an ideal spot for photography or leisure! Spring is the perfect time to visit South China Agricultural University!
Here are a few must-visit spots:
1️⃣ Bamboo Sea Lawn
Also known as the "Teaching Building No. 3 Lawn," located in front of the Food Science College. It's perfect for picnics and incredibly photogenic.
2️⃣ Yuehan Road
This road resembles the Bodhi Street in Mangshi, with an excellent sense of depth, making it a great spot for photography.
3️⃣ West Garden Second Floor Cafeteria
The vibrant spring scenery reflected through the glass windows creates a perfect ambiance, making it a popular photo spot.
📍 Location: South China Agricultural University
🚇 Transportation: Exit A of Wushan Metro Station
🕐 Reservation: You need to book in advance via the Xiao🍊 app to enter the campus.
👉 Tips:
✅ The campus is quite large, so it's recommended to rent a shared electric bike for easier exploration.
✅ After entering the campus, head left along the road. You'll see a pavilion by the lake, and just past it is the lawn. The West Garden Cafeteria is also not far from the lawn.
