From what I have found out, Vietnamese egg coffee or Cà phê trứng is a Vietnamese drink made from egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk, and robusta coffee. The egg yolks are beaten with sugar and condensed milk, then the coffee is extracted, followed by "egg cream" (warmed and beaten egg yolks). We ordered cold egg coffee. We were a bit hesitant because we don't eat raw eggs, but we tried it. Hey, it goes well together. It's a bit sweet and creamy, but a bit fishy. It's a nice change when mixed with coffee.
