📍Location: Near Sham Shui Po D2 Station, about a ten-minute walk towards the hospital.
🏠Environment: Decorated in dark brown wood, with a Japanese-style red lantern hanging from the facade. The square interior features a sushi bar at one end, with wooden booths and old Japanese posters covering the surrounding walls, creating a nostalgic atmosphere.
🤵🏻Service: Orders are taken manually, and staff will recommend air-flown sashimi and sake for a surcharge.
🍽️Dinner: Serves a variety of Japanese dishes, a la carte only.
🥢Tangyang Pond Fish🐟BB $68
The fried appetizer was crispy and delicious. This is my second time having it.
🥢Sashimi Assortment $284
Includes large, plump, and tender Japanese oysters from Hyogo Prefecture 🦪 ($66/piece); straw-smoked bonito 🐟 $98/three-cut, slightly cooked on the outside, medium-rare, and very tender 😙; and thick-cut tuna and hamachi, tender and fluffy.
🥢Tamagaki Mentaiko $88
Thick tamagoyaki mentaiko 🥚 is wrapped in savory mentaiko, creating a soft and smooth texture. It has an eggy aroma and a hint of wine 🤩, perhaps because they use wine to cook it. It's unique and instantly addictive ❤️!
🥢Roppongi Secret Beef $198
The staff first lights the fire to draw out the fat from the beef, leaving it crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. 🥩 It's cooked to medium rare, with a rich, oily aroma, a hint of tenderness, and a rich, juicy texture. 💦 Paired with a salad, it's a great way to cut through the greasiness. 😌
🥢Sea Bream Soup Inaniwa Udon $168
The hot, spicy, milky-white broth, served in a stone pot, delivers a rich fishy flavor. 🤩 It's not fishy at all, with a hint of sweetness. It comes with shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, and other toppings, while the fish remains tender and not at all dry. 😍 Paired with the bouncy Inaniwa Udon, it's a delicious combination. 😋
🥤Green Tea Soda $35
It tastes like boba soda, but the color has changed to green. 🤣
🥤Sakura Soda $35
Pink soda.
