Eating in Hung Hom | Have Another Bowl of Cart Noodles | Must-Try Traditional Authentic Cart Noodles

Everyone loves it. Recently tried a place with pretty good quality.

"Have Another Bowl of Cart Noodles" in Hung Hom has a history of over 40 years, and its traditional authentic flavor is worth cherishing.

Order first upon entering the shop, with up to 15 noodle base options to choose from. I chose sweet potato vermicelli, while Shrimp Cake picked the oil noodles, a must-have for cart noodles.

There are also many choices of toppings.

So many options, I referred to the top ten "Must-Try Recommendations" on the wall.

Eating noodles under the big belly of the panda.

My cart noodles had pig ears, pickled vegetables, oyster sauce premium shiitake mushrooms, beef tendon, premium cuttlefish balls, and water spinach.

The oyster sauce premium shiitake mushrooms truly live up to the "Must-Try Recommendation," braised to perfection, thick and tender.

Pig ears are not a common cart noodle topping, so I definitely didn’t miss out. The thinly sliced pig ears were generous in portion and had a crunchy texture.

Shrimp Cake’s cart noodles had famous spicy squid, curry fish balls, pork skin, beef tripe, pig blood, oyster sauce premium shiitake mushrooms, and chives. Highly recommend the crunchy beef tripe and residue-free chives.

Usually, I always add a soda when eating cart noodles, but Have Another Bowl offers a healthier drink option: homemade water chestnut sugarcane drink, chilled enough to be very refreshing in the hot summer, with a rich flavor that’s not too sweet, very tasty.
