As a seafood lover, this experience fully met all my expectations.
Seafood & Sashimi
The chilled seafood section offers a wide selection, including cod-field crab legs, king crab, white shrimp, blue mussels, and jade whelks. The cod-field crab legs are particularly noteworthy, with their plump and sweet texture.
The sashimi section is also of exceptional quality, offering a variety of options, including salmon, sea bream, Argentinian red shrimp, and tuna.
Hot Dishes & Specialties
The Boston lobster poached in cream, butter, and white wine in the hot food section is a must-try. The lobster meat absorbs the aroma of the white wine and butter, resulting in a rich yet non-greasy texture. Chinese seafood dishes like black pepper crab meat and steamed shrimp with sticky rice in a bamboo basket with Hua Diao sauce are also standouts.
The abalone and scallops in the robatayaki section are cooked fresh, creating an alluring aroma.
Meat & Desserts
The grilled whole grain-fed ribeye and grilled lamb saddle are excellent.
The dessert area features Häagen Dazs ice cream, a chocolate fountain, and a variety of cakes and pastries, perfecting the seafood feast.
