Although you can now leave the country freely, not everyone can fly at the drop of a hat. If you want to go back and forth to Thailand, you have to think about it 😮💨 but if you can't fly, you can eat a few bowls of authentic Thai boat noodles to satisfy your addiction 😆
Recently, a small boat noodle shop opened at K11 Tsuen Wan. In addition to using Thai imported ingredients and spices, there are also Northern Thai chefs. The shop also retains the characteristics of traditional Thai boat noodles "small bowl".
🇹🇭Traditional Small Boat Noodles ($56/3 bowls; extra $30/2 bowls)
7 ingredients: Thai fishballs, duck blood, Thai pork meatballs, Thai beef balls, Thai sticky rice, American beef slices, secret Thai pork neck
4 kinds of soup: boat soup, clear soup, spicy soup, tom yum soup
3 kinds of noodle base: rice flour, Phnom Penh flour, rice flour
I ordered a total of 5 bowls of boat noodles to share with my friends, choosing Thai fishballs, duck blood, Thai sticky rice and secret Thai pork neck. Each bowl of boat noodles has fried pork skin and onion, of which I like the pork neck, rich and slightly browned, refreshing taste, other ingredients are normal;
🇹🇭Authentic Thai Hainanese Chicken ($118/half)
The chef first cooked 3 pounds of three-yellow chicken, cooled the river and then dipped, eat the skin is fragrant and smooth, the fat and lean moderate, dipping sauce and eat very tasty, looks more handsome to even the next table saw praised, recommended 👍🏻
🇹🇭Thai Specialty Snack Platter ($98)
The platter has shrimp cake, fish cake, fried chicken dates and spring rolls. The shrimp cake is bouncy and has a shrimp flavour; the fried chicken dates are very crispy; the fish cake is spiced and quite unique, but unfortunately the spring rolls are sold out and can't be eaten😮💨
🇹🇭Lime Soda (with meal +$12)
🇹🇭Iced Thai Milk Tea (with meal +$8)
Lime soda is refreshing and thirst-quenching. The milk tea has a stronger tea flavour, sweeter than Hong Kong-style milk tea.
