🇹🇷Istanbul Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia🕌A healing square view

#Overseas travel

The Sultan Ahmet Mosque, aka the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia in Istanbul are really impressive temples. When you stand in the wide Sultan Square, the mosque's blue tiles sparkle and look really cool. I didn't go inside, but I could feel its grandeur just from the outside. Hagia Sophia is right across from them, so you can see them both. Hagia Sophia itself has great historical significance, and its quiet atmosphere is another charm.

When entering the mosque, you must dress neatly, and women must cover their heads. If you are wearing short clothes, you must wear a free scarf or cape provided at the entrance. It is a place of worship, so be quiet!
There were a lot of people sitting around Sultan Square, and I felt a relaxed atmosphere. Both are worth visiting, so it would be nice to have a drink at a nearby cafe and look around!
