Looking back on 2023…

I had the privilege of travelling 9 times in 2023, and my most memorable trip would have to be my visit to Japan. Specifically Osaka and Kobe.

It was a trip with my family, and family time spent in your 20s is way more precious and sacred than ever before. Having to juggle between school and work commitments diminishes the time I could spend with my family in 2023. Hence, I am grateful that my close-knit family caught up on some bonding time this trip.

The weather wasn’t the most enjoyable for me. The cold wind was sometimes unbearable, but the amazing experiences made up for it.

How could I miss out on USJ, Osaka? We took the Hollywood Backdrop ride and 830am and that was the most thrilling and adrenaline filled ride ever. (Could possibly be bcos I skipped out on my coffee that day while rushing out LOL)

Kobe had really good beef (duh) but I might have had the most delicious, most tender beef at this place. I don’t have the exact location because my dad booked it, but if you are keen to try it, drop me a comment and I’m happy to send you the location!

In 2024, I would love to visit more places of course, preferably hotter climates because I am currently in Korea (battling the sub zero climate). Couple of destinations on my list include Langkawi, Cebu, Maldives, Hanoi and Bangkok!
