This time, I chose the omakase for dinner. I started with a refreshing salad and fresh seafood. The scallops and clams cleansed my palate. The stir-fried seafood that followed had a smoky flavor that blended beautifully with the sweetness of the vegetables, and the beef brisket dish was tender and savory. The meat and vegetables served with the warm broth for the main course were richly flavored, and the rice dishes and desserts flowed seamlessly, demonstrating the perfection of the course. Enjoying each bite with the ocean view was a satisfying experience, both in atmosphere and taste.
