Reverse travel is amazing! This geometric wonder in western Zhejiang has autumn colors so beautiful they leave you speechless! Travel guide included

Just hearing the name "Jianglang Mountain" already gives off a hardcore martial arts vibe! This autumn visit definitely did not disappoint. There are no crowds of tourists here, only three towering giant stone peaks, surrounded by colorful autumn forests, forming a visually striking geometric masterpiece. It's confirmed—this is a seriously underrated treasure spot!

🧗 Themed route options: Hiking route vs Leisure route
If you are a hiking enthusiast, I highly recommend the "Brave Challenge Route": Scenic area entrance → Kaiming Zen Temple → Xiake Pavilion → One Line Sky (the best in the country!) → Dengtianping → Langfeng Tianyou (cliffside with breathtaking views). This route is very physically demanding, but the summit scenery is absolutely worth it.
If you prefer a relaxed photo tour, the "Artistic Autumn Viewing Route" suits you better: Scenic area entrance → Shibajiu → Kaiming Zen Temple → Xiake Pavilion → One Line Sky (stop here, no need to climb to the top). This route is easy and gentle, perfect for admiring the majestic three stone peaks from different angles and the brilliant autumn leaves at the mountain base.

✅ Must-see highlights
✅ One Line Sky: This must be the top priority! Praised by geologists as "the best One Line Sky in the country," walking through it, the towering rock walls on both sides reach the clouds, leaving only a narrow strip of sky. On a clear autumn afternoon, the light and shadow effects are stunning.
✅ Langfeng Tianyou: The view from the summit is incredibly expansive, offering a panoramic view of Jiangshan City's autumn colors, the rolling mountains, and winding rivers. All the climbing effort feels worthwhile!
✅ Xiake Pavilion: One of the best spots to photograph the full panorama of Jianglang Mountain, especially in the afternoon with the sun behind you, where the three stone peaks look particularly majestic against the golden autumn leaves.

⚠️ Pitfall warnings and helpful tips
Before hiking, be sure to assess your physical condition. The plank road at Langfeng Tianyou is very steep and a huge challenge for the knees, so elderly people and children should be cautious. Food and water options on the mountain are limited and expensive, so it’s recommended to bring some snacks and drinking water. For soft lighting photos, visit One Line Sky in the morning and shoot panoramas at Xiake Pavilion in the afternoon. Tickets for the scenic area and shuttle bus are mandatory; private cars cannot enter the core area.

🏡 Accommodation and food
You can stay in Jiangshan city, where there are many hotels with good value and convenient dining options. If you want to experience the mountain wilderness, there are also several nice guesthouses at the foot of the mountain. Food recommendations include Jiangshan white goose, spicy and tasty rabbit head, and the local specialty dried noodles.

This trip to Jianglang Mountain gave me a deep appreciation of what "natural and unadorned" beauty really means. Its autumn colors are strong and brilliant, perfect for friends who love geological wonders and peaceful journeys.
