Malaysia Flag on Twin Towers

Feast your eyes on this tall majestic landmark in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Petronas Twin Towers (also known as Menara Berkembar Petronas) has become our pride since its completion in 1996. I was lucky enough to be staying near KLCC during my staycation with my bestfriends during Malaysia Independence month in August. In which the building was lit with colourful lights such as yellow, red and blue to resemble the color of our Malaysian flag. It looks totally beautiful and we didnt stop taking pictures.

Quick information on this tower; it was built in 1993 to be the headquarters of Petronas (the giant oil and gas company in Malaysia). The skyscraper stands tall at 451.9 metres with 88 storey and hold the title as the tallest building until 2004.

Nevertheless, it has and will always be the most prominent icon in Malaysia and we are proud of it.
