Hello Greenland... the green land.

During the low water season, this place becomes especially lush and green.

A secret spot that’s not so secret, close to Bangkok.
No need to climb high mountains or travel far to experience this greenery.

Welcome to Khao Chong Lom Waterfall, Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam,
Nakhon Nayok Province.

Travel Information:
1. Take a boat from the dam ridge, accommodating 6-10 people, at 200 THB per person.
2. Alternatively, rent a private boat for 1,500 THB per trip.

It’s recommended to visit in the morning when the sun isn’t too strong—it’s absolutely stunning.
The best time to visit is between June and September.
Beautiful, serene, and close to Bangkok.

Visitors must take a boat to reach the first spot, "Ton Nam" (the headwaters). This is a natural gorge that reveals its beauty during the low water season, showcasing expansive grasslands on both sides of the hills. A stream flows from the forest headwaters into the reservoir of Khun Dan Dam. At the headwaters, there’s a walking path along the stream and a trail leading up the hill. As you venture deeper, you’ll find a winding stream shaped like an "S."

The second spot is "Khao Chong Lom," a key highlight of the boat tour at Khun Dan Dam. This area offers picturesque views for photography, including grasslands, forests, streams, and rocky terrains. The large rock in the middle of the water is particularly popular among tourists. Walking about 1 kilometer into the forest, you’ll discover "Khao Chong Lom Waterfall," a refreshing cascade nestled amidst the lush forest.
