Getting to Jiufen from Taipei is easy. There's a bus that stops at the entrance to Jiufen Old Street, making it a day trip without the hassle of changing accommodations. However, if you have time, you can stay a night and enjoy the lantern-lit atmosphere. Booking accommodation well in advance is required, and the prices are quite high.

Jiufen is located on a hill, offering beautiful views of the houses built along the steep slopes.

The road outside is lined with beautiful temples and shrines. Stop by to pay your respects and admire the beauty of the temples.

The entrance is a pedestrian street with shops, teahouses, and restaurants. There are also many accommodations, though some are not accessible by car. Please check with your accommodation beforehand.
