The No Limit Parade has been held since March 1st, but I went in late May.

Around March 2nd, it was very crowded, but it has calmed down a bit.
The first stop position was filled up at the very front one hour before the parade.
The first stop position is between the XR ride and the Terminator, and the first stop position is from the entrance to under the roof.
