Towada Garlic Pork is raised on feed containing garlic from Aomori Prefecture and natural water from the Oirase River system.🐖
It's rich in nutrients like vitamin B1!

The tonkatsu is incredibly tender, and the fat is sweet and juicy.

It also looks beautiful.✨️
The crispy batter fills your mouth with a deliciously sweet flavor.

For a lighter taste, try the wasabi and soy sauce condiments.
The demi-glace sauce is rich and fruity.

The sweetness is enhanced even more when paired with salt.💓
There are three types of salt available: original blend salt, matcha salt, and pink salt.
The matcha salt was surprisingly a great match and was my favorite!

The regular menu is quite extensive, with a wide variety of items, including the Yonezawa Pork Set Meal, Katsu Curry, and the weekday-only Kinka Pork Loin Set Meal!

The other menu items were also very intriguing 🙆♀️

✍️The restaurant has both counter and table seating.
I visited during lunch time on a weekday, but it was full!
There were also many customers ordering takeout 🙆♀️
This restaurant is also easy for solo female diners to enter ✨️
I recommend going a little later than lunch time!
