The opening three amuse-bouche dishes were accompanied by dry ice. The beef carpaccio was rich in meaty flavor, while the grilled romaine Caesar salad was fragrant and fresh.
The chilled corn soup had an exquisite sweetness and richness, and the seaweed risotto had a soft, seaweedy aroma. The mussels marinière paired perfectly with white wine.
The main course, roasted Japanese Black Beef Rump, was rare and tender, packed with flavor. The Basque cheesecake was rich, leaving the course satisfying from start to finish.
Another great feature is that you can have unlimited refills on three types of bread: focaccia, ciabatta, and baguette.
The restaurant's subdued lighting and sophisticated interior make it perfect for anniversaries or a little luxury for everyday use.
