#Valentine's Day 2024

Today I had dinner with a friend near his company and found a traditional Japanese-style ramen restaurant. The lighting inside the restaurant was soft, the place was not big but warm, and parking was convenient 🅿️～



🍜Tonkotsu Ramen
The soup base is made by hand from pork bones, old hens, and vegetables. The barbecued pork is evenly fat and lean, so tender and smooth. I also like the soft-boiled eggs. In general, the pork bone ramen tastes good😍

🌶️Shin Ramen
My friend likes spicy food, so he ordered the signature dish here - Shin Ramyun. The soup base is rich, the spiciness is just right, not too spicy, the noodles are chewy and very appetizing 😋

🐷Fried pork chop
A large portion of fried pork chop is enough for two people. The pork chop has a crispy skin and tender meat. It is delicious with sweet sauce.
