NEBOAT Vietnamese food with amazing taste

When we arrived at Dinh Cau Night Market, we were amazed. The atmosphere was so lively, with so many seafood restaurants lining the streets. And most importantly, we could walk over and pick our own fresh seafood from the ponds in front of the market. It was so much fun!
Menu We Ordered to Try
• Sweet and Sour Seafood Stir-fry: This was our first dish. The shrimp and squid were incredibly fresh, with firm, chewy textures. The sweet and sour sauce was rich and delicious, just right for our palate.
• Seafood Hot Pot: When we saw the hot pot in front of the market, we couldn't resist ordering it. The broth was fragrant and flavorful, making it easy to slurp down. Plus, the restaurant serves a generous amount of seafood, making it a satisfying meal for several people.
• Grilled Scallops with Garlic Butter: This was our favorite dish. The large scallops were grilled to perfection, giving the perfect aroma of garlic butter. It was so satisfying, we wanted to order another plate.
• Seafood Fried Rice: We ordered fried rice to make it even more filling. The rice was fragrant with the aroma of the wok and the generous amount of seafood. It was just as delicious as the other dishes.
