A family went to Linbian, Pingtung to eat shrimp. They arrived at the famous Shuiyuexuan Restaurant, which specializes in shrimp dishes. There are many items, but unfortunately there are only four people, so they can't order many dishes to enjoy. For shrimp dishes, they only ordered pepper shrimp, lemon shrimp, and pineapple shrimp balls. The shrimps of pepper shrimp are small in size, and the serving size is about 14-16, which is 2.5 times that of Taipei. Lemon shrimp is also a favorite shrimp dish. It is tender and juicy, with a lemony taste. It is not sour and has a sweet taste. It is refreshing and delicious. There are hand washing tables and hand lotion around for washing hands after peeling shrimp. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Pingtung.
