This is a Yukgaejang restaurant with about three locations in Seoul🤍

The atmosphere of the restaurant

I went to the main restaurant near Sakgaejang,
which is in a remote location and the interior is very rustic...it was the best🥹lol

The restaurant isn't that big, but there are many tables lined up, and even though I went in the afternoon, it was almost full!
The customers were all Korean, and many of them were taking out🙆‍♀️

It's not tsukemen (lol), but both are served separately, so it's great to be able to enjoy both!

The Yukgaejang is just the right amount of spicy.
The ingredients are well-cooked meat and green onions,
and the soup is delicious as it is,
but if you add kalguksu to it...
it's too good for me, who loves noodles 🥹🥹 lol

I've had things like yukgaejang ramen
in Japan, but the kalguksu served separately
is different from tsukemen, and has a unique taste that's the best ☺️

Kalguksu is chewy and flat, and the noodles themselves are delicious
so it goes well with the richness of the yukgaejang, and it was delicious!

If you like Yukgaejang soup, you'll definitely love this taste☺️

I saw some regulars around me putting bean sprouts from the panchan into the Yukgaejang, so I tried to do the same...
It added a crunchy texture and made it even more delicious🤭🤍

This was my first time, so I wanted to try the rice and noodles,
so I ordered Yukgaejang this time,
but I really love noodles (lol), so next time I'll have Yukgaejang🥹🤍

However, it's supposed to be Yukgaejang kalguksu (small),
but it's not a small portion lol
It's about the size of a medium🥹w
