Today, I had a refreshing Vietnamese rice noodle soup with meat broth!

After a morning of feeling uneasy after oversleeping, I had a delicious lunch with soft real rice noodles, pork ribs, and crispy shrimp balls!

+ I also had a refreshing Vietnamese coffee

While eating, I found a bit of black fiber, but honestly... I'm the type of person who doesn't really care about things like this as long as it tastes good.

But when I left, I saw that Hugnam uses real lemongrass when boiling pork ribs, so it might come out a little bit in the middle, and it was written all over the wallㅋㅋㅋI didn't see it because I was eatingㅋㅋㅋ Is this how it builds up...? I didn't realize that I was the source of the real taste...
