Walking along Bukchon-gil to Insa-dong, City Hall, and Deoksugung Dol Dam-gil

#Domestic travel

🔮Let's plan a walking tour of downtown Seoul from Bukchon-gil to Insa-dong, Seoul City Hall and Plaza, and Deoksugung Stone Wall Road. It's a journey where tradition and modernity, history and daily life are naturally connected.

🗺 Seoul downtown walking tour course

1️⃣Explore Bukchon Hanok Village (starting point)
Points: Bukchon 8 Views, Independence Activist's Road, Traditional Hanok Alley
Tip: It's great for a quiet walk in the morning. There are many great photo spots

2️⃣Visit the Seoul Craft Museum
Point: View works that artistically express lanterns
Tip: There's an exhibition themed on lanterns. There's also a small shop where you can buy souvenirs and a cafe.

3️⃣Walking through the streets of Insa-dong
Points: Traditional souvenirs, Hanji and ceramic shops, Ssamjigil
Tip: It's also great to try traditional tea or rice cakes at a tea house in Insa-dong.

3️⃣Seoul City Hall Plaza
Points: Seoul Library (former City Hall), lawn square, harmony with surrounding high-rise buildings
Tip: When the weather is nice, walk on the lawn of the plaza and rest under the trees.

4️⃣Deoksugung Stone Wall Road Walk (Jeongdong-gil)
Points: Jeongdong-gil, Deoksugung Stone Wall Road, Jeongdong First Church, Jeongdong Theater Cecil
Tip: This is a path where you can finish leisurely in a classic atmosphere.
If you can enter Deoksugung Palace, it would be good to look around.

🌳I suggest a trip to a space where the old cultural street of Seoul and the modern city center meet.
