Simple Michelin guide ramen joint

This simple ramen store is in Myeongdong serves 2 main types of noodles: Tan-Tan noodles and shoyu noodles. I tried the the shoyu noodles, which is a a nice clear broth and has both beef and chicken meat. The noodles are nice and chewy and the broth is light.
The store itself is quite small and seating is limited so there should be a queue. The owner is also quite efficient as the noodles are prepared quickly.
Overall a good option if you're looking for ramen. It is a Michelin guided restaurant so you'll understand why it's busy!
