During our trip to Shenzhen last week, my friend and I went to a high-quality Chinese restaurant to taste Shunde cuisine!
This "Shunyi Shunde Hometown Cuisine" was established in 2016!

Fishing for chicken smoothly🐓
Awarded as a famous restaurant dish in Shenzhen, the hand-shredded Qingyuan mountain chicken has crispy skin and tender meat. The chicken has a chicken flavor and is Lao Guang’s favorite. Paired with side dishes: sour ginger, sour buckwheat heads, lemon leaves, cucumber, peanuts, coriander, fried taro shreds, onions. Eating chicken must have a sense of ritual: pick it up, pick it up, and get it right! 😆👍🧡🎉


Steamed fish with fresh pepper and bamboo shoots 🐟
The bamboo shoot shell fish from Shunde is slimmed down by water and has no muddy smell. The chef cleverly steamed the fish fillets with the head and tail together. There were almost no fish bones. The fresh pepper brought a different aroma. It was slightly spicy and very delicious.

Braised Qingyuan Black Brown Goose with Roche Shrimp🦤
Shunde people are good at stewing vegetables, and using large pots to stew goose is an emerging local specialty. Qingyuan black brown goose that is over 180 days old is fried first and then braised to maintain the original flavor of the goose meat, which is soft but not rotten, fragrant but not greasy. When the goose meat is heated in the pot, the aroma fills the room!
