An afternoon spent at the Marina Barrage is an opportunity to observe a changing sky, especially beautiful over the iconic triple towers of Marina Bay Sands. Set up a picnic on the green patch or simply walk around for scenic snaps of sea or city skyline. This public space is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I imagine it could be a good spot for stargazing in the wee hours…
