Songkhla Old Town, a must-see check-in spot

I just came back from a trip there not long ago and I must say that I was really impressed by the charm of this old town.

I started walking on Nakhon Nok Road, which is a road next to Songkhla Lake. In the afternoon, the atmosphere was shady and the wind was cool. I walked along, admiring the perfectly blended architecture, and saw many beautiful murals. These paintings tell interesting stories about the local way of life, including pictures of fishermen, the daily lives of Songkhla people, and pictures of various local cultures.
Then I walked around Nakhon Nai Road and Nang Ngam Road, which are two other important streets of Songkhla Old Town. On these streets, there are many shops, restaurants, and chic cafes to choose from. I tried many delicious traditional coffees, desserts, and local foods.
I also stopped by many important historical sites, such as Hub Ho Hin, an old rice mill that has been renovated into a museum, and old houses that are still well-preserved in their original condition.

This is a charming city with many stories to discover. If anyone has the chance to visit Songkhla, I recommend visiting this old town area at least once. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with the beauty and warmth of Songkhla."
