The most difficult beef noodle restaurant in Taiwan to reserve - The hidden taste in front of the door

Beef noodles are a must-try in Taiwan! We searched for several online, but when we arrived, it turned out to be lunchtime. We had no choice but to look on the map to see if there were any other beef noodles restaurants open, and then headed straight there!

We searched online and found out that this beef noodle restaurant was once the most difficult to make a reservation for in Taipei! Its decoration is a bit like Ichiran Ramen, with each person having their own seat. We ordered a bowl of beef noodle soup and a bowl of mixed noodles. Three side dishes were served first, among which the duck blood was delicious! After waiting for a while, the hot noodles arrived. The soup is great with a strong beef flavor. The beef tendon is super soft and delicious! I love it 🤍Comparatively speaking, I think the mixed noodles are just average. Maybe I don’t like such wide noodles, they are too chewy🤣If you want to eat beef noodles after lunch, you might as well come here to try the delicious beef noodles🤍
