Take the West Rail Line to Tuen Mun Station. There are quite a few eateries near V city. If you want to eat Thai food, this restaurant is quite authentic. The space isn’t very big, but the prices and environment are very friendly.
Half Hainanese Chicken
The chicken skin is soft with a fragrant oily aroma, and the chicken meat is tender and juicy with a smooth texture. The flavor is relatively light; dipping it in dark soy sauce adds extra freshness. Tomato and cucumber as side dishes provide a refreshing taste.
Thai Spring Rolls
The spring rolls are hot and crispy, fried to a perfect crunch. The outer skin is thin and crispy, and the filling is full of fresh aroma, light and tasty.
Thai Grilled Pork Neck
The pork neck slices are neatly arranged, with a charred and fragrant outer layer. The meat is tender yet chewy, with a crisp and bouncy texture, without any greasy feeling. The meat aroma is soft and flavorful.
Thai Tom Yum Seafood Rice Noodles
The Tom Yum soup base combines the fresh aroma of seafood with the layered flavors of galangal and lemongrass spices. The crunchy shrimp balls and silky rice noodles make it delicious to eat.
Thai Yellow Curry Beef Brisket Rice
The beef brisket is tender, rich, and textured. The Thai yellow curry is smooth with a slight sweetness. The rice absorbs the curry’s aroma, and the tender potatoes add a rich texture.
Iced Thai Milk Tea
The tea aroma is strong, sweet and smooth with a hint of coconut fragrance. The Thai flavor is quite refreshing.
