[Oita Prefecture] Lake Kinrin, one of the 100 natural landscapes representing Yufuin

The end point of Yunotsubo Kaido, the main street of Yufuin. One of the most famous tourist spots in Yufuin is Lake Kinrin. The lake is called "Gaku-n-shita-ike" (a pond under the mountain) in the Oita dialect because it is a pond under Mt. Yufu. It is said that the Confucian scholar Mori Kuso named it Lake Kinrin after seeing the fish scales in the lake shining in the sunset. From the lake, you can see Mt. Yufu and other mountains from the front, and you can fully enjoy the natural scenery unique to Yufuin. There are also walking paths around the lake, where you can watch the fish and waterfowl swimming and relax. It's the perfect place to take a stroll or take a walk 👌

It was a scenic spot where you can feel the change of seasons in Yufuin along with the scent of the trees 😌

※On the way to "Kinrin Lake", there is a carp pond, and when I looked inside, I saw a golden carp...✨
I was hoping that something good might happen...lol
