New place !

By Michel L |

Just open a month ago in the old city. Very close to the JFK museum. Live band at night. Food is a mix of local and cajun style. The bar is impressive with a nice list of original cocktails. We stop for drinks. Our waiter Steven made the difference with is friendly attitude. We will go back for lunch.

Great meal! Creative cocktails

By Timplus5 |

Great meal! Creative cocktails and excellent service. The New York Strip Steak and Flatbread is excellent. The Caesar salad is very good.

Close, but a miss

By Ellen L |

Service was fine but food was a disappointment. The roasted garlic with goat cheese appetizer sounded great. Unfortunately, most of the garlic was still too hard and the toast points weren't. They were untoasted pita bread. They should serve what is described on the menu. The margarita flatbread pizza should have been served on crispy flatbread, but they used the same pita bread with disappointing results.

Great food and outside seating

By Sunnytraveler |

We ate outside. The food was very good. We got a turkey burger with beef bacon and a hamburger. Both were excellent. We had never tried beef bacon before and loved it. For dessert we got the cheesecake and it was awesome and was a very classy dessert with all the decorations on the plate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate outside which was very nice with the exception of one person that was chain smoking. Not fun breathing in smoke especially when you are eating. They also had inside seating and kept the ac on very high.

Great cocktails

By SimonPortico |

Really struggled to find a half decent cocktail in Downtown Dallas. Finally came upon 3 Eleven. Great list of classic and innovative cocktails, well made and fun environment.

When in the West End...

By Phelman-Kech |

This quaint spot with outdoor seating, is within walking distance of Dealy Plaza. The food was very good and the service very attentive.

Wonderful food!

By Gail Goodrich T |

We had dinner and cocktails here, and enjoyed every bite, sip and minute! The food is so good, and our server was excellent. As a bonus, the restaurant was a block from our hotel.

Delightful

By iRoby61 |

A truly delightful, nice, welcoming place, a perfect "comfort zone", with a photo-worthy counter. Tried it for lunch as a quick stop. Friendly and kind service, perhaps just a little excessive in constantly asking if anything else is needed. The crab cakes are excellent and the crispy calamari are delicious. Too bad I wasn't able to go there for dinner. I advise. iRoby

Must Try Place in Downtown Dallas

By vip_foodie |

I visited this place on a Saturday afternoon for the lunch. The place is located in Downtown and very nearby to famous tourist locations such as sixth floor museum. Now, here is my perspective about the place. Food and Drinks (4.5/5) - I started with a Virgin Margherita and it tasted awesome. Then I tried their Seasonal Harvest. I was quite amazed with the presentation. The dish was served on a wood platter in the shape of Texas map. The dish consisted of Roasted Cauliflower, Sweet , Brussels Sprouts, Pickled Carrots, Red Onions, Crostini, Grilled Naan Bread and Hummus. So, it was a complete meal in itself. The taste was also very good especially the taste of Hummus. I finished my meal with New York Cheese Cake. For this dish also, the presentation and taste, both were quite good. Service (4.5/5) - I got a very warm welcome from the staff. They were courteus and very well trained. Ambience (4.5/5) - The interiors of the place are really good and it gives a very good vibe. The ambience is really nice. Overall, I had a great time here. Top Most Highlight - New York Cheese Cake

Great outside spot for Friday drinks

By Graeme017 |

We came here after lunch at YO across the road for a few drinks. We sat outside and had a lovely young server who always said 'Your Welcome' after every we said. We had 3 of the large margaritas and enjoyed their great 70's and 80's music playlist. we ordered the bread pudding and ice cream to finish and it's a two person dessert for sure. Had a great time, try them out.

Stopped in for a drink

Bright, sunny with fantastic craft cocktails. Outdoor space Looking forward to trying it out for dinner.

Excellent Seafood Linguine along with great staff!

By Gary H |

The staff was friendly and the Angry Seafood Linguine awesome! I had a local IPA but they serve craft mixed drinks that looked great! They cared about details and quality of their product!

Great place to go!

By Nancy H |

Great place to go! Cocktails superb ! Crab cake was awesome and huge. Gulf shrimp with rice was out of this world. Bread pudding with ice cream was shareable size and oh so good.

Stopped in for drinks

By Captmark20 |

We stopped here twice during the weekend for drinks to wait for our tour times. Both times we were treated great. The bartender couldnt have been anymore sweet and accommodating. Girlfriend tried the Cucumber and jalapeños drink but it was way too hot for her. So bartender made her another drink! Thanks for a great experience. We didnt eat but the restaurant was packed for Sunday brunch and the food looked good. Alos sitting outside watching people go by can be very entertaining way to spend an hour!

Epic!

Great restaurant in West End

By Stephen B |

A good find while walking in old West End. We had lunch there, the food was good and the waitress was very helpful. Good selection of share plates, small plates and mains. Reasonable prices That were very good value.

Great food and drinks

By Hundid |

Visited the place while looking something to eat for breakfast. The food was so good that we visited the next day as well to have a nice steak. Margaritas were nice looking and delicious. Service very good as well.

Good food and service

By Mary G |

Great food and service. A little to loud. I couldn’t hear the speaker in our group. The manager who coordinated our gathering made it quick and easy to pay out!!

Nice

By AbrahamLincolnCPA |

Nice little bar and cafe. My wife and I just stopped by for a couple of drinks and were very pleased with the ambiance, decor and the bartender.

Great cocktails

By aarohm |

Stopped in during brunch time with friends while scootering around the west bend area. Homemade craft cocktails. I had a margarita and my wife had a Bloody Mary. Both were made perfect. Sat outside since it was a nice day. Food was also great. We both had the chicken fried steak and can’t wait to return.

Great Lunch Stop

By aprillyn |

I found the food and the service to be great. I wanted a local brew, and I love dark beers--the waitress made a suggestion which was perfect. For lunch, I had the "build your own bowl" with a protein, veg, carb and sauce. Again, great combo of chicken, roasted veggies, jasmine rice and sweet Thai chili sauce which hit the spot. And whoever is in charge of the playlist? Two thumbs up! Lots of my favorite 70s/80s rock!

Horrific service, bland boring food

By chgotrvlr71 |

We went to this restaurant for a group business dinner. We had reservations for 15 people and they were ready for us once we arrived. The wait staff seemed very inexperienced and slow and maybe not all that intelligent. They brought an unopened bottle of beer and asked who ordered it. When no one “claimed” it the waitress opened the bottle and left it on the table and said someone is drinking it. Orders were taken wrong. Some people never got their food and those that did felt the food was subpar. Avoid this place!

Vibrant

Great for Groups, Romantic Dinner it just a night out! This farm to table concept offers plenty of verity

Great find

By Alicia M |

A fabulous place for FUN & unique beverages and delicious meals. The wine and beer selections were good. The cocktails, creative & yummy. We had sliders, surf and turf, burgers and flatbread. EVERYthing was really great!

Great food and great service

By John F |

I was looking for a nice steak dinner to end my stay in Dallas and 3 Eleven delivered. My NY strip was cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. And my server Jennifer did a great job as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Superb kitchen and cocktails

By Hazer |

Our daughter is new to this neighborhood and we stumbled into it by accident as it appeared through the window at first to be a bar. We then saw the sign about chef-driven menu, the owner seated us in this incredibly well styled dining room, looking at the beautiful bar and backlit shelves. We first explored the cocktail menu. We tried the cocktails which excellent. For starters the poke cups were wonderfully prepared and the carpaccio bites with excellent tenderloin wrapped around high quality Parmesan and rucola with a balsamic reduction was pure heaven. For mains we had the sea bass fresh catch which was flaky, buttery and everything the best sea bass should be. We also had the pan seared gulf shrimp which was fresh and delicious. We shared a cheesecake that rivaled the best Brooklyn deli and was delightfully light. This will be a regular for us every time we are in the area.

Try the Brussel Sprout Chips!

By Faiza B |

Found this place during a long layover in Dallas. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the restaurant.

Awesome food and service.

By Caleb S |

The food was amazing and the service was fantastic and friendly. The grilled cheese was really good and my fiancé said the bruschetta was very good as well.

Nice place for drinks (did not try the food)

By Jens U |

Came just for drinks. Seated outside on a nice sunny day in late April. Super service, a good drinking card with lots of difffernt beers. Must try the food next time.

Insulting Manager - Terrible Service!

By Charlotte D |

We went to 3eleven for our son's birthday dinner. We made reservations and arrived at 6:30. TWO hours later, we still had not eaten. The name - "kitchen and cocktails" indicates craft cocktails - which they did have on the menu. Unfortunately, if you reordered one, it didn't taste at all the same. During our two hour event... we were able to get our servers' attention only a couple of times and had been served two drinks. We'd watch the drinks sit on the bar for 10-15 minutes, getting watered down. When we asked the server about our meals, she said she would get the manager. When the manager came out, and my husband tried to talk to him, he was told to relax and just try to enjoy himself?? Seriously? This is when we had to leave. We just wanted to cash out and find something - anything else! To have such a flippant response, in light of such horrible service was unbelievable. So... for the birthday dinner our son had Ihop! Ugh. Don't test their ability to improve! They certainly aren't interested. We will Never be back, nor will we recommend them to anyone!

Dinner in Patio

By BoardinPass |

Nice place for few drinks when strolling around this part of the city. Drinks and Service was great! The server patiently told us about the cocktails and recommended a good one. Food could have been a little better. I'd definitely be back, especially for a drink in the patio.

Classy food and drinks in great location. Service fantastic.

By smilerkevin61 |

Stopped off here for a cold drink and some snacks on a very hot day when wondering around the historic district of Dallas. Sat outside to watch the people go by on St Patrick's Day but inside looked very cool. Great service from Steven G. Prices are what you would expect at a premium location but fair value for money.

Great cocktail selection and menu

By Wayne P |

3 Eleven Kitchen in the West End district in Dallas, TX has a great vibe and plenty of wonderful cocktail selections. Apps and dinner selections are very good and the service was great. Short rib entree was succulent. Shrimp and fish dishes were good too. Nice place to meet for drinks and apps after work or on the weekends. Great date location too.

Grilled cheese and drinks = a great afternoon

By SGTHoepful |

Found this place after a quick stroll through the West End after visiting the Dealey Plaza Museum. What a find. The bar is where I spend my time, and they have a great collection of drinks. I ordered a smoky old fashioned that was amongst the best cocktails I have ever had. I balanced that with a grilled cheese sandwich that was pretty impressive as well. If you are in that part of Dallas, this would be my recommendation for lunch or a quick cocktail.

Sadly Disappointed

By Kyle G |

Let me start off by saying I wish I didn't have to write this review. Most of my reviews are glowingly good. We stopped in because our original choice had an 1.5hr wait. This place only had 15 minutes. They were serving "brunch" this was Saturday around 11am. We were seated and after 5 minutes the server showed up and took the drink orders. Brought them back and took our food order. That was the last we saw of him until after we had finished our food and were ready to leave. Now mind you, we got refills on our drinks and our food was brought out, and we refilled the drinks again, and finished eating before our actual server showed his face again. We had to ask other servers for assistance. The place was very poorly run. No one designated person was the "Host/Hostees". I saw 5 different people doing the duty of a Host/Hostees. Some of these same people were also servers. Our food took quite a long time to arrive. My partner got a burger and was happy with it. His Mother ordered a side of bacon and some eggs. She asked for the eggs to be fried with the yolks hard. Her eggs arrived scrambled and weirdly seasoned. I got the chicken fried steak and biscuit. It was slightly warmer than room temperature, so I think it had been sitting out under the lamp for a while. The biscuits were so dry, and the gravy was just pitiful. The chicken fried steak was so over done it was difficult to physically eat. So reviews say this is a new place. If so, I hope they get better, or we just came in on an off day. The place is really nice, and has huge potential. The staff are friendly, it's just not a smooth running place. At least not on they day we went in.

I love Danielle!

Second time around and double the hospitality. Thanks Q for being a good host. For food service and great taste, 3eleven is the place.

Food of delight

By DorseyCreek |

a week ago Wonderful & delightful experience the ambiance is just incredible. Food was delicious, very flavorful and great presentation. Great server, Mecca took great care of us with a very contagious smile. Very clean, fast delicious food and the price is very reasonable. Great location in Downton Dallas. It's a must place to visit.

Good Drinks!

By SBB1978 |

I stopped here to check out a place near my hotel. I sat at the bar and orderd the crab and shrimp dip and a First Lady cocktail. The bar tender and server walking around was very pleasant and welcoming. The crab dip was good but had a tangy taste to it. However the Pita bread was to die for!! I could have eaten it alone without the dip. The drink I selected was on a recommendation from the bar tender and it did not disappoint. It's a good place to try if you are hanging out in the Historic Westend area.

Elegant

By SwissnessMiss |

Just before visiting the Sixth floor Museum, we ventured 2 blocks away to Market street. There were a collection of quaint restaurants. We chose 3 Eleven Kitchen. Inside upscale decor with moderate prices. Food was excellent! Service was superb! Our meals were cooked to perfect and delicious.

Just happened into this place and ate at the bar

By sherrycat |

Rachel was really enjoyable at the bar. Since we were ND fans, we had a lot to talk about with her. The service was really good and the place was hopping with a wait. I had a crab cake sandwich and it was very good and flavorful. My husband had a BLT w/avocado sandwich and he really enjoyed it. He tried a local brew(IPA) and it was good. Glad we stopped in this local gem and had a fun time sitting at the bar. We would go back if ever in town again,

Trendy but not a winner

By DeWitt65101 |

When you come to Texas and order steak, you assume that you'll get really good steak. After all, that's what Texas is known for. But for some reason, this rather trendy eatery in a business incubator gets the meat from the same place as the folks who make Beef Jerky. The meal started badly; the waiter forgot to order my salad. it came (finally) about 2 minutes before my steak. The balsamic vinaigrette is a thing of beauty, and about the best thing on the menu. The salad was therefore excellent. The steak came moments later with roasted vegetables. Actually, over-roasted veggies. They lacked any kind of texture. it was like eating mush except for the carrots which retained some of their vigor. Instead of getting an Au Poivre sauce as I requested, they just slathered on some steak butter and hoped for a good result. The steak had multiple tough places and I felt like I left about 10% of it on the plate due to the inability to cut around pieces of gristle and fat. The server was a wonderful gentlemen who made a mistake and apologized for it. But the kitchen is where the apology should come from. The steak was sub-optimal, and shouldn't have been served (except maybe at a Golden Corral).

Mixed Service

By Christopher H |

This was the second time I’ve been here, my first experience was great so I decided to come back for a second time with my parents. We went on a Saturday around 4pm, so the bar wasn’t really that busy. There were a few people at the bar and just one other table seated. The bartender seemed very preoccupied with socializing with a group of guys sitting at the bar. It took about 10 minutes to get a drink in an empty restaurant. Overall, we didn’t feel very welcome or appreciated. Most likely will not return.

Great atmosphere and food

By Tom H |

Really cool setting in the Dallas West end. Was a great stop after the 6th floor museum. The dinner burger and sweet potato fries hit the spot. Kennedy old school cocktail list is loaded with good drinks. Would definitely go back.

Great food & Atmosphere !

By Foodie Guy |

Great atmosphere and amazing food ! Highly recommend ! Food is just better in Texas..just saying 🤠. Had the bruschetta and cheese steak flatbread 🔥

Fabulous!

By Suzanne B |

What a nice surprise to find a place such as this one in Dallas. The cocktails are unique and their names are inspired by the JFK story. I highly recommend the Jacqueline’s Spritzer! The food is great too!

Nice location, but...

By Luigi_sr |

The place looks nicer than many others in Downtown Dallas, but although it is on purpose simple, I would have expected a bit more care in serving the hamburgers (which were quite good anyway). The beer I had was somehow with a strange taste, but probably I was just unlucky in my choice.

Avoid.

By Alan S |

Asked for a recommendation for a bourbon. Suggested a Garrison. We had two and a beer. $95 was the bill. When recommending maybe price should also be informed. Seems they saw three tourists and wanted to rip them off

Great food and excellent service

By Eddie M |

Great food and service. Shared apps and had the filet which was well good and very tasty. Service was friendly and managed large group well. Would recommend.

Farm to table healthy options

By AHS64 |

First time for all of us-Dinner for 4. Nice bar decor, not busy on Saturday prime dinner time ( did make reservation on google map but didn’t need), quick service ( not being too busy, wouldn’t expect less). We all loved appetizers ( veggie plate with yummy hummus and calamari), but dinner entrees were ok. In my opinion, quite expensive for small portion sizes. None of us were impressed enough to return any time soon.

Nice ambiance and great service

By 860SusanB860 |

I recently dined here for lunch during Dallas Restaurant Week and this little place did not disappoint! 311 is located in downtown Dallas in the West End area. The interior is very appealing with light colors, up-cycled items, and unusual decor. The bar area is quite beautiful and white dining chairs look very classy. Service was amazing (thank you, Britney!). My group enjoyed the salmon and the burger and then had the cheesecake and doughnut holes for dessert. The garlic fried were really good! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I even enjoyed the strong iced tea served in Mason jars. I would love to return here for dinner and check our some of their cocktails and other entree items. Thanks for a lovely lunch!

Diner with colleagues

By Joske |

Friendly and quick service. Quality of food is alright, but not exceptional. Washrooms where disappointing, with Toilet rolls on top of the dispensers.

Great food! Great service!

By January C |

This was my first time eating here. I went with 3 of my girlfriends. The ambiance was awesome. The food was delicious. I would recommend the spin j artichoke appetizer, the crab cake, the angry shrimp pasta, and the citrus chicken. Everything was fantastic and service was great!

Excellent

By Worldtravel769 |

Went here with friends for supper while in Dallas and loved the place. The crab cake appetizer was fresh, not some reheated frozen mess, the steak and frittes was excellent and the chocolate desert was great. Service was fantastic and the Margarita was spot on!

Fun happy hour vibe!

By Jill R |

Liz took great care of our large group for afternoon cocktails during a bridal shower. Cute vibe and great drinks!! Thanks for being a fun part of our afternoon!

Pleasant setting

By aehall7 |

Enjoyed the decor and above average environment. We were immediately seated on a weekday afternoon. Waiter was attentive for both food and drink. Spinach and shrimp dip with fried pita bread was great. Salmon on quinoa was okay but not special. Recommend for a nice meal.

Disappointed

By Denay T |

I don’t ever do this but the disappointment is within me. I have had some great food here in Dallas but this was not the time. My SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!! The ambiance was good too but l can’t get the taste out of my mouth. My potatoes were seasoned well but the plate was filled with oil, the asparagus was probably 2 stems cut up and tasteless. But the salmon, it was literally pale from lack of seasoning and absolutely no sear. It was water logged with a disastrous sauce that l couldn’t even eat. I ended up throwing away most of it. A 45$ plate l could have had a better outcome from Longhorn Steakhouse for much less. I don’t wish ill on anyone but l hate for someone like me just looking for a great meal and having the same outcome.

Great food and service

By Chicago Frequent Traveler |

Stephen (sp?) was great and the food was light and great. Reasonable prices and nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the Build your Bowl, Cheese fries, and Harvest Board

Nice Find in the West End

By JL2z |

A very plesant outdoor dining section got our attention. The food aroma was the kicker. Friendly staff helped with the menu items. A good selection of drinks and meals to choose from.

Imaginative Food and Great Service

By Daryl C |

This place is a nice secret. It wasn't crowded when we went but the food and service were top notch. We shared an order of chicken and waffles and an order of the Mango Avocado Crostini. The crostini was tasty but not really enough for lunch so it worked out well to share. The beer selection is also good. But the service was great. Very friendly and efficient.

Complete disaster

By M3194DFphilipb |

We booked our reservation for 10 people over a month ago and showed up to find out they had overbooked and there would be a minimum 1 hour wait. Why would they not have told us they didn't have room for us? Horrible customer service and we will tell everyone we know about our experience.

Average food and service

By PhillyFanUK |

We came for brunch and the experience was strange. There were about a dozen staff members but only 2 seemed to be doing anything. The music was so loud at 11am it felt like 11pm. The food was pricey since it was average. Biscuits were under done and doughy. Chicken sausage was good but fruit salad tasted like it had been defrosted from frozen. Ariel our server was nice but the food took a long time given it was biscuits and sausage. The interior design was nice but the music was so off putting it wasn't a great atmosphere.

Good Food

By FredAckelbee |

We stopped here for a quick lunch following our visit to the Holocaust Museum. Food was good, service was excellent, and price was reasonable. We would definitely eat here again!

This place has character

By Neil S |

Staff very welcoming and friendly, drinks were good, food excellent but above all the mixologists plying their trade was brilliant to watch
