As you can hopefully tell by the name of the restaurant all burgers are 8oz which is not much if you are overly hungry. You can build you own burger with wild boar, turkey, beef, etc. unique toppings that range from 1-2 per topping. You can easily have a $20 8oz burger in a blink of an eye! Fries are $3 extra, craft beers are an average of $6 and delicious milkshakes are $6-$7. Kid menu consists of sliders, grilled cheese or popcorn chicken. Burgers were spot on but could lower the price.

Recommend the simple classic burger with onion rings. Very solid, thick, tasty and hot. Not frozen. Likely will eventually give folks a heart attack, but thoroughly enjoyable.

Try the Union Burger with its expresso rubbed patty. You will not be disappointed. This is part of the burger resurgence movement.

They have some of the best burgers around, and the cocktails are great! Can't go wrong with their house 8oz burger and an old fashioned.

Originally went for dinner but couldn't get in the door so went back for lunch the next day. Really, really good burgers. Drippy, greasy burgers done right. Also got short rib poutine that was amazing. Got a bacon snickerdoodle shake as it intrigued me and was glad I did. It seems odd but give it a try...you won't be disappointed

Trendy. Quaint. Interesting menu. Great root beer. Good thick meat patties. Medium is actually rare so keep that in mind when ordering. Garlic truffle fries were delicious! Can't remember the name of the burger but the once that claims to be spicy hot is no joke. It really is hot!

We ended up having a lunch and a dinner here. Great tasting burgers and excellent milkshakes. The restaurant was always busy but good service.

Great, locally sourced, grass-fed burgers. Cute atmosphere. They have great specialty burgers or you can build your own. The build-your-own option can get a bit pricey. The candied bacon is very good on the burgers.

Great burgers and a chill place. Had a really good milkshake as well. Didn’t like the fries, but after burger and shake I was too full anyway. Very friendly staff.

We were taken here by a local showing us around. FOOD (USD 119 for 4 with drinks/tip) I had a burger "The Union" with gorgonzola which was amazing, tasty, juicy, well cooked, just perfect. My friends all had "The 8oz" which I also had a bite of and it seemed to be just as good as mine. The fries were excellent too. If you want a good burger, this is the place to come. As we are from London, I compare with prices in London and I would say its slightly more expensive but well worth it. STAFF/SERVICE Our waitress was typical American in my opinion: she was highly energetic, working the wasteful conversation to get a tip and giving odd compliments to us while still managing to mess up an order! Coming from the UK, we are not used to this type of waitresses and frankly we did not enjoy it that much; she was just trying too much and talking too much whilst interrupting our conversations every time she came. +free wifi ATMOSPHERE/LOCATION I was told there are several of these around the city so I cannot remember exactly which one we went to. In any case it was very spacious restaurant with comfortable seating and all the sauces you need at the table. The atmosphere is decent, pretty loud but enjoyable, sort of like in a pub. CONCLUSION: I RECOMMEND AND WOULD RETURN.

We tried two hamburgers, one is The 8 oz which is the signature dish and the other was The broadway. We shared both and we thought that the signature dish was nice but lacking some flavor. We both thought that the broadway hamburger was really good. Defiantly better than the signature dish. Fries were also tasty. Overall we loved it and defiantly enjoyed the quality of the meat in both dishes.

The burgers are amazing! I had the 8oz and my husband had the Hill. We also ordered a side of fries. Awesome and delicious. Our server Kali was upbeat, friendly and welcoming. When we come back again to Seattle this will be our first stop.

Really amazing burgers. The hardest part about visiting 8oz Burgers is choosing what to order and not getting too fat. I had the Fondue and it was superb. Great whiskey selection too.

This place is interesting, although their burgers looks very very small, you will kind of feel full after having it with the fries. We tried the broadway and the 8oz.. both of them were good, but liked the broadway more since it has stronger flavor. The other one was just fine. One thing I didn't like that all burgers doesn't come with fries so u have to order it on the side which will bring your bill up 3-4 dollrs more. Its not that pricy compared to other good burger places but relatively yes it is pricy. We had also the popcorn chicken, it was ok nothing special but nothing to complain about. The place is a bit small, but liked it and the service was good and they was on time.

This restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the food was truly wonderful. The fries and onion rings were great, but the burger was the star of the show. I got the Pike Burger, which had habanero jam on it. Spicy and delicious. This burger was obviously created by someone who knows a thing or two about food. The service was also really good.

Burgers look amazing. Based on presentation I would expect one of the best your likely to have. Just stopped for a beer on my way back to the hotel. Was impressed with small town local neighbor hood feel, food presentation and great staff. Being an F&B exec takes a lot to catch my interest

We needed to eat at a restaurant that offered low-carb options for dinner before a show at the Paramount Theatre. I looked up burger places on Google, thinking I could find something similar to Great Falls, MT's acclaimed Roadhouse Diner. They offer delicious, juicy thick burgers without buns on top of salad. We tried 8oz. Burger Bar in Capitol Hill for Happy Hour. I went with the 8oz. burger, which came with a choice of thick-cut garlic, truffle fries or regular thick-cut. I ordered the garlic, truffle fries, which arrived in a small metal bucket—barely smelling of garlic. I also ordered kim chee deviled eggs and Shishito peppers, blistered with salt. I'd never had Shishito peppers before, but I'd seen them at Trader Joe's; they're all the rage with the healthy set. I couldn't find a bunless salad option, so I just made a special request. The burger was okay, a little overcooked and dry. My husband's is much juicier. In fact, Roadhouse Diner in Montana was way way better; go there. All the burgers are organic and locally sourced, although I couldn't tell the difference. The fries were flavorless, and also tasted stale, even though they looked crisp. Go figure. The Deviled Eggs with kim chee, pork belly, and cilantro tasted almost off, which I attribute to the kim chee. It was dark in the small restaurant, so I could barely see my meal. But I couldn't taste any of the ingredients. It's almost as if the kitchen pureed them together with the cooked egg yolks. Creamy, but a little off. The blistered Shishito (spelled wrong on the website menu) peppers were the best part of the dinner, and only by a little bit. I liked the idea of the salted peppers and even the aioli dipping sauce, which was creamy and tangy. Together, it was just too much. You're better off going to the Chipotle next door.

Not bad at all. I only tried the signature 8oz burger, and I might be back to try another. A small minus for the format of the actual burger, as I had to eat the thing with knife and fork, and the meat being a bit on the over done side of medium.

I just moved to Seattle a little over a month ago, so I'm still getting used to the price of food and drink. When I saw the prices for burgers here, it was a little on the expensive side (especially when they don't come with fries). However, once I took my first bite I knew it was well worth it. It was the best-tasting burger that I have ever had. Just enough thickness, cooked medium to well, and fresh toppings complete the overall taste. All I want to do now is take everyone that I know here!

My husband and I go way out of our way for these burgers. The 8oz special is truly amazing. And the salted caramel shake is kinda like a butter and caramel dream.

We were one our way to Canada and just passed by, but we're hungry. Service was perfect, hamburgers great, all you can expect if you have a burger. The toddler got some carrots as a side order.

Seriously worth the stop. I have been looking for great poutine in Seattle forever and I FINALLY FOUND IT. The tri tip poutine has big pieces of melt in your mouth meat on it too, which is always great. I ordered the classic lettuce wrapped and was not disappointed - the burger was extremely juicy and the flavors were everything you want in a classic burger. I got to try an onion ring too and I think onion ring lovers will be pleased. Note, this is not cute date food. All of us had burger juices pretty much all over our faces by the end, but nobody seemed to mind. This might just be my favorite burger in Seattle. Will definitely be back!

This was our first stop after a long cross country flight. Hungry and tired a burger and fries just seemed so right. We got the the Broadway burger and an 8oz order of garlic truffle fries. The burger was really good and the fries were off the chart - so crispy and perfectly cooked. We probably could have settled for a 4oz serving but our willpower was low. Great spot and lots of other tempting burger choices on the menu!

Everything about this places oozes quality. It's a burger bar trying to be an uber-cool bar so if you wanna beer they have over a dozen on tap. But most people come here for the burgers, which are great. They're all 8oz, hence the name, cooked to your liking to perfection. I had a medium-rare Pike which was perfect. Really juicy and a decent level of spice. The bread buns are just right too - not too heavy to be overbearing and not too light so they fall apart. Try side order of Garlic Truffled Fries of if that's not to your taste, go for the Kennebec fries dipped in their locally sourced organic ketchup & mustard and you won't be disappointed.

Visited 8oz Burger with my brother on a recent trip to Seattle from Galway, Ireland. Really enjoyed the food and I just wish that we had spotted the place earlier on our trip so that we could have paid another visit. The waitress was exceptionally good to us and had us well entertained with her funny stories of her trip to Ireland. This place epitomises the friendly atmosphere we experienced in Seattle during our stay.

I visited the restaurant as a solo traveller. Sat at the bar and soon got chatting to the staff and locals. The recommendations on burger and beer were top notch! Portions very big!! Great place- will go back when in Seattle

...and great French fries. We are returned customers, and always pleased. A wide variety, cooked to perfection. I don't know what makes their fries special, but they are so much better than fast food fries, it would be worth stopping by just for them. But don't pass up the opportunity to get a really nicely crafted hamburger. This is a place that doesn't believe just making it big makes it better. Portions are appropriate ( that goes for the shakes too). The atmosphere is cozy and a bit funky (beer keg urinal) and the staff a cut above the cookie cutter scripted places.

Great burger, tasty fish sandwich and interesting sides. Visited on a Thursday evening and the place was hopping. Staff was friendly and efficient.

That's the place to be for a Burger ! Great choices or even you can design your own. The place is nice casual environment, friendly staff and good suggestions. The meat in the burger is so good and tasty. I tried the Madison burger ! It was so tasty and all is good ! Just make sure you like aioli because the taste is strong (and I don't mind it) ... Price very affordable.

Love the burgers & fries. Shakes come in a cute mason jar. Love there onion rings as well. A lot of food though so or the sliders to share if you aren't into 1/2 burgers

And the fries are just as good! The wait staff were pleasant even though the place was packed. Reasonably priced too.

Several restaurants recommended this place when we asked ... "where is a great burger without leaving with a mortgage?" They all told us about 8oz. And we were not disappointed! Every bite was satisfying and fulfilling. The mini-shakes are wonderful also

I may consider myself an expert in delicious burger. This place could have easily been my favourite of my most recent trip to Seattle. It was delicious Can't go wrong here

The atmosphere and location are the epitome of Seattle. Set in Capitol Hill surrounded by hundred year old buildings, there are lots of locals who seem to enjoy this spot. It's unpretentious. Their build-your-own Burger was perfect for me. While certainly not cheap, the quality is excellent. The lettuce wrap and the apple cider vinegar mustard made it memorable. Friendly, authentic service that let me focus on my meal and reading.

Loved the Banh Mi burger - the flavour hit you before it even went in your mouth. Also had the Broadway - the tomatoes were great but a bit forgettable overall. Enjoyed the fries as well.

I can't say enough about this burger joint. Me and my man come here weekly since we discovered it. It's always a toss up between The Union (espresso rubbed patty) or the special. This time I went with the Avacado smashed special and it was to die for. We always have to start with their poutine! This place is dangerous!

Lunch here was delicious and included good service. I had the veggie burger w/ a lettuce bunch and my friend had the burger w/ kimchee. We shared the garlic fries. The only thing that wasn't awesome about our visit was the temperature. I think we both had our coats on during our meal. There are a lot of windows in this place, and the weather outside was really cold the week we went there.

Everything I had was great: -Burger patty was still perfectly juicy at medium. -Bun was freshly made, looked great, and did not fall apart from all the juice/grease/sauce dribbling down from the burger. -White cheddar and special sauce were on point! -Garlic in the garlic fries was seasoned somehow, almost like a very light sauté.

We were a group of 6 without a reservation and only had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. We all ordered different burgers, and everyone was very satisfied with what they received. The burgers were cooked beautifully and the condiments and additions added with attention to detail. I was very impressed by our experience here and would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was god here! The menu was better than I thought it would be for a burger place, with vegetarian choice as well if you want that. The beer selection was also very good. We had various burgers and all were tasty, cooked to perfection and the brioche buns were excellent. The waitress we had was very attentive and friendly. If you are in this area of town, go here!

The burgers here are amazing. They're a little overpriced but worth every penny. Great options for everyone including lower calorie options so you can have that extra fry. There are some other higher rated places but this is by far the best.

Good service, friendly staff, a good tasting burger just what I needed before I headed off to the baseball. Couldn’t complain about the pricing as I went in happy hour. A burger with fries and a glass of house white wine under $20

Visited here two weeks ago with a friend in the midst of our summer heat wave and realized their AC system was not ready for the weather assaulting it. Temperatures aside, this place has an excellent selection of interesting foodie burgers with quality ingredients (but, boy do you pay for it). Enjoyed the caprese burger immensely, but for $16 it should have come with fries or some form of a side. Trendy place that commands matching prices, but the food is definitely worth the try. The fried green tomatoes on my burger with wonderful!

Staff was awesome. Food was really good. They don't mind customizing your order for you, and the make some damn good "boozy shakes"

Loved the taste of the signature 8-oz burger. Cooked to your specs and the fries aren't bad either. Plenty of choices for liquid refreshments, as long as you like beer.

We got the Pork Belly burger and the Short Rib burger. The pork belly burger was delicious with gouda cheese :) The short rib burger was good too, but the mustard overpowered the over flavors a bit. Their truffle garlic fries were delicious! A friend of ours got a shake too which was also fantastic. $12-15/burger adds up fast, but great burgers you won't make at home.

Had the fondue burger, deliciously messy, with the truffled garlic fries (yum!) & strawberry hibiscus cider (refreshing on a warm evening). Definitely recommend

We waited for 15 minutes and the staff didn't care to seat us even though they had a large booth. Since we are 5 people and the booth was for 6 people they refused to seat us. They didn't seem to care. They had 2 smaller tables and they said their policy is that they can't join 2 tables. Customers are the heart of a business but clearly they don't care. I would never step foot back in here. Rude and uncaring staff!!

I don’t review eateries unless I’ve visited at least twice. I came here a year ago and the food was fantastic. Same experience tonight so time for a review! This is a very comfortable casual environment burger joint. If you come after 9 pm they have a late night happy hour and you can get a burger with bacon, cheese and fixings plus fries for $12 (garlic fries $1 extra). And it is delicious! There are happy hour specials on drinks as well. If you’ve been evening drinking and get the 10 o’clock munchies this is a perfect place to take those cravings. The service is also friendly and fast. Great food, great drinks, great service. Can’t wait to come back.

When you want a burger, ya wanna burger. 8oz serves a consistently good burger, cooked to order. Meat quality is very good. You order first then sit and wait, so the service is primarily just the wait for the kitchen, and that seems well organized. Another real plus of this Capitol Hill location is that there is lots of enclosed parking at the QFC lot just north of it on Broadway. That is a real commodity in Cap Hill!

We took a chance on the reviews and had a delivery arranged to our hotel. When it arrived, we were missing a number of items from our order. I called and the girl who answered replied that they were aware they had a number of issues with deliveries over the last several months and were trying to rectify that. She said, “I thought I had double checked the order. Oops. My bad!” Seriously? Can we work on having adult conversations with customers? A simple, “I apologize for the inconvenience.” would have been fine. Acting like an immature middle schooler is not okay. We were given a recommendation the following night for Dick’s Drive-In and those burgers were far better!

If you are craving a burger, this place is for you! Terrific menu and dynamite ambiance. Perfect place for a family meal. Go with a big appetite...the burgers are big enough for two! Highly recommend!

One of the great burger restaurants in Seattle. The restaurant attendant are very helpful to explain and recommend dishes for your taste .

Great atmosphere, service at bar was friendly and engaging - great food! I specifically flipped for the organic ketchup.

Great flavorful and juicy burgers, the truffle garlic fries fell flat, stick to regular. A bit pricy but I wouldn't let that stop you from giving it a try!

I’ll be honest the poutine was excellent as was the Mac n cheese! I loved em both! The chicken poppers were good too. I ordered the fondue burger. It was good, great presentation and a great idea. Mine wasn’t great but it was good. I thought the flavors were well thought out but I felt the execution was a little off for me. I’d come back again and give it another go tho!

If you are looking for a great burger, made with fresh meat as well as all the other ingredients, this is the place to go. It's a cute atmosphere with a nice little bar and truly one of the best burgers I've had. It's a must try!

Delicious burgers cooked perfectly to order...if you want a bloody burger, they'll serve you a bloody one!

I have read about this place from TripAdvisor while i was looking for a burger restaurant. I did not regret coming here . I have ordered their signature burger ( 8oz Burger ) and it was excellent the size good and test very good and the price about $17 with soft drink and fries . The place bid enough and there are sufficient table but since i was a lone i decided to stay at the bar. The service also excellent. Overall I highly recommend this place for eating burger in Seattle.

We were rushed through our Dinner. Service was marginal at best. I only ate half of my meal. I asked for a to go box and a fork and knife for later. Our waitress told me to go to QFC and buy my own fork and knife. I wonder how they sell salads to go,without a fork or knife?

Second only to Gordon Ramsey's Farm Burger in Vegas. So for a tiny corner restaurant near Cap Hill they have big culinary company. I really like this place and will certainly be back for more. The Olive Burger is my favorite so far. Getting a single malt scotch to go with it isn't a bad option either.

This is the favorite burger place for my friends who live locally. Everything we had was perfectly flavored and responsibly made. I had the bahn mi and it was amazing! Also don't ignore the Brussels sprouts. The pike burger was amazing! Don't be scared of the heat! And they have plenty of local beer to wash it down with.

Great place for killer burgers in Capitol Hill area. My burger had arugula, balsamic onions, Hills bacon, Beechers Flagship Cheddar with Truffle aoli and Truffle oil garlic fries.

Had the Fondue burger. Interesting idea but the flavours did not work well to my taste buds. Its completely a la cart and the portion on the fries is quite small for the money. Décor is kinda tavern rustic.

The Jackson burger (pork belly!) was tasty. The brioche bread was fresh. Meat was really cooked to our liking. Onion rings was so-so. Didn't like the chicken sandwich with curry at all. It tasted sour and weird and just left a weird taste in the mouth. We felt server was rushing us during the not busy 1:30-2:30pm hour. We are not anxious to return here as burger places are a dime a dozen...

My wife and I got take out burgers from this trendy restaraunt on Capitol Hill. Took them across the street to Optimism Brewing. Pared with some great beers. Restaraunt was very crowded and loud so glad we had food to go. Burgers were excellent, would try this place on a quieter evening.

We found 8oz Burger Bar partly by chance after quickly googling places to eat nearby to where we are staying. We had only just arrived in Seattle after a 9 hour flight from England! Feeling tired and hungry, this place was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious with a good range of burgers on the menu. The waitress was lovely and was always happy to give us suggestions about what to have when we weren't sure. All in all, an excellent experience and a great first impression of Seattle!

Open till late and the service was warm and wonderful. Had a burger, salad and a milk shake. Sooooo good! Want to try Kimchee burger next time.

We've regularly gone to 8oz Burger for lunch or dinner and the food has always been very good. I felt compelled, however, to write a review after our experience yesterday. We arrived around 7PM and the restaurant was mostly full but there were 3 empty 4-tops. The hostess wasn't there but a waiter caught our eye and said that since we were only a party of 2, we would need to wait or sit at the bar. We asked about the 3 empty tables and he said they were being held for larger parties. We asked if we could sit at one and he said we would need to speak with the hostess. The hostess arrived and said that she would need to ask permission to seat us by one of the waiters (?). She asked one of the other employees.. who completely ignored us as she walked by to talk to another table... and then the hostess came back over. She did end up seating us at one of the 3 available tables. The person serving us, Sophie, never greeted us and was very short. She didn't offer to tell us what the special burger of the month is (usually its delicious) and just took our order. Service was exceptionally slow for our table and our waiter never came over to check on us, refill our water jug or even offer to get us our final bill. At the end of the meal, I asked for the business card for the general manager so I could provide some feedback about our experience. Our waiter said she was the general manager, so I asked her for a card. She said she didn't have one. She offered up her email address (which is a gmail address). I asked about their seating arrangements and she said they always hold tables for larger parties... but the discretion is with the servers, not the hosts... which makes no sense. She then said that since we were seated, we ended up getting service so there was no problem at all. I was shocked that she would have the audacity to imply we were lucky to have been served in the first place. I am writing this review because I feel compelled to share how horrible the service was that (a) we couldn't get a reasonable seat without asking 3 times (b) the host basically has no discretion to seat parties - which I thought was their primary responsibility and (c) the staff lies about their roles with the intent to avoid any issues from escalating to management. So, needless to say, we will never be dining at an 8oz (or affiliated) restaurant again. We will never order takeout or catering from a restaurant ever again and we will actively share our experiences with our friends and family so they too can avoid this restaurant.

Hopefully my wife won't get e-coli, a few bites of the bare burger before we reordered. None of the burgers was as ordered, so get well done and you might be fine. Get your act together kitchen.

Very dissapointing to be the no.1 in Seattle. Ordered the classic with garlic fries ( who could go wrong ordering this) and found a burger with an excessively salty pattie, cold bread bun and too much sauce (good cheese that was lost underneath the other not very good stuff). For the garlic fries... regular fries ( nothing special about them) with finely cut raw garlic on top. Definitely not my #1 in Seattle, and kind of overpriced.

If you want the extra bit of a burger, well-seated in a nice restaurant atmosphere, this is the one for you! Excellent food at fairly good prices make the difference! Well recommended, would go again!

Ate here after a Seahawks game, had the Wild Boar and a boozy shake. The food was pretty amazing and the service was nice as well.

This is a great burger stop in the Capitol hill area. I had the classic which was exactly that and reasonably priced. Cooked correctly as ordered, very tasty and served quickly during lunch hour. The selection of local and regional brews is another great plus!

Found this restaurant after googling Organic Burgers, And 8oz came up. It really didn't disappoint. We all Had turkey burgers which were very tasty and enjoyable. In addition, we had a local craft beer which was fantastic. The atmosphere is very trendy, and it was a very enjoyable Eating experience. We'll definitely be back when we visit Seattle again.

My husband, Myself, and our two kids(12)(8) drove up from Oregon. The burgers were pretty delicious, good fries, and amazing Margarita cider ($8ea). They lost 1 star due to my sons milkshake ($8) was clearly over half full of nothing but whip cream (too expensive to rip people off like that). This place is extremely pricey (we went during happy hour) and we still paid $120 for 4.

The Classic burger was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We visited on a Wednesday night and sat right down, but it was full by 7:30. Highly recommend!

The burgers are tasty and nice. Go for their recommendations about the 8oz Burger. They have delicious salads, too. However, a dinner for two including drinks was around $150 and c'mon, this is just a very simple burger place.

Easy to find, great food- your only problem might be getting a table (or finding a place to park- use light rail and walk the couple of blocks from the Capital Hill station)! Go early to this popular Capital Hill burger bar.

The atmosphere of the place is very laid back, with a lot of young people dining there early Saturday evening. Choice of burger was extensive, I went for one of their specials and wasn't disappointed, flavour was good, portion size more than adequate, and presentation spot on. Happy hour beer prices was an added bonus, and the bar staff were friendly and informative. Highly recommended.

Came here on a Saturday evening around 7 pm. Place was crowded. Luckily, my friend had gotten there before me and was able to get a table. Decided on ordering the 'Classic' for $11. Added a side order of Fries for $5 I think. A lot of bun, but overall the burger itself was pretty good. Service was great, but I think this was a bit over priced in my opinion for the portions.

I had the 8oz . It was very good. Service was good too. A little bit filling so I cannot eat here regularly. But, I will be back.

Ordered two burgers and two fries, along with two cocktails. Everything arrived in a decent amount of time and was yummy. This place specializes in burgers with different kinds of toppings, which perhaps mask a bit the innate deliciousness of a burger, but it was fun to eat something different. The server was super friendly and charming to my boyfriend and I- although, he did proceed to use the exact same spiel on the table that arrived after us to the left... and then also the table to the right.

Happy Hour is 2x a day: 4-6 and 9-Close. The Happy Hour menu is available throughout the restaurant and has great deals. Lots of apps for 1/2 price. 8oz Burger Bar serves up high quality burgers for everyone - get a simple, excellent Cheeseburger or a Kimchee Pork Belly Burger...or make your own with every condiment and topping worth considering - things like eggs, avocado, truffle mayo, tomato jam, mushrooms and every kind of cheese you want. You can even get a Wild Boar burger. Not cheap - build your owns will run about $15 on average....but are worth it if you want it your way! Most burgers average about $13. They also have a nice selection of sides and milkshakes. Happy hour prices are available throughout the restaurant and are a great deal...half off most selections. Milkshakes are OK...They have some fun flavours like Snickerdoodle or Green Tea Nutella (shakes are $6-9). Sometimes they run out of flavours, so...watch out for that!

Found this one by accident. Had the special and it was by far the best burger I have had in a long time. The staff were amazing as well

This place came highly recommended, and now I know why. Luckily we had reservations on the Saturday night we visited, as there were about 10 people already standing outside the restaurant waiting for a table when we arrived at 730pm. By about 830pm it had quieted down quite a bit. Call ahead! Our party ordered the popcorn chicken and brussel sprouts to start which were both excellent. The burgers....well what can I say.....also excellent! One of the better burgers I've had in Seattle. Plenty of options available or you can custom make your own. The Union received raves from friends. I ordered the truffle garlic fries as well, which were WAY undercooked, so I should have sent them back. My fault for not doing so, but this very minor thing wouldn't stop me from going back. Service was attentive and friendly. It's a very lively spot, so may not be best for those looking to have a quiet, intimate dinner. Looking forward to next time! Well done!

Arrived in Seattle after a long day of travel. Crashed, then needed something to revive us. Just a quick ride from our downtown hotel to Capitol Hill area for a late evening meal that hit the spot. Brussels sprouts were huge and cooked right. Grilled cheese toasties hit the spot with some type of dipping jam that had an apple-butter taste. Signature 8 oz burger was very satisfying and cooked perfectly to my medium rare desire. Smashed avocado burger special of the night also satisfied my dining partner’s cravings well. Only small let-down was shake that was supposed to have a blend of alcohol flavors added taste like not much more than vanilla ice cream. Still, would definitely return.

I dropped by for a burger and an order of Brussels sprouts and was very happy with my meal. Service at the bar was fast and friendly. The sprouts were excellent and the burger, the Madison, was medium rare as requested, juicy, flavorful, and sitting on a delicious bun. One star off because nothing comes with your burger but the burger itself. Burger and sprouts cost about $23 together.

Yes - This is among one of the best meals I've had. The burger was perfect! Hand made, tender and juicy. The service was great. We sat outside, enjoyed the evening and has a grand time. This place is kid friendly. They have a kids menu, crayons etc.The waitstaff was wonderful and the menu is superb. They make their own BBQ sauce and it was terrific. We scammed an extra portion to take home - then promptly forgot to take it with us - :-( We would go back and look forward to our next visit.

We arrived for an early dinner on a Sunday after a long flight. They had some happy hour burger specials but we didn't want any of those. My wife ordered the Union and built my own burger with candied bacon, roasted tomato, and peppercorn aioli. All of the components on the burger were good to great only the bun was very heavy and thick. It was fresh yet it hindered the overall burger experience. The truffle fries had a great flavor and texture while the onion rings texture was great but lacked much flavor. We finished off the meal with a PBJ shake that was tasty and had a lot of peanut butter flavor but no strawberry. The service was fairly patient with all of my wife's questions. :-) We would go back but would do a lettuce wrap or try the pretzel bun instead.

A well executed hamburger (8 oz) with good service and lively ambience. French fries were good but cold and lacking seasoning. Will return for another meal.

When we finally checked into our hotel after a long foodless flight west, we were starving and the desk at our hotel sent us down the street to 8oz Burger Bar. It's not much to look at from the street...nor from the inside, but our waitress and the food made our day. Megan (there are 2, this is Megan with glasses) was exploding with energy. She not only took our orders quickly, but reenergized us and when she learned we were visiting, gave us a full local view of what to see, where to go that was invaluable! She made our trip. If you only go in for a beer (they have ton's of choices) ask Megan for travel advice...it literally flows out of her! As for the food, the carnivores all loved their burgers, mine was so juicy and delicious, I almost ran out of napkins, but my vegan daughter was equally pleased with her veggie burger...so much so, she wanted to go back again another day of our stay...this is a major recommendation from a very picky eater. I enjoyed a shake, the fries were very good...in fact, this was the kind of "joint" you'd like to have in your neighborhood. Great food, great service all in a casual come as you are setting. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for families, couples and groups of friends. And say hi to Megan for us...

The burgers and the fries were simply awesome. There was almost too much meat on the burger if this is even possible.

I haven't had a great burger in ages but our terrific server pointed out the lunch special-your basic luscious burger capped with perfectly melted cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles and sweet onion on a buttery-tasting roll. This was a burger worth waiting for accompanied by a generous portion of crispy fries. Basics done perfectly.

We order different burgers and they were all very good. Cooked to perfection the “8 oz” option was excellent. The truffle garlic fries were also very good. I strongly recommend.

I tried Brussels sprouts for the first time here and they are delicious! Great burgers, great local soda option, organic condiments and great staff! I would definitely come here again!

We had the Fondue burger and garlic truffle fries. Burgers are perfect for splitting since they are so thick. Always good food.

I went here as it was top top burger place on TripAdvisor and it did not disappoint. The burgers are very expensive so be aware and fries cost additional money. A good place but not inexpensive enough to hit on the regular.

Burger was good and presentation appealing. Onion rings had tempura style batter, good but not my favorite. Variety of beer and full bar. Happy hour pricing very reasonable. Thank you Hannah for good service.

After visiting the Chittenden Locks, we stopped here for lunch. The burgers were delicious. I was thankful that they had gluten free rolls. The french fries were very good too. They have mini shakes on the menu, in case you just want a taste.

The signature burgers are fantastic. You can also create your burger with the endles toppings from the menu. Try the truffle garlic fries. Delicious! Make sure you leave room for the awesome shakes. If you love burgers then you have to eat here.

We went here on our first night in Seattle, We had the 8oz and the Jackson, both of which were amazing! And shared a large truffle fries. Staff very friendly and welcoming Awesome happy hour deals too!

Really tasty burgers and great sides- traditional but with a twist. Loved the choice of drinks; beer floaters, shakes etc. alongside solid Californian wines. This place is laid back yet you feel very safe in the hands of servers and chefs who are at the top of their game.

Recently enjoyed a nice meal here. Quite liked the way you could build your own burger from a good range of fillings. The patty was substantial so quite filling. Good range of beers on offer and the service was excellent. The fries were a little disappointing but no big deal.

Whoa! The flavor profile here was fantastic and each ingredient stood on its own... the poutine rocked and the burgers (we split several to share and taste) were all outstanding. Great friendly staff too. Casual atmosphere after a long day roaming Seattle

The burgers start at $11 a la carte, add fries for $7, milkshake $8. Place was packed with lots of take out orders being picked up. I'm 79, $.15 McDonald's and fries. This was more of a young Seattle crowd. I don't think it was a good value. Good burger and shake, I passed on the fries, but considerably more cost than value for this meal.

The burgers here are deelish as are the garlic fries. Fries are done to perfection and portions are generous. If just one of you is going to eat fries order a small. I took half of the large home. Be sure to check both sides of the menu before you order. You may miss some awesome add-ons. Go here for the food, not the atmosphere. For my taste the atmosphere is metallic and basic, metal chairs, metal tables, etc. Major plus - parking is convenient and free, a huge (huge!) plus on Cap Hill. One fault, my friend ordered a root beer with his burger and when the bill came it was $4.50. Seriously?? $4.50 for root beer? He said it was good but not worth $4.50. It was a $3.00 root beer at best.

I had a quick lunch here. The burger and fries was good, but not worth a special trip. Service was good.

A beautiful delicious burger, onion rings & truffle garlic fries! Be sure to say Hi to Andre behind the bar! Order different burgers, share and enjoy!!! Great food, great clientele & great service.... a must for burger lovers!!!

Our son took us to this restaurant to have some of the best burgers in Seattle. I think he's probably right. Great burgers, also a really good salad and tremendous fries. Good atmosphere and great staff. Too bad that the streets around this area are full of trash and garbage. If I was a mechant/restaurant owner in Capital Hill, I'd be raising heck with the citiy council and mayor. Shame on them for providing such poor support for their residents and businesses. The state legislator from this district is running for Mayor -- I shudder to think.

Pros: - above average burger with regards to taste - had the roasted garlic broccolini for an appetizer also and that was quite tasty Cons: - felt rushed to decide on what to order - it's a very cold autumn day but yet, was not allowed to sit further away from the door (as in towards the back) so as not to get cold every time someone opened the door. This decision would have made sense if the place was teeming with people, but it wasn't. I felt like my needs were not considered above whatever reason they were needing to "keep the back area open." - questionable cleanliness: the ketchup bottle was filthy, as in there were two long strands of hair around the bottle plus lots of fingerprints on it. It's flu season. People need to be more conscious of things like this. There really isn't a good excuse not to keep things clean, especially if staff is just standing around doing nothing. For being paid a minimum wage of $15, which is above a lot of other places, they need to start earning their pay. - ordinary bun- I guess the expectation is that the taste will carry the value of the burger - above average cost- not sure if I am willing to come back to this place due to the price not commensurate to what I perceive is the value of the burger (plus the cleanliness issue)

My friends were craving burgers so we decided to come here for lunch. They come here often so it must be good. I wish they had a private lot to park in because we found street parking a few blocks away. The place was packed when we arrived but luckily we got seated on the last available table right away. Our server was very nice and provided us great customer service during our meal. Everyone knew what they wanted except for me. I eventually decided on The 8oz. since it was their signature burger. The food came out really fast! I was surprised since they were so busy. Good job to the kitchen! The burger was cooked perfectly and it was delicious. My friend shared some fries and they were very good too! At the end of the meal, I went to wash my hands and to my surprise, the restroom here is very clean! Legit spot and I can see why my friends eat here often.

Super juicy burgers, good ol' thick patties, fresh soft buns and mouthwatering french fries, if those are things you fancy, then 8 Oz. burger bar is your place to be! The menu has an extensive variety of burgers to choose from, you are guaranteed to find something that suits your taste. They also have a burger of the month that changes from month to month. The fries are absolutely mouthwatering! Homemade and served with garlic, they are the perfect side dish to the burgers. Overall an awesome experience!

8oz Burger trends toward hipster/foodie. Top-grade beef, interesting/exotic toppings, fresh buns. Fries are first-rate. Note, there is a 5% surcharge for take-out (I'm guessing due to the paper waste that's generated: it's that kind of place), and they don't offer to-go drinks. Friendly staff; they offered me a free Diet Coke while I was waiting for my takeout.

We are ranchers from NM and know good beef and burgers! This restaurant has both, plus great staff and drinks!

This was our first night out in Seattle,so we dropped into this burger bar. This place was great, I had the lavender burger and my partner the wild boar burger. The lavender jam and spiced apple chutney were amazing as was the garlic broccoli, a definite recommendation. We were really tired after our trip but couldn't resist staying for a second beer, we would recommend the chocolate stout and shades CDA. Our only issue is that it was a little over costed, but we have found this to be true of all food and drink in Seattle. Well worth a visit

Visiting with friends in Seattle area and opted to have lunch. Great service. Lots of burger dishes but also other selections to satisfy anyone's palate. Very good milk shakes. Must choose your burger either medium or well. Cost - $60.00 for three for lunch. Don't stay away due to price. Just be aware of these prices in and around Seattle. French Toast Burger was a great choice.

Ok, truth to tell I had the grilled chicken burger which I thought was great and everyone loved the burgers-- We really liked the sweet potato bites an the Brussels Sprouts were very good ( but not outstanding). Cocktails were inventive and as promised, very good. We also had a bottle of wine with us- fifteen dollar corkage fee- pretty reasonable I thought. This is, above all, a cheerful place in the heart of the capital hill with the right hipster and local vibe. Conveniently located because there is parking at the QFC ( just try and find something on the street in target times-- its next to impossible) and a fun feel to the long tables if you have a party.

Excellent Burgers. Beer on Tap is a addition. please try the Pike Burger. Wonderful atmosphere. God Food. Great Service. wonderful people. kudos!!

After an afternoon strolling around Ballard with another family we took their recommendation and all ended up at 8 Oz. Burger Bar for an early dinner. The location is a little outside of the 'main' area of Ballard but still easy enough to walk to (in fact parking around these streets is usually a lot easier than it is centrally). In short, we had a tasty dinner of a great burger, tasty fries and cold beers all a few bucks cheaper than normal thanks to a nice happy hour menu. If I had to nit pick my only complaints would be the strong odor and the lack of Heinz ketchup (sorry it's a staple in my house my whole life) which admittedly isn't a huge deal and the organic all-natural ketchup in the bottle on the table was ok. We arrived around 5:30 on a Saturday and while the place was pretty full, they had just enough room to fit our party of seven. The dining room is nice enough and feels upscale and trendy though I'm not sure why the TVs were showing Law & Order re-runs. My only knock against the dining room was the very strong, overwhelming smell that hits you when you first walk in. A friend said it was truffle and garlic, which it may have been, but whatever it was it's very pungent and quite offputting until you eventually no longer notice it. Weird and a little uncomfortable at first but ultimately it didn't detract from good burgers. Since it was before 6PM we were able to order off the happy hour menu which saved me a little money on a pint of the "house Lager." We also took advantage of the happy hour 'meal deal' that's an 8Oz classic burger with bacon, cheese, truffle aoli and trimmings along with fries for a few dollars less than it would cost otherwise. My burger was good and tasty and cooked medium with a little bit of pink through the center. The fries were very good. Normally I find homemade / fresh cut fries to be hit or miss, all too often they can end up limp and soggy/oily. In the case of 8 oz. Burger Bar, the fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned and had no issues with too much skin or oil. My wife opted for a different approach and got a few starters for her meal. The shiso peppers were pretty good though not exactly my cup of tea. The Brussel sprouts w/ bacon were popular at the table and she enjoyed the mac & cheese as well. All of the kids got popcorn chicken and fries which was served in a little wire fry basket. It looked quite good but the portions seemed pretty big resulting in a huge mound of fried batter that they only only managed to eat half of. I did notice another group come in behind us that appeared to have called ahead for a reservation. Depending on day/time, it's definitely worth checking into as the place isn't that big and seems to fill up fast. Still, if you're in the mood for a tasty burger I'd definitely recommend trying 8 Oz. Burger Bar, especially if it's during happy hour.

These burgers are so tasty and perfectly cooled, that we went 2 days in a row. I highly recommend the poutine fries to start. We have tried the signature 8 ounce, which is so delicious. The balsamic onions add so much flavor. Next we tried the Pike, which is spicy, and the Union. The Union is my favorite, but all were extremely good. I was a little disappointed with the regular fries. We also had the espresso Oreo milkshake. That was dangerous. So amazing. I highly recommend this place if you love burgers!

The place is a great option for a vegan friendly burger in Capitol Hill. I recommend the 8oz Veggie on Vegan Pretzel Bun with fries and a rosé cider.

We all got the classic burger and small fries - huge scrumptious burger and good fries. Cost is $13 for this combo, but well worth it for the quality of the food, service and pleasant atmosphere.

When we chose to visit Seattle our tour of the Pacific Northwest, we had no idea that we’d be treated to one of the most satisfying hamburger joints in the country. The burgers were outstanding. As appetizers, we ordered the deviled eggs and the wedge salad—both were phenomenal. The dressing on the wedge salad was delicious. I must also tell you that the ketchup served with the fries was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I’m not sure if their ketchup is made in house, but it was better than plain bottled ketchup. This was a great evening dinner!

This is my go-to upscale burger joint. The flavors pop in each sandwich, and every burger is unique! Their PB&J milkshake is my fave, with the maple bacon snickerdoodle a close second. The food never disappoints! Why am I not giving it a 5*? The service! We came with a group of 10 on a Tuesday night (we had reservations), and were sat immediately, however the food and drinks took forEVER to come to the table. I understand that we were a large group, but the restaurant was not busy or even close to being full, and waiting 15 minutes for our drinks, or 45 minutes for our food is a little unreasonable. It's fine, of course, we will be back, but I hope they can fix their staffing for their own sake.

Being raised in cow country I'm pretty picky when it comes to beef... I must say, well worth the stop. Good value for the food quality and awesome service. Suggest reservations for 5 or more, and gets busy around 7 and on the weekends. We'll be back again!

Decided to stop here on my trip to Seattle. Fresh local burger restaurant. Seating is a bit tight, but customer service is great. Sweet Potato Tater-Tots: Get these for your app! They're dusted in a cinnamon sugar and come with a curry aioli dip. - 7.5/10 Kennebec Garlic Fries: Solid crispy fries. Don't get the garlic unless you like a very strong flavor 8/10 The Hill: Short rib burger with arugula, shallots, and dijon. Tip: get it with the pretzel bun - 9/10 Overall: 8.5/10

This place is all about burgers & beer and that's exactly what you get - On a extremely high quality level. The Chipotle Crunch Burger was the best burger I've had during the last year...8oz Burger Bar even managed beating my favourite burger place at home in Germany ;) The burger was simply like a should be: A big patty of beef grilled medium that simply tasted excellent and was perfectly supplemented by the onion-chipotle sauce, the avocado creme and....the chips ;) I had excellent garlic fries and a very nice craft beer with it...not the cheapest place, but absolutely worth every single dollar!

I recently ordered a rare 8 oz. burger and it arrived medium done and not that hot. I think it may have been cooked earlier in the day and then warmed up. However, the onion rings were excellent.

I used to enjoy stopping in here for a burger and cocktail, but after our last visit, not sure I'll go back. The restaurant was not that crowded, but there were several tables with uncleared debris from previous diners, and other tables cleared, but not yet set up for the next party. They were understaffed for sure that night - the bartender was also our server, and there was only one other person up front, who had to split their time between seating patrons and organizing take-out orders. The food was meh - nothing really special, and the presentation left a lot to be desired. 8 oz. burger really needs to pay more attention to this location and address these issues if they want to retain their customer base.

Big, delicious burgers in a no-frills techno space. For 12 bucks you get a terrific burger with wonderful toppings. Try The Union with candied bacon, gorgonzola and fried shallots. Try The Madison with roasted mushrooms, aged gruyere, herb aioli and more. Eighteen varieties or design your own. Big. Don't plan on dessert. These are appealing enough to seem like a dessert. We pick this place over the yuppy fancy food places a Pike Place Market, any day. And the truffled garlic fries, don't miss them. There are veggie and fish options too.

Really good self made burgers, fresh taste, good menu and happy hour. Price is fair. I will visit it again. I also had fries and they were also tasty.

Excellent burgers as advertised. Place is pretty small but we got in and out pretty quickly. Apps and sides are good too, drink menu interesting. Recommended to us by a local and definitely worth checking out.

Great burgers - great selection and combinations. When a burger place asks u how u want the patty done you they on the business end of a burger.

The menu is great. Every item I've had is very good. Several more options and lower prices would be nice.

I had this on the list of places to try before our trip. The hostess was a bit difficult upon arrival wanting our party of four to sit at two tables which were side by side so two waiters could work there tables🤔. Ok....so we agreed to the tables , slide them together and ordered. Drinks took a considerable time to come out, never received the appetizer and got our food in about 30 minutes. We had three classics and a Bahn mi, all were good, not great, as were the "truffle" fries.

We went here for dinner with family. If you have more than 4 people, I suggest reservations. Our wait for 5 was taking longer than we wanted so we ate at the bar. Service was excellent and the burgers were absolutely delicious! Lots of savory add ons that really take these burgers to a higher level of delight.

Great vibe. Easy parking available. Great staff. Very friendly. Very familiar. Helpful in looking over the menu. Had the classic with bacon and added a glass of Malbec. Fantastic fries. Very affordable. Strongly recommend.

8 oz Burger? That's half pound of good beef!! This is a very good burger. Good onion rings. Very Friendly Service. Great location! Very Good!

The popcorn chicken, fries, and burgers were good, and the mac and cheese sprinkled with cinnamon was interesting; not bad, just a little strange. Great service.

We were visiting the area and wanted a burger for dinner—-WOW! This is a very cool place. The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is super friendly. We ate at the bar and enjoyed beer and burgers. The burgers were delicious and the fries were topped off a perfect meal. The servers were very attentive and kind. They definitely seemed to like their jobs and the interactions with customers. Try 8oz if you get a chance.

The hostess was friendly and we were seated rigth away. I like my burger well done but not burnt. They cooked my burger to perfection! The fires were also great. Many different choices of burgers on the menu. Definately a must visit place for a greta burger.

Great burgers, friendly staff, good value for Seattle. We would certainly go back. We had a Turkey burger and a Classic. Both were cooked as requested and had great flavour and accompaniments. Relatively cheap for Capitol Hill.

Great big burgers including build you own. Glass feed beef all natural. The burger is a handful and wonderfully tasty. Really big onion rings were yummy. Lots of beer on tap and a wide variety of whiskeys also. Friendly staff. Only down side is that parking in the area is challenging, so just walk over.

Burgers were amazing. Milkshakes were amazing. I didn't love the chicken sandwich, but I won't doc points for that. This place was packed with locals, which of course is a good sign.

I was so hungry and I decided to try this little place. There many kind of burger and you can choose between chicken beef etc... personally I build my burger, was so simple but the meat was great and the braid to. I like also the fries.

Delicious burger and very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I don't really like meat and it was delicious! My husband and I both got the lunch special - classic burger and fries. Came with white american cheese, special sauce, tomatoes and lettuce. We skipped the onions. Fries are served in a little fry basket - cute and good. Organic ketchup the reminds me of my mom's homemade ketchup. Great quality ingredients. Quirky atmosphere. Totally surprised me how much I liked it!

Had just flown from NYC to Seattle and hadn't had anything to eat in a while. My friend recommended trying this restaurant. I was so hungry, I said sure. It was absolutely incredible. I recommend the build your own burger option. You pick the type of meat , cheeses, fixings and sides. Try the broccolini for a side dish. For dessert try the brownie bites. I washed it all down with their tap root beer. They also have vegetarian options for those who don't partake in eating meat, which is a big plus.

Really enjoyed their yummy 8oz burger. Different then usual burger flavors worked great. Super fast service and good local beer selection on tap. Yum.

The burger may only be 8oz, but it was a hearty and filling burger. The Classic Burger is what you may expect. The special sauce on the burger didn't seem like anything very mysterious. My wife and I ordered the sweet potato tots as an appetizer. They were complimented by spicy mustard and delicious either dipped or plain. Additionally, the garlic fries were worth the extra cost.

One of my favorite things about 8oz Burger Bar is (shocking!) their hamburger. We eats LOTS of hamburgers, and we often leave commenting on the sides, or the shakes, or the toppings. But 8oz Burger Bar stands out for their delicious tasting patties! The rest is pretty fantastic too!

We headed over here after a fairly rugged hike in the Mt Si area. Chilly day, in hiking boots and what a perfect late lunch. Very cozy atmosphere, bar ... burgers and veggie burgers were excellent and we ordered lots of sides; since this was a pre-Thanksgiving excuse for lots of eating. Highly recommended it if you're in Seattle on Capitol Hill and totally in the mood for a casual, good eating place to hang out.

This is a gem on Capital Hill in Seattle. I had a turkey burger that was excellent with some great fries. The place is lively which you would expect in this area. The wait staff was friendly and very attentive. The decor is special.

Really good food, the will make your burger however you want it! I have some weird food allergies and there is zero preservatives in the ground beef and the fries are hand cut without any preservatives. Amazing service, typically pretty easy to get a seat, always have the option to sit at the full service bar. Lots of parking close, very clean.

well staff is nice and food is good, but the "food safety is just ok" so that is kinda concerning. but food is GREAT!

Our hotel was nearby, and I was very curious about this place. We went for Saturday evening dinner and were seated right away. We had the kimchi pork belly deviled eggs and the scorched pepper appetizers. Both were excellent. The burger I had was the best I’ve ever had. It had beecher’s cheese and balsamic onions (I think it is listed as the favorite on the menu.) it was pricey for a burger, but I understand why. You really taste the quality. The drink I had and the fries were excellent too. You won’t be sorry.

Like others have commented, where you are seated makes a difference. Try to avoid sitting at the table next to the bathrooms – you will be happy you did. Otherwise the food is good, with a hip, casual vibe; order the chicken appetizer. At our last visit, our 14 y.o. son said he 'liked the vibe of this place.'

I had the wild boar burger, my buddy went for the "build your own". Messy, but seriously tasty, makes you really appreciate the cloth napkins! Also recommended are the onion rings, best I've had in years. Good Manhattan's as well -- the well bourbon is Evan Williams (my usual) -- decent price.

This place makes one of the best burgers I have ever had. The build your own burger option is what works for me. Good sized portions. A bit of a wait to get in at supper.

Went just before closing time and they were so wonderful to seat our group of 4 anyway! Service was quite good (perhaps because of the hour), pleasant and helpful. I ordered the Signature 8oz burger, which was perfectly cooked and delicious! Huge burger, but I loved every morsel. Also ordered a basket of regular fries for the table which were crispy and very tasty. I had a Hefeweizen draft beer which was delicious! Everyone else in our group enjoyed their meals as well. We can't wait to return.

This place was within walking distance of our hotel and I wanted a burger. I had a Classic Burger, my husband had the Madison (see pic) and we shared an order of fries with garlic salt. The burgers were big and everything tasted very good. The place is clean and the service was great.

Stopped here for dinner after a day of traveling to Seattle. Well worth it. Great burgers and no wait. Highly recommended. Have a great cocktail selection as well as craft beers. If you are in Seattle you should definitely eat here once.

This was the best burger I've had at a Seattle restaurant. It was that good. I don't even remember what was on it - peppercorn aioli, cheese, mushrooms and bacon and maybe something else, but I do remember each moment of eating it. The burgers are a bit pricy, $14 or so each and that doesn't include sides and charges for substitutions to your toppings. Speaking of which, the fries were mediocre at best. But the beer selection was good and included 10+ local drafts.
One of the best burgers I've ever had.
Ordered the mushroom burger and fries. Order was delivered to the table perfectly along with a pail of hot crispy fries. The burger was medium rare, just like I ordered it and the taste was evident that they were using Angus beef that tasted like it was ground that morning.
