We drove down for the Movie Monday event at Otopia and we were disappointed to hear that it was cancelled. However, we ended up having a great experience at Acres 41. The wine and food were delicious, (Merlot, I might be going back just to get some more) Our waiter, Mark was able to give me some recommendations for our food order and was great ensuring that we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant and ended up having an excellent date night.

Went for a nice dinner on our trip. Everything EXCEEDED expectations! The blue crab artichoke dip and gulf shrimp cocktail were amazing. Loved the little bottle of hot sauce they served. Feature for us were the Texas Style Fillets. A very nice 'signature dish'. We feel the best steak we've had in some time. Prepared and presented perfectly! Service was attentive and prompt. Don't be fooled that it's in/part of a hotel. This is definitely a cut above as a restaurant!

This was not a success. The service was fine. The ambiance was nice. The food, well… left room for improvement. The blue crab app was a bland. I love a wedge salads, but this wedge was just mean. Not good. The steaks were not great either. Choose your plan b. It will be better.

We had a very nice meal. Good location for a special event, which was a wedding anniversary in our case. My wife had. a salad with salmon and I had a steak with mushrooms and potatoes on the side. A bottle of wine completed the meal. We split a brownie with ice cream and decaf cafe and late for desert. Everything was prepared very well and tasted great. The service was very good as well.

Excellent food and drinks. Atmosphere is lovely but a bit loud for intimate conversation. Service was very speedy and went beyond expectations.

Ro, Sam and Bella were amazing. Great drinks, great food, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back whenever in Austin.

Excellent service from Jeremiah! All of our needs were addressed happily by the Chefs. The meal was DELICIOUS 😋

The staff was great, the ambiance was fine but the food was inconsistent. The meat eaters were happy but the others not so much. Several complaints of WAY too much salt on fries, on the chicken, on the vegetables. So much so that none of the three diners of those dishes were able to finish. The other servings were good but not really memorable. We ate at a number of other restaurants this week and they were all outstanding. I would not go back to Acre 41 nor would I recommend it to someone who had a short time in town - unless they were really focused on steak. The steak eaters at our table had no complaints.

We entered into the hotel to get to the restaurant. We were promptly seated. Waiter was very nice and made good suggestions. We had burrata for starter, however it was flavorless. Then had a Caesar salad to share. It was a large portion so was good to share. Our entrees were scallops with creamed spinach. I had salmon with wild rice. We had creamed spinach as a side. The wine was fine. Everything was cooked good but it was all lacking flavor. It was a bland meal overall.

Mark F is a fabulous server. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly good at his job. The food was delicious, the cocktails scrumptious. Highly recommend.

The meal was so good! Corn bread appetizer was different but oh so yummy! Fresh baked in its own skillet, with a tiny bit of char on the edges! Bread pudding - same thing, different than I've ever had but also the best! The entire meal was different, fresh, delicious! Amber was the best server! Very kind, attentive and friendly.

Always a great time - atmosphere, meal, and service are impeccable. Tyler is amazing! Highly recommend!

Pork chop and scallops were fantastic, what a selection of bourbon!! Our server, Tyler, went above and beyond!! Highly recommend.

Very nice experience service was excellent food was delicious and they poured a great cocktail. 10/10 would visit again next time we are in Austin.

Took my father and law hear hoping for a nice brunch/lunch. We walked up from the Bob Bullock museum and were excited by the ambiance of the bar and waiting area. Even though we where put on a waiting list, the place didn’t look crowded. I’m fact, it looked less than 1/4 full with light traffic of people leaving the hotel. When we finally were seated, no one came to check on us for15-20 minutes. Finally someone came over with a water jug to fill our water glasses, my father in law asked,”can we get some coffee?” It was brunch after all and it only made sense. The waitress said, “I only do water. Do you not want water?” So we sat there for another 10 minutes drinking our water. At that point we left, frustrated, hungry, and annoyed. I’ll never go back.

Delicious steaks and imaginative American menu Great craft cocktails. Audrey the server was fantastic. I’d love to return

Staxx, our server, made our dining experience amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the restaurant, Otis Hotel, surrounding area, and menu! She’s our favorite and our meal was excellent!

Stopped here for lunch on Tuesday after memorial day. Ambience and cleanliness were great, even if it is in a hotel lobby. Honestly we were the only people in there for about a half hour then a few others trickled in around 1:30 right before they close up for dinner. After a cold beer , salad, and sandwich and it ran up to 60 bucks quickly with the tip. Not exactly lunch prices to say the least, but it would be okay if the food was exceptional like the top rating it had achieved in this site. The prime rib dip was dry and overcooked, and the chicken salad was above average but nothing to rave about. Probably not going back,

We enjoyed our meal here. Wait staff was amazing and everything we tried was delicious! Monte our waiter was outstanding!

The bar staff was very attentive, professional and courteous. Ro, Joe and Jalissa are wonderful assets to your team. I will be back.

Great service at the bar from Chad. The Pork Chop was legit. It was like a Tomahawk Pork Chop. Great ambiance as well. I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend my dinner in Austin at the hotel restaurant but it was a good choice.

Had an amazing time, John is awesome! The steak was perfect, I had the New York strip and my coworker had the filet. Mine was cooked to perfection, the oysters and burrata were a great way to start.

We came in right before the kitchen closed. We were guests at the hotel and we were willing to take the food to go. The staff seated us immediately and Mark was our wonderful and patient waiter. We were never rushed and the meal was awesome! Mark even arranged for a refrigerator to be placed in our room for the leftovers! The restaurant and bar are a perfect extension of a beautiful hotel.

very good dinner i wanted to eat meat and it was the best roast i have ever eaten the wine they brought me was something completely unique and great flavor with the meat

My fiancé and I came down to Austin to stay at the Otis Hotel and celebrate our engagement. We were a bit sad at first because we forgot to call ahead for a reservation because we wanted to sit in the main dining area and there was a 1 hour wait. But the bar area was open seating so we sat at a table right next to the bar. Let me tell ya, usually having a bartender as a waiter is iffy at best, but Chad was very attentive, even with a packed house and short staffed. His drink recommendations were great, and was very fun to talk to. Honestly made the whole experience so much better and by the end, we were glad we hadn’t set a reservation and got to be bar side for the meal! Definitely set a reservation if you want dining area seating though, this place is packed and for good reason. Food was awesome! Paid $65 for a steak and I felt that the higher cost was certainly worth it. If you get a drink from Chad or any of the other amazing bartenders like Andrew, I suggest the Espresso Martini, as Chad has that drink down to a SCIENCE and has many different additives to it to make the flavor of the drink EXACTLY how you like it. A great night all in all!

Delicious steak dinner! Great service! Brownie dessert is worth it! Creative drinks! Very modern vibe to the restaurant.

The bone marrow was delicious, and succulent, and the crispy crab sushi roll was amazing and crunchy, but the highlight as always was the simple green salad! I love this restaurant. Tana and Paula were very engaging and friendly. All around great service!

Cody gave us the best service I think I've had. Excellent meal as well. We will come back. The prime rib was phenomenal. Well worth the price.

First time in Austin and came for a solo date night, and boy did I sweep me off my feet!!!! I was taken care of by Audrey and she was the perfect waitress. Ordered a lobster roll (that was a special) as an appetizer, the *percect* exxxtraaaa dirty martini, acre filet, and the skillet brownie w a scoop of ice cream! Worth every dollar - Audrey’s service was exceptional!

Our server was kind, attentive, sweet and in time! Checked on us frequently and made sure we were hydrated

Chad & Aga were wonderful bartenders. I appreciate that they took the time to talk to me about non-alcohol drink options. I will definitely be visiting them again!

Everything Perfect…and Audrey is the best!!really good food, flavors and the service was absolutly perfect

Met with son and his wife for dinner. Very loud (painful) music with heavy bass beat. Could not hold a conversation during dinner. Two had steaks which were excellent. Wait staff mixed performance, long waits at some times for food, missing utensils. Would not go back for dinner in spite of good food as music was crushing and made experience painful.

Our server was Monte and he was excellent and very attentive to our needs. The food was wonderfully prepared. The wine and cocktails we had were great. My wife had the chicken meal and I had the island salmon. The warm chocolate brownie was delicious and made for two. Monte did an excellent job checking in on us and we will visit this place again.

John R is an angel! He made our visit so special. Thank you John! The food was great and so was the ambiance! But come for John!

Loved the atmosphere. I am sure it is incredible at night and would totally go back then! We enjoyed a quiet Saturday lunch and I loved my salmon bowl.

The filet was cooked to perfection and the Brussels sprouts were unique and delicious. The Attic 41 Old Fashioned was a hit as well.

I dined here 3 nights during my 7 night stay in Austin. I’m a massive foodie and had made an “Austin” folder on TA before my trip, but given the food was so great in Acre41, I didn’t bother trying other restaurants within my folder. Where to start, the restaurant is stunning. I especially loved the mood lighting and the booths. The staff were brilliant - Shoutout to Beck, Amber, and Jake (forgive me if this last name is incorrect). You were all so friendly and caring! Thanks for looking after me as I dined alone each evening :-) And lastly, the food. The brioche pudding is quite possibly the best dessert I’ve ever had! Please never take this off the menu! And the Salmon… Excellent. It’s probably best that I have to return to Ireland today as I would turn into a balloon if I continued going to Acre41 for that brioche pudding!

Excellent food! Brownie and key lime pie were fantastic. And superb service from everyone, especially our server, Omar.

As expected from a high class restaurant, the food was good, steaks were delicious, good selection of entrees. I thought it was a little pricey for what we received. I could have the same steak at other restaurants for half the price and just as good of quality.

Fantastic food and service. Signature Old fashions to start followed by Texas Filet with sides (they are large enough to share) jalapeño mac n cheese was amazing. Kate served us and was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly.. thanks

Our group had some appetizers and drinks at the bar before attending our friends wedding. Paula and Roland made some excellent drinks and the food looks came out fast and fresh.

So after reading my reviews on trip advisor I chose our one nicer date night. I ordered the bone marrow for an appetizer and pork chop for an entree. The bone marrow was disappointing. Then I was extremely excited for the pork chop, very chewy. I feel that the pork chop should have been soaked in the balsamic glaze that it was served with.

My friends and I were visiting austin and this restaurant was in the bottom of our hotel. We decided to grab drinks and dinner and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. Our server Kate went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. Will definitely have to come back here again next time we’re in Austin. The cast iron brownie per her recommendation was next level

Had a quick work trip to Austin and Acre 41 has the two best bartenders in town with Ro and Bella. They were both super attentive with great attitudes and went the extra mile to make sure I was well taken care of. I am looking forward to my next visit to Austin so I can eat incredible food and experience even better service at Acre 41.

Very nice bar in the Otis Marriott. Bartenders are great and so is the atmosphere. Loved the place., would definitely stay again.

The food was wonderful and Mark was a terrific and pleasant server. Well worth a visit and it was busy on a Monday night. That’s encouraging!

Great experience at Acre 41 with server Mark who was fantastic! Highly recommend going here with friends or colleagues!

Excelent service, waitress Audrey was super nice and Manager Tianq gave us excelent service! Amazing food and good wine list! A must go when in Austin!

Loved these 2 behind the counter julissa and row all time employees give them the world both Beautiful people

Always a great experience! Great atmosphere, the food is always good and Jalisa was The best waitress! We loved her! Despite having way too many tables, we had great service.

Delicious food but absolutely exceptional service from Mark F. I got the Cesar salad with chicken, which was enough to be a suitable meal, and the brownie skillet. Both were good but the real call out is to Mark, who provided stellar service (especially when the soda machine ran out) and was sure to attend to all my needs, even though I was not the most convenient guest.

We were visiting Austin for my sons birthday. Food and service were both excellent. Ambience was contemporary. Our server Jeremiah was attentive, engaging and informative. Great night.

Chad was amazing! Made our night so much better and stress-free given out day off lay-offs at our company. Gave us a lot of options for our espresso martini. Will definitely come back due to him!

Decided to make a reservation for 16 folks from work. It was amazing from start to finish. Great service, amazing food, awesome value! Ask for Andrew!

Unbelievable food — shared a big dry aged ribeye for $85 and had a bunch of sides, including the amazing popovers (a must-eat). Wonderful service — we were looked after by Monte who was kind, attentive and helpful all evening! Lovely atmosphere — it was a Monday night so wasn’t mad busy, but there was a good hum, and the restaurant interior is really beautiful. Loved, loved, loved

Good food, excellent service. Cozy and modern atmosphere, very friendly staff, particularly our waiter, Ram. He did an exemplary job.

In town for a concert at Moody Center so got a table at Acre 41 nearby. Pretty impressed. Service was great and prompt, but not too nosy. Drinks were sooo good, had the seasonal Margarita (Pomegranate Blood Orange reduction), yum. The Wedge salad, wow, very fresh with just the right amount of dressing/blue cheese and the thick cut bacon was spot on. Had the salmon which was perfectly cooked on a bed of wild rice and asparagus. A couple of the asparagus were woody at the end.....but who eats veggies. Ha! Look forward to returning soon.

Acre 41 feels like the kind of place where a startup founder closes a seed round—upscale enough to impress, casual enough for beers after. I went for a business lunch, expecting another overhyped "modern American" spot. What I got? Perfectly seared scallops, fries that could beat Paris bistros, and service that made us feel like we mattered. But here's the twist: it’s almost too accessible. No white tablecloths. No attitude. Just world-class execution. And that’s where I’m torn. If you’re charging premium prices, should you still let someone in wearing flip-flops? Food: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Service: Respectfully pro Atmosphere: Modern, buzzy, a touch loud (but in a good way) Wait time: 5 mins with a reservation If you think fine dining needs gatekeeping, you’ll hate this place. If you love exceptional food without the ego—book now. Just don’t be surprised when the guy next to you is in a Patagonia vest and pitching his crypto startup over bone marrow toast.

We had a great dinner there on Saturday night as Ashley was a great server and really enjoyed the pork chop and the mixed drinks. Also went for a night cap and breakfast there as well and the vibe and service ws great.

Chad is the best. He made me feel like family. Yay Chad. He’s the best and I love him and I want him to make my drinks forever and ever.

We had a wonderful stay at the Otis Hotel. The bartenders Chad and Brian were friendly and the cocktails were delicious. Eesa welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The entire staff works together to create a wonderful experience for guests, including Jason, who found us wandering in the stairwell and was kind enough to help us get to the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel and be sure to set aside some time to spin some vinyls in your room!

Ate at the bar. Drinks were good. Bartenders friendly and attentive. They recommended the skillet spinach dip with homemade chips, that basically was tasteless. The chips were almost soggy. The ribeye, however, was very tasty. It was cooked properly, and I ate every bite. The shoestring fries were decent, but definitely skip the key lime for dessert. All in all, a mixed review.

Drink choice: Ginger Sunrise which consisted of carrot, ginger, turmeric, orange. For my meal, I ordered the " Wagyu Flat Iron & Eggs" which has Wagyu flat iron steak, eggs (your way) and breakfast potatoes. Great customer service as well. My waiter was very attentive.

The shrimp and grits, and brownie sundae! AMAZING in a gorgeous setting. If you like a cocktail with raw egg, they will make it! The bartenders are a friendly delight.

The food was fabulous. Not only the steaks but also fish can be highly recommended. Nice atmosphere and good service. Our waiter took a bit too long to explain the entire menu including drinks so we had to stop her as we are quite able to read. But I think she meant well. Highly recommended place - even though it is part of a hotel it has a really nice atmosphere.

Sat at the bar for dinner, food and drinks were great and Chad and Aga are awesome. The service was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Had the pleasure of being served dinner by Chad at the bar. His recommendations were spot on. The Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll was on point.

Brad was the most amazing bartender. He made Magda down the best aperol spritz I have ever had Super slay. Amazing service

Chad made the best whiskey sour and gin fiz in the business high five. One hundred character minimum

John is Excellent and we followed his direction - btw they also have a private room… John’s recommendations were a big hit and I will recommend highly Caesar salad/porkchop/salmon/ bucatini - thought I was in Italy oh and the bread pudding- thought I was in NOLA Thks John

My husband and I stopped at Acre 41 for lunch. We waited about 15 minutes for a server, though the place was relatively empty. I ordered the Southwest Salad, which sounded great from the description on the menu (greens, radishes, avocado, tomatoes, corn, cornbread croutons ). What arrived was a plate of greens…with barely any of the other mentioned ingredients. Seriously …the saddest, most disappointing salad ever. The only redeeming part of the lunch was my husband’s turkey club….which was robust and, he says, delicious, with an abundance of thin, crispy fries. But that was no help to me, sadly. Skip the salad, order the club!

We dined in a few nights ago and it was amazing. Gabriel Culiat tried the salmon and it was delicious. I would definitely come back again

Excellent food and presentation. Saylor made our experience wonderful. She gave us great recommendations and is such a delightful host. I will be going again soon.

Had a first time experience here with my brothers this past Saturday, and absolutely loved everything about it! We were lucky to have Staxx as our server, as they provided us great recommendations and table service the whole way through. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Acre 41 while visiting Austin. We did not realize that the restaurant was located in Otis Hotel, and this was certainly not a problem. The room setting was very nice with a beautiful bar. Our server, Jeremiah, a medical student at the University of Texas, was outstanding! Not only was he an excellent server, his personality was welcoming as he engaged us in conversation as well as tending to our order--fantastic job! The food was excellent--I had a perfectly cooked bone-in ribeye, and the cocktails and wine were great as well. We will return if every in Austin again, and highly recommend Acre 41!

Monte was a terrific server. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Great food and and atmosphere, will definitely come back.

Stormy night unexpectedly kept us in for dinner @ Acre 41. We had a wonderful meal and service from Ram who answered all of our questions

In town from out of state. Restaurant is amazing and thoughtfully done and operated. My server Ram went the extra step to insure my take out would be comfortable the next day by have a fridge delivered to my room. Now that’s service!

This is a fun and unique energetic setting which has excellent food and service! The menu ranges from Ahi tuna tacos to steaks and shrimp and grits. The bar is stunning and has excellent choices. Just a few blocks from campus. Again, Mark’s service was above and beyond excellent!

I had a great 1st experience with my wife . Our server Monte did an a job ! Will definitely be back.

We were only in town for a single overnight at The Otis. Lizzie at the Acre 41 bar took great care of us. She was attentive and friendly and made great recommendations. Food was tasty (burrata app, burger, chicken sandwich). Her drinks were delicious and included one that she created based on what we said our taste was like. Thanks Lizzie!

5 out of 5. Andrew was super attentive from the start offering great food and drink recommendations. Food came out great and overall service was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Wonderful food, casual atmosphere. Terrific server: Beck! Salmon, bone marrow, key lime pie: all yum! Spacious dining area

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the BEST restaurant we experienced in Austin! The pork chop and shrimp grits were amazing!

A friend and I just got to enjoy the service from Jake up, and I must say, he made our experience, so enjoyable! He was so attentive and sweet. And the food, absolutely incredible. I have food allergies and Jacob was able to speak with the chef and accommodate some pretty key changes. I’m so grateful I got to enjoy the delicious menu at Acre 41. I will absolutely be coming back!

Excellent meal and service. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Bald Guy ordered a steak that was cooked to perfection. It was not small. I had the halibut and it was wonderful. We will be returning the next time we are in the Austin area!

Dined here at 1pm on a Saturday. Brunch menu’s and lunch menu’s were provided but you are only permitted to order brunch. We ordered biscuits for an appetizer. They arrived with our meal. We did order our meal and appetizer at the same time, but then we also had nice 25 minute wait after we placed our order. Ordered two eggs your way, they arrived without potatoes and then the eggs were cold because they were not ready. We had to flag down our waitress to ask for salt & pepper, breakfast potatoes to be on our plates and then lastly.. Refills… No refills unless you look for her and ask.. Slow service and by the managers own admission an empty dining room… Did not meet expectations or the price range.. my meal should have been $90 and I paid $17 and some change. because the manager made adjustments. Over priced eggs and poor service - won’t be back.

Came in for a quick drink and stayed thanks to Tana’s wonderful service and friendly attitude. Amazing bar and restaurant decor can be seen throughout. I will be returning very soon!

Fantastic service!! Chad was a wonderful and charismatic bartender who made the dining experience 100% more enjoyable!

Absolutely delicious! Monte provided great service and excellent recommendations! We had the rib-eye, shrimp and grits and bread pudding, all were superb.

What can I say my first time in Austin Texas and I’m staying at the Otis hotel near the University even though this area is pretty low-key Thursday nights I came across Ro & Kristien at Acre 41. Incredibly friendly man with some mixology experience made this spot the place I don’t want to leave. I will definitely be back for some oysters and drinks here!

Chad made fabulous drinks for my family and I. Chad and the other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

We had a delightful evening , I’d recommend the Gulf shrimp & grits entree. Bar drinks were margaritas had two enjoyed first so much. Audrey our server went above and beyond answering our questions, being professional and adding a fun local experience. It was easy to carry on a conversation and the restaurant and lobby designed beautifully.

The place had comfy chairs drinks and good service! The only downfall is that they close at 10. I would recommend and come again

I love steak houses. I am in Texas. My expectations were high. Now, the bread pudding is as advertised. Amazing. For bread, I mean it is really something to talk about. Drinks and wine menu good. Steak however took a very long time to arrive and then was not cooked to order. Waiter was concerned and offered to take it back. Gave us free sushi. He could not have done anything more. But, in the end the steak at the steakhouse was disappointing.

A wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, especially our server, Mark F. Courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. His recommendations were spot on. The steaks were some of the best we’ve had.

Loved our cocktails Bella made us! She was welcoming & knowledgeable, what a treat after a long day of Longhorn move-in! Ro was also friendly & helpful. This bar is dark & stormy but calm & welcoming. Very beautiful! We will be back! Want another Tiger Lilly, although Bella’s Fitzgerald was fun, too!!

Appetizers The Tuna Tacos are incredibly delicious and closely behind those would be the Truffle Honey Burrata. Many people recommend the skillet cornbread but we haven’t tried it yet but we will. Appetizer Negative The Blue Crab & Artichoke Dip tastes basically like a can of bad crab that overpowers the rest of the dip therefore I cannot recommend it. That needs to go in our opinion. Mains We had the wagyu burger which was very good at medium well temperature. Drinks and Service The drinks were solid and service was attentive and consistent with Sam, Paula and Ro. The only other downside was that since we were sitting at the bar the staff consistently kept on charging people outside of happy hour prices so the ones that noticed kept on coming up to the bar to get it fixed when it should be automatically done in the system. It’s almost like they were trying to see if it would go unnoticed because I counted 9 times for the 2 hours that we were at the bar. We even had to do the same thing when it came to our check and we also had to get them to fix it yet again because we also had a bottle of wine that was supposed to be half price on Tuesdays so please address this problem. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Amazing food & fantastic service. Monte was an unbelievable server! He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.

I stayed at the hotel all week, part business, part pleasure. I ate at Area 41 a lot and the food was great. The best meal I had was at the bar, Chad was the bartender and he was AWESOME! We had steaks and desert and he was on top of his game and had an amazing personality. Will be back!!

Food was excellent. Cornbread was so yummy!! Mark, our server, was amazing! We were a large party and he did a great job serving us. Our drinks were always filled and he spoke to each individual at the table. Very enjoyable experience.

Great atmosphere, great drinks...you won't be sorry you stopped in. You would never know you were in a hotel lobby.

Mark F provided exceptional service, was as kind as can be and perfectly upbeat. Had great knowledge of the menu and everything (bone marrow appetizer, golden beet and apple salad, king salmon, and peanut butter pie) was delicious.

Four of us visited for dinner on December 22nd. We all felt our meal at Acre 41 was our favorite dining experience during our visit to Austin. The steaks were superb as was the prime rib and shrimp and grits. Our server Staxx was informative and attentive. We will visit again next time in Austin.

Audrey is an incredible server, friendly, knowledgeable, kind and guided us through the dinner experience like a true expert. My girlfriend and I came for dinner before a comedy show, we were not rushed, the food was wonderful and the environment is beautiful. The staff here actually cares and you can feel it. I recommend the steak tartare for incredible vibrant flavors of capers and citrus aioli, the belly on pork chop is truly unique and worth every decadent bite. It’s great to feel welcomed and catered to for an entire dining experience, delivered on every level of service from start to finish!

I appreciate the many vegetarian options, large wine selection, and a willingness to accommodate food allergies.

My boyfriend booked this after we got engaged, such a special experience! We started off the night at the Azul rooftop bar which was in the same building and had amazing views of Austin’s skyline. We then headed down to the restaurant where we were taken to table, we ordered the steak, creamed spinach, jalapeño mac & cheese and the seasoned fries. We were also given some champagne on the house due to the occasion, such a lovley touch! We had such a special memory here and we would love to come back!

Chad was a great bartender. Very friendly and welcoming. Hope to come here again. Danielle was also very come friendly and made the experience so nice!

Everything from the ambience, to the service to the cuisine was excellent. Mark was very attentive and took wonderful care of us, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed and that our meal could want for nothing else. Would definitely recommend dining here to anyone staying in Austin.

Wow. Lived up to its rating as one of the best restaurants in Austin. The steak was ridiculous. Sooooo tender. Great topping, though might not have been right for all folks, so maybe go topping on side? Our waiter Monty was maybe top 10 all time, and i have literally dined all over the world. Dude just knew his stuff, recommended the Texas filet, was a great conversationalist. Loved him and loved he restaurant.

Fantastic food and service. Monte and staff went above and beyond. Recommendations were spot on. The halibut and corn bread were delicious!

Tyler was the best wait person. Very attentive to every request. Made sure kitchen accommodated our special diet restrictions.

I don't know where to start! The manager Matt Graham was awesome. I just wish I could remember the name of our waiter and bartender. They too were superb! So hospitable and accommodating. There were 5 of us and we are pretty crazy, so to have a fun staff interact with us was wonderful! Excellent drinks, our waiter and Matt recommended 4 different appetizers for us and they were exceptional! Our entrees were excellent, and don't even get me started on the dessert! I highly recommend Acre 41 for any event, dining alone, a romantic date, or just a fun night out. DO IT!!!!

Dinner was incredible Drinks were mixed to perfection The aftermath can be seen for miles that’s how great everything was.

Andrew awesome service one of the best server in Acre 41 we from South Africa haven’t experienced. This kind of service in America he’s service is excellent out of 10/10

Monte was our waiter and he was great. Attentive and patient all at the same time. Wine was good and the steaks were fantastic.

Thanks jalisa and Ariana for the great experience and putting a smile on our faces. We’ll be back soon

The atmosphere is nice. The food is good. I enjoyed my meal, the wine and the cocktails. The menu is small though and it is a hotel restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel upstairs and thought we would come here for a meal. Looking at the price on the menu I was a bit sceptical that this was going to be overpriced and we would be disappointed, however the money was absolutely worth it. Two of our table had the filet steak which was incredible. It was the most tender steak I have ever tried and the sides they ordered to come with it were huge. Each one could have fed two people! I had the chili chicken which was also really nice and a massive serving of sweet potato which was so soft and tasty. The cocktails were really strong too. As above, this was the best meal we have had in Austin and I would highly recommend. We also had lovely waitstaff who were very attentive.

Dined at the bar and had an awesome experience. Old fashioned off their cocktail list and the Truffle Honey Burrata followed by a glass of Obsidian Cab and Wagyu Flat Iron. Everything was delicious!! Upscale setting for a hotel bar but this was thoroughly enjoyed while in town for work.

Really nice venue. Atmosphere is good, service excellent. The cost of the night for food and drinks was about average for Austin. I would definitely go back again.

This spot is great for a late night dinner. Atmosphere is casually elegant and the staff make you feel special.

Great food! Everything was delicious and came out promptly. Monte our server was fantastic, he had great recommendations!

Awesome bar! Great atmosphere and drinks. Ro, Sam, and Bella are the best! Can’t wait to return soon!

Food, atmosphere and service were excellent. Great cocktails. We were happy to just enjoy the beautiful bar area before dinner. The dining room was lovely and the food and service- thank you so much Cody our server - was amazing.

Great restaurant! Better steaks! A little noisy. But the best part was the very attentive, very professional, very friendly service we received from Monte! That was truly the icing on the cake — or the scoop of ice cream on the bread pudding, if you will! Thank you, Monte, for making the evening so enjoyable!

We have spent 3 days here. The food is outstanding and the bartender staff is exception, funny and efficient. We had Ro serving us today and his courtesy and respect to a noisy group was extremely professional.

First and foremost it was a beautiful space. I hate to come on here and bash a high ranked restaurant but I don't see why its ranked that high, the service and the food was not worth the price tag. We had the blue crab and artichoke dip tonight which was the best thing we had. Our server Bella was unavailable from what my husband and I saw. It was cold where we sat and our entrees were mediocre for the price.

This is the second time my husband and I have gone to Acre 41 for a dinner date night. It’s a classy environment with a impressive whisky selection. We’ve enjoyed our time and food. Amber took great care of us :)

After the rough day we had the last on Lake Austin it was great to come back to our hotel and “hang out” with Jalisa and Ariana! Well they worked, we hung out. Great service!!!

Terrible experience We had read about this restaurant and chose it for a birthday celebration when we visited Austin. We booked a table for 9pm and then rebooked for 9:30pm which was no problem. Once we arrived, the restaurant was not particularly full, we got a table and sat down. We ordered drinks before the meal and a bottle of wine. The waitress suddenly wanted to know if we wanted dessert as the kitchen was closing, it felt a bit strange and we didn't know if we would be able to handle dessert so we asked to wait. Before the plates for the starters had been cleared and without the slightest pause, the main courses were suddenly served. The food tasted good but it was strange to be served in such a rushed pace. We had asked for red wine with the main course as we had steak, but it wasn't requested and when I tried to ask, the waitress just rushed away. Then the worst of it all. Before we could finish eating, the waitress tried to remove the plates, she even took one with food left, she said that they didn't want to rush us but that they close at 11pm and that we could bring our opened wine in a bag. I questioned why they booked us for dinner at 9:30pm if they were going to close at 11pm and that it was also possible to book a table online at 10:30pm and 11pm (which we had checked) and that we didn't want the wine with us in the taxi. The waitresses said that the times were strange and that it must be wrong. I said that she was rushing us. It was about 10:45pm when a manager came and I explained the situation to him. He apologized and said he was sorry but did nothing to ensure that we could celebrate our birthday in peace and quiet. He asks for new trust another evening and offers the two starters, a nice gesture but would have much rather saved our evening by slowing down the pace and ensuring that we could have had a full restaurant experience. We were not interested in a discount, but in having dinner at a normal pace, not unusually slow but normal without stress. Now we could not order dessert and we felt so stressed by the way we were treated that we had to leave wine behind, and no we did not want to take the wine in a bag in the taxi! A joke really, a bad joke as this lousy experience ruined our planned birthday dinner. We will never go to this restaurant again.

Overall great experience! The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is even better. For appetizers, I recommend the bruschetta and the wonton tacos. Both have such a unique flavor! For dinner, I ordered the salmon which I also recommend. My sever, Mark, was excellent and made a great accommodation for me which was much appreciated. He was great and made the experience even more enjoyable! For dessert, we ordered the peanut butter pie which was top tier. Will be back!

Chad’s cocktails are the best!!! The team are so friendly and entertaining and the whole experience was so lovely!!!!!

We had an excellent ribeye dinner, served by Hannah. The wedge salad was quite large, with delicious pork belly in place of bacon, and the dressing was a different blue cheese, but very good. It’s a very nice vibe, and out of the way from 6th St. stop at the rooftop bar for a drink first.

The food is exceptional, and great value considering just how good. Decor, music and overall vibe is high end, uber-cool, yet totally relaxed. Service spot on (thanks Amber)

Chad made thee BEST Pisco Sour I have had in a while. I am Peruvian by the way! Service was outstanding!!! He is the Man!!!

We dined here on our anniversary on New Years Eve and we are so glad that we did. The ambiance was perfect for the evening. Our waitress was amazing, she explained the menu to us very well, had awesome recommendations, very kind, and she even researched a drink option for my wife. The gentlemen helping her was also kind and very helpful. The artichoke and crab dip was very tasty. My wife’s pork chop was amazing and so was my fillet. The corn was spicy and sweet and was so good. The bread pudding and apple crumble deserts were great. I would definitely dine here again!

We came in for a quick drink and a bite to eat and had a wonderful experience. Our bar tenders Ro, Jo, Sam, and Jalisa we’re INCREDIBLE. Professional and made fantastic drinks. We will absolutely come back. Try the crab dip good god!

The ambiance is the highlight. Service is uneven and at times inattentive. Nice bar with handcrafted cocktails. We ordered tuna wonton tacos 5/5 and shrimp cocktail 5/5. We ate breakfast the next morning. All the food was over cooked. Not even going to bother rating the dishes individually. Had trouble keeping coffee mug and water glass filled.

Acre 41 is a great lounge/ Restaurant. Ka/Ari/Sam were great. Food was awesome. Definitely will be back next time at The Otis.

Ro & Jo were awesome! Stopped in the bar for a nightcap and they made us feel so comfortable. Drinks were on point.

had a wonderful dinner at Acre 41. outstanding food and outstanding service from Mark F. amazing!! highly recommend

The spicy roll was not that spicyThe corn beard was sweet and a little spicyThe bread and jelly was good and large The pork and steak was cooked perfect. And dry aged around 30 days.

A self described bourbon bar and steakhouse, Acre 41 did not disappoint. 3 in our party had the steak and declared it delicious. I was the lone fish orderer and the halibut was perfectly cooked and placed on delicious sweet firm yellow tomatoes. The blue crab dip was a great starter and the salads are big enough to split. Great bourbon list and nice wines. We ordered 3 desserts and the brownie was the standout. Desserts are LARGE! Our waiter was great, personable and helpful. (I think his name was John.). The friends we went with are from Austin and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The space is great too, dark and clubby but at the same time felt open, with high ceilings and fun lighting.

Money was spectacular! He was attentive but not overly so. Superb service and recommendations. Five stars

Came into town from idaho for vacation. Was a long day with hotel issues. We needed to eat and decided to eat at acre 41 and got sat in Kate’s section. I had to leave a review because she literally made our night. Was so nice and witty. Turned our day around. Thank you Kate!

Great food and service! Mark F was fantastic. Would definitely come here again. Felt farm to table elegant.

Waiter was fine Pork chop was all fat Carrots weren’t cooked We asked for sweet potato without spices. It was soooooo hot we couldn’t eat it!!!!

The place was chosen by my three children fora dinner when we visited Austin for a family vacation. It’s connected to AC Hotel in Austin. If anything I have learned from my childhood it would be to stay away from a hotel restaurant. This is exactly what this place is - an overpriced expense account eatery. With a $60 bottle of wine and a $23 glass of bourbon the bill can’t out to close to $600 plus tip for the five of us. Prime rib, the only reason my wife agreed to go there was out of stock. The recommended private branded bourbon was not available. The taste and food quality is nowhere near any famous Manhattan steakhouse. But the cost is Manhattan level. It is a hotel eatery for travelers with an expense account who doesn’t want to go out. Disappointed.

Good food but expensive. Had the artichoke dip; at $21, it did not measure up. The butternut squash soup was excellent. Wife had the salmon; I had the pork chop. Both good, but not worth the price.

As a woman traveling alone for business, you always hope to find a restaurant that will make you feel welcomed. Emma the Asst Manager walked over and ensured that I was comfortable, gave amazing and delicious menu recommendations and checked on me throughout dinner. John as my waiter was also attentive and never rushed me! Highly recommended in Austin. Yes the food was great but for me the customer service is so important. And John is a fellow New Yorker !

Always wonderful to visit the folks at the Otis and hang out in Acre 41…friendly, happy staff with genuine service orientation, delicious food and drink! Thank you, all!

Everything was great. Atmosphere was beautiful, food was top notch, and Monte was excellent. We have been here before and always sit in Monte’s section. He is the best.

My wife and I both loved this restaurant!! The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. They have a beautiful bar area, and lots of very cool cocktails.

Great drink specials, diverse menu and very helpful staff. The restaurant was fully booked but the hostess somehow found a place for us. Our server, Ram, was outstanding! My wife tried the truffle pasta and I got a filet after sharing a wedge salad, which was also very good. All around a delightful experience.

Bella and ro were amazing bartenders! Come see them super helpful and fun! Come to the Otis lobby bar and lounge and see them!

Had an awesome dinner at the renowned Acre 41. The vibe is modern, the service impeccable, the food creative and delicious. We started with the Acre 41 Crispy Crab Role specialty appetizer. A new perspective on crab cake - delightfully Asian Next was the Golden Beet and Apple Salad with a very tasty sherry vinaigrette This was followed by the biggest Pork chop I ever saw (or ate) which was the Acre 41 specialty Belly-On Pork Chop. Wonderful! We chose their Elote Street Corn as a side, which is another Acre 41 specialty that paired perfectly with the pork chop. My wife and I shared each of the above and the portions were so large and flavorful we did not have room to try any dessert. I cannt think of a better place to enjoy a wonderful meal than here in Acre 41!

Acre 41 has a fun vibe. Delightful art. Nice lighting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Unique and fun craft cocktails. Social twists on the menu. Everything e had was delicious!

This spot is lovely for a delightful, intimate dinner. The fare is creative and exceptional. Our waiter, Tyler, offered amazing suggestions that were all phenomenal. My mom and I were visiting Austin for one night to visit a wedding venue during the day, and Tyler brought us a piece of complimentary key lime pie to celebrate my upcoming wedding! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Austin and give it 5 out of 5 stars!

John was a great waiter. The 8oz filet was the best. Done to perfection. All suggestions were spot on. So great we’re coming back for dessert and drinks after the Mansion.

Dinner was amazing! Our waiter, John, was so attentive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and the food was incredible! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Delicious food. Service person was excellent, the decor was excellent, great location to our hotel. If you are looking for a dining experience go here.

Aga the bartender! Just wow! She really was the highlight of our experience! She has such a beautiful personality, very attentive and was the perfect way to start our trip! She offered great recommendations, whipped up beautiful cocktails and made my mother feel extremely special for her birthday! Thank you again for your hospitality! 10 stars! She’s a keeper!
In Austin for a wedding
Acre 41 is highly rated and did not disappoint. My husband’s Texas filet was perfection, and my salmon was cooked to order with delicious sides. Our server, Tyler, was attentive and personable! We really enjoyed our meal and Tyler’s excellent service! Oh, the creamed spinach was the best we’ve ever tasted!
