We were seated without a reservation outdoors. Suggestion for the restaurant, on the two tabletops - turn then sideways so person doesnt have to sit with their back to the street. We did this ourselves - much nicer. Server was prompt in coming - but took over 10 minutes to get our first drink, so we ordered another right away. Drink service was very slow. Grilled octopus - a bit chewy - but otherwise nice flavor. Veal parmesan was a very nice portion and good flavor. Lobster ravioli also very good, but would have been nice to have fresh parmesan offered. We ordered the apple dessert - which is big enough for 2 people. Comes with 2 scoops of gelato... almost wish server would have told us this as other party in group ordered the gelato (3 scoops). TOO long of a wait between service. Surprised at this because the server only takes the orders, someone else delivers the drinks and someone else delivers the food -- so why so slow? We were there to relax and enjoy -- but they must need more help. Bar scene was hopping and really a nice atmosphere both in and out. Rated only 4 stars, because 5 stars has to be outstanding.

The service is top notch! They know how to treat their customers right. The food is absolutely delicious. The cocktails are amazing. We arrived early and sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and explained a few of the drinks to us and gave excellent recommendations. We’ve never had a bad experience or meal here. They deliver quality service with quality food and drinks.

What a great restaurant the vibe was all positive . I was met by the manager Carlo Canussio had a great booth reserved for me. The owner Joseph treated me like family. You have to try the fried Burrata for a appetizer . My date had the Lasagne said it was delicious . I meet the new chef Steve Young who has already made a name for himself at the #1 Edge Steakhouse in town before joining the company. Can't wait for my next visit.

Even though we stayed near the strip, we like to venture out to where the locals eat. Al Solito is located in the beautiful Tivoli Village. The restaurant is spacious and has a few different seating areas, including a lovely outdoor section right in front. Ambiance is chic and did get a bit loud at times. Place was busy for a Wednesday. Service was very good. Appetizers Squash blossoms-perfect Salmon belly crudo Entrees Radiatore pasta Branzino Piccata Eggplant Parmesan Needless to say we loved Al Solito Posto and only wish there was one in our home state. A true gem.

Had an excellent meal tonight. The breading on the squash blossoms is crisp and makes a great contrast to the piping hot soft cheese inside them. Hubby loved his spaghetti with bolognese sauce (not on the menu but suggested by the waiter) and a side of meatballs. The one complaint we consistently have with this restaurant is that their pastas tend to be undercooked. Tonight I begged the waiter to make sure my capeletti would be cooked soft...and about half of them were perfect. The other half were still harder than al dente, lol. I really didn't mind however because the filling and sauce were just so amazing. My visually-impaired dad likewise LOVED the flavor of the eggplant parm but had a hard time dealing with the tough skin that was still on the eggplant--the dish would have been perfect for him if the skin had just been trimmed off. Despite these minor complaints, everything was just so flavorful and the service by our waiter Jenner so superb that I still rate the meal a 4.5.

What a great experience chef Steve young creating some great dishes. You should try the eggplant parmesan for an appetizer. Top notch service manager Carlo Cannussio has great suggestions on wine pairing.

A+ on ambiance, A+ on food quality, and A++++ on service.... the trifecta, which is rare these days. Just a very high standard being pursued here. Every dish was amazing, and the staff here is another level in both quantity (if you're from california your jaw will drop) and quality. Our waiter was Jenner and he was outstanding.... we are Vegas locals now, so we will be asking for Jenner every time we go back. If you read this, thanks Jenner for making our 10th anniversary very special and memorable.

Located in Tivoli Village, Al Solito Posto is a great Italian restaurant that I'll be frequenting again soon... The ambiance and decor is contemporary, dimly lit and the vibe for a nice sit down dinner night. There's an attractive full service rectangular bar which I've visited previously to get drinks with friends. This visit was for dinner.. Beef Carpaccio - Here's the perfect starter. Fresh meat and veggies to get your appetite started but not too filling for your main dish. Papardelle Bolognese- Meaty, cheesey and delicious. This bolognese is one of the better ones I've had in a bit. Chicken Parmesan- Another Italian classic that's done well here at Al Solito Posto. Italian Rainbow Cake- moist and flavorful. This Italian dessert classic can definitely be shared by two people. All the dishes we had pretty hearty portions. The service met expectations for the price point. The noise is on the higher level when they're busy but won't disrupt your dining experience. If you're looking for a classy Italian resto with traditional dishes Al Solito Posto is a place to check out. Enjoy!

First of all, it is too damn dark and loud to eat dinner at the bar. Service is what you do for someone and hospitality is how you make them feel. While I admit the service was sufficient, their hospitality was cold, short, not engaging, or trying to drive an experience. Bartender could have been a robot and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Octopus app had some good bites but finished seedy and disjointed. Wanted to try Lasagna but was pushed into pasta happy hour pappardelle, gave same level of comfort food enjoyment. I expected more of this place given the reputation, I won't return unless with friends that dragged me here. I left hungry...

Bringing new life to a shuttered Brio Italian Grille, Las Vegas Chef James Trees and Chef Michael are at their best at the new Al Solito Posto! Excellent! Beef Carpaccio, among the best I've had, and the Main Event; Veal Chop. Not quite a Fred Flintstone portion, that would be too much. Tender and delicious, perfect portion. Excellent and caring staff. Did I mention EXCELLENT staff? You must try Al Solito Posto! (I got the cheesecake to go).

When in Vegas and one of your well-connected Friends and two well known local Bartenders tell this nomadic foodie to eat at a brand new Italian restaurant “Well” I definitely go. And I am so glad I did: Al Solito Posto (Translates to “At The Usual Place”) is so new it doesn’t even have a sign out front yet - although Google maps will put you precisely at their front door. The service is absolutely the best I’ve had in literally dozens and dozens of restaurants I’ve eaten with lately. And I pretty much eat out every single day. David the Beverage Director is Impeccable & Everyone else on the team creates the same level of service. Emily the Sweetest Bartender/Server = made sure I understood the menu on a personal level along with never dropping a beat to be friendly and communicate with me yet efficiently taking care of drinks for everyone else in the venue. As were the others working the bar area (thank you April & I forgot the other gentleman’s name but - brother I hope you continue to travel). Started out with my 1st Drink “Mela Delicata” (beefeater gin, maraschino, creole shrubb lemon, apple juice & a spritz of absinthe) = clean tasty & refreshing, perfect beginnings, along with a constantly full glass of the triple filtered water. Then complementary fresh baked focaccia w/roasted garlic, chopped herbs, sea salt & olive oil - prepared table side (I would come back daily just to have that and a bottle of Pinot Noir). Antipasti = “Grilled Octopus” w/arrabbiata sauce (a Lazio Italy regional sauce made with garlic, tomatoes & dried red chili peppers cooked in olive oil) & grilled sourdough is a nice size portion, grilled perfectly. My 2nd Drink was “Little Trivoli” (Old Forrester Bourbon, amaro ciociaro, crème de peche, spicy ginger, lemon & fresh pineapple in a tall glass with lots of ice + fresh mint) which I highly recommend, the house-made ginger makes it, but not too heavy. On to “Emily’s Sunday Gravy” w/braised short rib, meatball & Veal breast covered in an All Day Tomato sauce & Fresh made pasta. The meat melts in your mouth, so darn good. I paired it with an environmentally sustainable Soter Pinot Noir from Planet Oregon = light but perfect with the different meats. And of course Lemonchello to finish the experience. Make a reservation NOW you won’t regret it.

We had an outdoor table we requested that overlooked the obelisk fountain. The experience was excellent. We did not like the very salty caesar salad even though we removed the many anchovies on top. The Sunday gravy with short rib, veal, meatball with spagetti at the side was one of the best dishes I have ever had. The bolognese with wide homemade pappardelle was very good and not too spicy like at other restaurants. The Italian rainbow almond flag cake was..either the entire cake or a monster sized piece..truly outstanding. The waiter said it would also be for breakfast. Service was outstanding. The interior is renovated from the prior Brio and is very nice. Large open airy spaces and not a crowded feel.

We enjoyed a fantastic time on the patio. It was the perfect time of the year when Vegas was warm and sunny. The happy hour menu is fantastic. I would also recommend going inside and having dinner. The homemade pasta gets the approval from me.

We visited them twice in less than a week or os. Both visits were memorable. Service is the best I have experienced in Vegas. The food is simply gourmet. Any restaurant that serves hot, fresh out of the oven focaccia bread gets an automatic 4 star in my book! Ben, Carlo, Jason you guys made us feel at home. Thank you.

Elegant adult dining experience, delicious dinner, professional and efficient staff all add up to a great dining experience at Al Solito Posto! The Mediterranean/ East Coast vibe only adds even more to this inside/outside dining delight. Great place for an intimate dinner, family gathering, private party and so much more. We dined outside overlooking a beautiful center courtyard with beautiful night lights floating in the sky all around us. Magical setting! The menu is extensive and uniquely European Italian, and rival the best NYC Italian restaurants. Our homemade pasta dinners were exceptional! The wine and cocktail menu is perfect. Thank you to Carlo (the super- man "in charge") for all your personal service and care. A special "thank you" to Laurie for making our night very special. Don't miss out on this rare gem- you won't be sorry.

Officially opened on January 22nd, and already highly acclaimed by numerous sources for “East Coast” Italian and “Traditional” Fare, it was as a party of five that dinner was enjoyed at Al Solito Posto on Saturday, the Governor’s 35% capacity mandate doing little to stymie guests’ excitement for a return to normalcy. Located in the former Brio Italian Grill at Tivoli Village, Chef James Trees’ Ada’s officially re-opening its doors on the very same night, Al Solito Posto features the talents of Chefs Emily Brubaker and Keris Kuwana, an open kitchen with wood-burning oven also host to several Strip-veterans working fast and efficient. Offering what will eventually be approximately 280 seats, one hundred outside on a patio overlooking the Tivoli Village fountain, guests are greeted inside a foyer lined with glass vessels, the interior widely spanning with a sizable piece of craftwork lining the dining room wall opposite a lounge with top-shelf booze and its own Bar menu. Called more “grown-up” by ownership, though an excessive decibel level at even limited capacity suggests older diners will be challenged to hear or be heard, it was at one of several large tables that guests were greeted by genial staff, Cocktails soon arriving along with complimentary housemade Focaccia plus Garlic Herb Olive Oil mixed by a server. Translated as "At the Usual Place," though a kitchen led by Joel Robuchon alumni assures Food that is a step up from the typical “Red Sauce” joint, Appetizers consist of Soups, Salads and Antipasti, the Fried Burrata an ingenious riff on traditional Mozzarella Sticks that comes across extra creamy with a bit of heat and an herbaceous finish. Utilizing fresh Ingredients across the board, prices ranging $11-$16 for Apps and $20-$64 for Entrees still a veritable bargain despite outpacing the space’s prior occupant, additional starters included a crispy Chicago-style Bar Pie from the Bar, plus Meatballs smaller and denser than those at Esther’s Kitchen, plus Grilled Octopus that maintains a bit of snap amidst spicy Sauce diners will want to sop up with slices of housemade Sourdough. Already doing big volume, Chef Brubaker diligently running the pass for every savory across a two-hour meal, course two went all-in on Pasta – the Rigatoni alla Vodka cooked perfect al dente and not so heated as Carbone’s famous version while “Emily’s Sunday Gravy” is rich and indulgent with house Spaghetti coiled next to Shortrib, Veal and Meatballs. Less impressed by Conchiglie Al Pesto, the “Melted Tomato” not visible and each bite seemingly more grassy than the last, better bites are found in rich Bolognese found not only atop ribbons of Pappardelle, but also in and around wood-fired Pasta Sheets that comprise Las Vegas’ best Lasagna. Clearly doing a lot of R&D during a year of shutdowns, Trees’ suggesting “100+ Pans of Lasagna” during a tableside visit, Mushroom Risotto is another standout thanks to Rice with a bit of tooth and plenty of Cheese to counter an earthy mélange of Fungus. Omitting Secondi this time, and instead going all-in on Dolci from LEV Executive Pastry Chef Keris Kuwana, suffice it to say that Cheesecake and Gelato are fine for those seeking the usual, while the Tiramisu with a tableside Espresso pour is light, boozy and a substantial upgrade from the usual slices found around town. Not ignoring the popularity of Trees’ Budino from Esther’s Kitchen, the Pudding at Al Solito Posto instead thick Chocolate with Berries and Nuts, those seeking a showstopper are encouraged to choose between Italian Rainbow Cake that is more like Birthday Cake than the Italian Tricolor “Cookie” or an Apple Crostata that is texturally masterful, the size of a whole Pie and served piping hot with a side of Vanilla Gelato waiting to be melted on top.

First time visiting with friends and it definitely won't be the last! Their c.m.p signature cocktail was pretty amazing, followed by Chef Steve's dishes made to perfection. Starting from the antipasti, from the caprese salad,to the fried burrata,to the beef carpaccio, and ending with the flavorful meatballs! My main entree choice was the whole fish, and it did not disappoint! I also tried the mushroom risotto which my friend had and it was delicious! We ended the night with different desserts and the cheesecake was great! Big shout out to Chef Steve Young, Carlo, and the staff for an amazing dinner!!

A spectacular evening to celebrate our anniversary was just fantastic at Al Solito Posto. The service with Ken was literally outstanding and the quality of the meal was truly 5 star. Like many couples we have been to many nice restaurants and in fact numerous Italian restaurants . . . But Al Solito Posto is truly unique and impressive. The unique table bread and personalized at your table dipping oil - great. The Italian Chopped Salad was to have again as a main course - such fresh ingredients and cheese. For the main courses we ordered Eggplant and the Alla Vodka pasta - both again outstanding and unique. We have been in Las Vegas many years, but this is one of the best meals we have had in quality and service. We will request Ken to wait on us next time we are back. I am often not impressed with spending $120 + for a meal of drinks, food and service. But at Al Solito Posto the service with Ken and the chefs in the kitchen were definitely worth this GREAT dining evening out.

I am really upset to have to write this review but after last night's dining experience I feel I have to! We went to celebrate my birthday and the food was good, not as great as when they first opened but still good. The size of the cocktail glasses is very small so be aware they are not worth the price! But here was the reason they will never receive my business again! This was the third time we had celebrated a birthday there and one of our guests brought me a cake! They charged us a $40 plate fee to cut and serve the cake!!!!!! They had not done this before and quite frankly it cheapens the place! It now seems that money is more important than customer service! We and all our guests will not be returning!

Went for coffee and drinks and we were very well received. Nice ambiance, good service and views, on the sea.

Dishes ordered were beef carpaccio, fish, veal chops, caserecce, cioppino. Overall all the dishes were average, nothing outstanding The pasta with broccolini needs mush more flavor. The bread was great. Veal chop at $53 was poor value. The place was buy and must be popular. Las Vegas has so many Italian choices that it maybe a while before we go back. high prices and average food and thus poor value.

Actually would give this restaurant a 4.5 if it was available. The interior is well done and the service was absolutely great. Parking can be an issue as you have to go to the public parking area which is a walk to the restaurant. Not sure valet is available as we did not see this feature. The restaurant is kind of noisy with high ceiling and conversation is then limited. As for the food, the menu offerings were diversified. For sure the salads are large and one order is more than enough for 2 people. We ordered pasta dishes and the serving were on the small side but adequate. I thought the sauces were a little on the rich side. I felt the wine list was somewhat limited and the prices were somewhat high. Many of our friends recommended this restaurant to us and for sure we will go back. Reservations recommended.

Amazing dinner experience. Five us had a family style dinner. The Branzino was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Andre took great care of us. We will be back!

Great food and service highly recommended. You get to know other great areas outside of the strip. The food was really good and the service awesome.

The up’s & DOWNS of a restaurant In Las Vegas. We truly loved ASP starting at the middle of & continuing to the end of 2022. We were traveling for the last several months & yesterday, Saturday March 4th we went for the first time this year. Sadly most of the managers from last year are all gone, most of the really good servers are all gone & most disappointing is that the Chef went on vacation & never came back. The current food is average at best, and the current staff can only make so many excuses for what happened with the management & staff. Lastly, the crowd that used to give ASP its energy seems to also be gone. We didn’t recognize any of the business crowd that used to go to this restaurant, but painfully the crowd has been replaced with a downmarket Olive Garden crowd.

We met friends for drinks outside on the patio. Bristol, our waitress, was the best! She was kind, attentive, and fun, (and named after a town in our home state Connecticut!). If you are lucky enough to get Bristol, enjoy her.

Yesterday, we went to Tivoli Village to attend the Night Market, a fun artisan market to search for unique Christmas items. After walking around and shopping, we felt hungry enough to eat dinner. We selected Al Solito Posto and, at 5:30 p.m., they were booked for the entire evening. The kind hostess offered to show us the hightop tables in the bar where we could sit. There was one table available so we took it. You could also eat at the bar if you preferred. There were some tables and booths in the main dining room but they were filled in short order. We never been here before since they have been open for 3 years and we have not been to Tivoli at night in sometime longer than that. We were served water and a drink orders were taken immediately and we were provided with menus. Our server was Shante C. who was very pleasant and had a great smile. She brought our cocktails and gave us time to look over the unfamiliar menu. We learned as the evening went on that Shante was an awesome server, always prompt to notice if we needed anything. Busy as she was, she always provided a moment to share conversation with us. Service throughout the meal was timely without our feeling rushed at all. She was fabulous and we would definitely ask for her next time we go back. We had eaten a bite at home shortly before we left for Tivoli so we weren't starving. We decided, with our cocktails, to share just a salad and a pizza. The brought some wonderful foccia with the salad and a small bowl of garlic and olive oil for the bread. Initially, I was afraid that the salad and pizza would not be enough food but the salad, an Italian Chopped Salad, was not only larger than I expected but was full of several kinds of meats, cheeses, olives and red peppers. It was more than the two of us could eat. We ordered the spinach and artichoke pizza. I was again surprised at the size of the pizza. I expected quite a small personal size but it was actually the size of a large pizza from our local 'go-to' pizza joint. The preparation was also quite interesting. It was a thin crust which we love. It appeared that, rather than red pizza sauce, the spinach was pureed and used as the sauce, topped with artichokes and the center of the pizza had a pile of sweet red peppers. It was awesome and we could only eat half. Looking forward to lunch today. I also got a chance to see other diner's orders going past and all of the servings appeared to be larger than I would have expected. The duck ravioli looked spectacular. The atmosphere was decently elegant without being stuffy. People were dressed from coat and tie to shorts or sweats. Can hardly wait to go back.

We had a marvelous and glamorous dinner at Al Solito Posto. The food was delicious and reasonable value. The wine pours were rather small. The restaurant has attractive decor. It is very high energy and gets a very attractive clientele. It has a beautiful outdoor area. The management, the hostesses and the wait staff are very charming and attentive. It is in a lovely location in Tivoli Village in Summerlin. It has replaced Brio.We highly recommend Al Solito Posto.

I had heard this place was good a few years ago and w have been to echo and rig opposite which is very good but never got round to going here (always looked busy) Wow what an amazing meal with exceptional service by Kenny. The food was fantastic from the fresh bread and oil to the starters mains and dessert It was all absolutely delicious. I did try a peppertini cocktail but I didn’t like it just my personal taste . Everything was top knotch Fab atmosphere as well and it was really good value Very impressed def will be back when we are back in the city in November

Our son introduced us to this restaurant and it was amazing!! Our server was Vincerizo and he was the most amazing server we have ever had! He was very friendly and efficient as well as knowledgeable about the entrees and alcohol. Kudos to Vincerizo!!! Our meal started with a wonderful garlic Focaccia bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. It was house made and soooo good! We had the calamari and it was delicious and you could tell it was hand breaded! Now the entrees My son had lasagne. He gave me a bite and the meat and the sauce were heavenly! It is a large portion My daughter in law had chicken parm. She said it the best of all the places shes had italian food My husband had Branzino. He had never had it before and he really enjoyed it. He said it was moist and the sauce on it was very flavorful. He also had an espresso martini and said it was made correctly I has the lobster shells. There were five of them and it was more than enough for me. They were so good! My husband and i had the trio gelato. I can honestly say it was the best gelato id ever had. So creamy and each flavor had a wonderful topping on it So, we loved this restaurant. Decent prices, good food and friendly service. Make the drive to Summerlin and enjoy this restaurant!

I stopped by for a happy hour before attending the Aviators baseball game and sat down at the bar Michael & Carlo true professionals had a Manhattan highly recommended. I had the Caprese salad very fresh and Nonna's meatballs delicious. Chef Steve young is truly making a name for himself in this town. The manager Tiprian stopped by to make sure everything was ok nice touch of customer service.

We are loyal since they opened. Twice we ordered Italian chop salad and no salami or other meats on it. Very slow poor service. 30 minutes until the server took our order. We rarely saw our server. No requested cracked pepper after we requested it. We were given someone else’s check. They used to be filled and now 50% on a Saturday night. The staff and management changed. Looks like they were sold. Food is great.

We have dined here numerous times since they opened. Sadly they removed the 2 best entrees..pesto gnocchi and pasta and Emily’s Sunday Gravy. A 30 minute wait after arrival with a reservation, minimal meat on the Italian salad. It is the loudest restaurant anywhere. It is grossly overpriced.

We were so sad when we heard Brio had closed at Tivoli!! BUT WAIT it is now AL SOLITO POSTO!! We had such a pleasant dining experience..Everyone from management to server to buser was not only fun but excellent..The food was excellent and the bread is to die for!!! So happy & cant wait to return!!👍👍👍😄😄😄

We were looking forward to a great evening in the nice setting which we specially booked in advance. Friendly staff met us and took us to the table. Lovely warm ciabatta was broght to the table with oil garlic mushroom deep. Drinks arrived promptly and things fell apart there after... Food order was taken. the waiter was instructed that salmon, ordered by my wife, should be just seared(!!!) we repated this request twice when she ordered and when the all orders ware confirmed. After that we we left without any attention for good 45min or so before thew food arrived. BTW, the restarant was not even half full. When the order eventually arrived the salmon was dead( overcooked, dry), my daughter's spaghetti were luke warm, my lasagna was a bit warmer. My daughter eat a bit regardlessly as she was so hungry by then. To send salmon back took another 5-10 min as no one bothered to check if we were satisfied with the dishes. Manager, who took salmon back, had promissed to sort it out at no time. It took another 20 min or so... My lasanga and my daughetrs meal got cold by the time as salmon arrived-We did not eat as were waiting to have a meal with my wife together. By the time the salmon arrived, as mentioned above, 20 or so min later ( only after we sent passing by staff member to the kitchen to cancel it all together) our mood has changed-the dinner was spoiled! The manager arrived, apologised and without hesitation offered not to charge us. I insisted thought to pay for drinks as there were no issue with drinks. To sum it up, location is great, the restaurant interior is promising, kitchen is petentious , but despite the not complicated menu, and above avarage price tags cannot deliver. I would give a miss to this place to avoid disapontment and risk to spoil the occasion.

Arrived at this beautiful restaurant late in the evening. Sat at the large bar. Immediate, excellent service by the bartender. Large screen TV. Ordered Nonna's Meatballs which arrived with amazing polenta. Warm bread with olive oil and spices. Both wonderful. Numerous Italian wines by the glass. Easy parking in this beautiful Tivoli store and restaurant area.

Established in Summerlin as the pandemic wained, and already "the Usual Place” for residents of Las Vegas’ affluent suburb, dinner on Wednesday again found Al Solito Posto firing on all cylinders for a taste of Chef James Trees and team’s East Coast Italian Food. A replacement for Brio Italian Grill at Tivoli Village, approximately 180 indoor seats plus several on the patio, it was after greetings at the hostess’ stand that four guests were led to a table, service attentive and friendly without the theatrics of Carbone. Boisterous but not exactly loud in the lounge it was after deciding on Beverages that fourteen items were selected, complimentary housemade Focaccia plus Garlic Herb Olive Oil mixed tableside soon to arrive and consumed nearly as quickly. Happy to see Chef Adam Rios at the pass Appetizers consist of Soups, Salads and Antipasti, the Meatballs tight but not overworked adjacent a triangle of Cornmeal while the Pizza and Panzanella Salad each put Cheese to good use with the latter particularly outstandimg. Utilizing fresh Ingredients across the board, prices ranging $16-$38 for Starters and $21-$59 for Entrees a veritable bargain despite outpacing most of Las Vegas Boulevard, course two featured three Pastas plus the return of slowly-simmered Gravy loaded with Meatballs, Spare Ribs and housemade Fennel Sausage. Able to handle big volume thanks to skilled cooks plus a sizable kitchen Pastas are made on-site daily, and although Asparagus Pesto on Radiatore was good Al Solito Posto’s filled options including Duck Ravioli and brilliant Sweet Corn Agnolotti with Rock Shrimp make for tough competition. A complete overhaul of the old menu according to James Trees, though Las Vegas’ best Lasagna remains unchanged, additional entrees see Eggplant Parm shine thanks to less fuss while enormous African Prawns served Scampi-style and a Tomahawk Pork Chop are faultless. Sad to see the Rainbow Cake scrapped, though an Italian riff on Tres Leches now stands as one of Sin City’s most inspired Desserts, Tiramisu arrives in the form of Cheesecake while the Pie-sized Apple Crostata remains a texturally masterful showstopper served piping hot with a side of Vanilla Gelato waiting to be melted on top.

I visited this new Italian Restaurant I was seated at the bar. Manager Carlo was very helpful with great suggestions I had the appetizers of muscles abrritta perfect amount of spice, eggplant parmesan,. NY Steak.

Not even sure where to start! The room itself is amazing and comfortable, sexy and cool. The food was delicious! Had 4 appetizers then the Colorado lamb. Perfection. The bar staff were cool , clean and polished. Thank you Mike for showing Vegas what a professional bartender is all about, your guest's. 2 thumbs up bud!! The G.M. Carlos Cannuscio is the best in the business. Total Cool Sauve Italian guy that will set you on your way to Wine Heaven! Chef Steve Young is now at the helm and you will Not be disappointed. Just Go!!

Went with a small group of friends to Al Solito Posto to celebrate, well, life. Started with cocktails. The Rampart Avenue, ASP's take on an old-fashioned. We totally feasted. For appetizers, we completely pigged out: Caprese Salad, Beef Carpaccio (wish I had taken a photo, this one is a masterpiece), Roasted Garlic Bread, Fritella and Nonna's Meatballs (the fried polenta!). Entrees: Cacio e Pepe, Pappardelle Bolognese, Emily's Sunday Gravy, Chicken Parmigiana. One of us had a Filet Mignon and Nonna's Potatoes. Everything was so tasty and thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. I'm pretty sure we demolished a couple bottles of wine, as well. Dessert was the Fruit Crostata and the amazing Italian "Rainbow" Cake. (And a round of limoncello!) Would go back for any and all of the above. More than that though, we were treated by the entire staff like valued friends. What a great evening with friends. Shouts out to our server, David, who customized our evening and made sure no detail was overlooked. Also to manager and gracious host, Carlo. Even Chef Steve came by the table to see how everyone was enjoying the evening. A+ Can't wait till next time. Thanks, everyone!

Recently celebrating six months in Summerlin, and already "the Usual Place” for residents of Las Vegas’ affluent suburb, dinner on Saturday found Al Solito Posto near-capacity for a taste of James Trees and new Chef Steve Young’s East Coast Italian Food. Now fully occupying the former Brio Italian Grill at Tivoli Village, approximately 180 indoor seats filled plus several on the patio, it was after greetings at the hostess’ stand that eight guests were led to a table beneath locally made craftwork, service from General Manager Carlo Cannuscio’s front of house attentive and friendly without the theatrics of Carbone. Much louder than during a March visit, occasionally challenging for conversation but mostly manageable, it was after deciding on Wine that Carte Blanche was deferred to the kitchen, complimentary housemade Focaccia plus Garlic Herb Olive Oil mixed tableside soon to arrive. Bringing in Chef Young to replace a promoted Emily Brubaker, in effect replacing one Joel Robuchon alumnus with another, Appetizers consist of Soups, Salads and Antipasti, the Beef Carpaccio replacing Cipriani’s classic Dressing with Garlic Truffle Aioli while a recently added Frittella features fried Dough beneath Arugula, Speck, and Apricot Jam plus a creamy ball of Burrata. Utilizing fresh Ingredients across the board, prices ranging $12-$23 for Starters and $25-$72 for Entrees still a veritable bargain despite outpacing the space’s prior occupant, additional starters included a vibrant Caprese Salad plus Meatballs with fried Polenta and Salmon Crudo that is done more favors by heat and Citrus than an imperceptible dollop of Caviar. Able to do big volume thanks to skilled cooks and a sizable kitchen, Chef Young diligently running the pass for every savory across a nearly three-hour meal, course two featured Pasta – the Rigatoni alla Vodka cooked perfect al dente and more spicy than prior while Radiatori with fresh Peas, Truffle Butter and two textures of Pork is rich but delightful. Opting to explore Secondi this time, but not without two orders of textbook Bolognese in and around wood-fired Pasta Sheets that comprise Las Vegas’ best Lasagna, domestic Wagyu and Sea Bass each focus on simplicity with impressive results dictated largely by Ingredient quality. Also served “cheffed-up” Eggplant Parm, seasoned Breadcrumbs and appropriate frying time yielding a consistency not dissimilar from Chicken amidst slowly-simmered Marinara and melted Mozz, Contorni keep things simple from softened Spinach to crisp Potatoes and springy seasoned Mushrooms. Contracting the Dessert menu slightly, Cheesecake and Budino lost in the wake of LEV Executive Pastry Chef Keris Kuwana’s tableside Tiramisu, those seeking a showstopper remain encouraged to choose between Italian Rainbow Cake that is more like Birthday Cake than the Italian Tricolor “Cookie” or a Stonefruit Crostata that is texturally masterful, the size of a whole Pie and served piping hot with a side of Vanilla Gelato waiting to be melted on top.

I have had many wonderful evenings here, usually love the food, atmosphere, and service. Last night was a terrible. We waited over 45 minutes, questioned our waitress, and she said that the kitchen was backed up. Why didn’t she communicate that. When we got our food, pasta was cold, my son’s pasta came with meat sauce when we ordered marinara sauce, the meatballs came with cheese and parsley when we asked for no garnishes, and my friend who ordered salmon had to send it back 3 times. My friend had to order a steak because they couldn't get the salmon right. The manager was not very apologetic, the only person who tried to make it right was Neda who was doing her best to make it right. I may not return, too many good Italian restaurants in the Vegas Valley to continue to go to a restaurant that treated us the way we were treated last night.

We arrived here without hope after 10 days of disastrous meals, we shared a grandma's meatball and then had a pappardella with meat sauce each. Pasta al dente and excellent ragù, even the meatballs were delicious. Today is the next morning and I finally no longer have the stomach ache that had been accompanying me for days. Healthy, good, abundant and genuine. Well done! Desperate Italians, go here with peace of mind, the food is good!

We visited on Saturday night for dinner having made a reservation. Our table was not ready but we were given a glass of bubbly whilst we waited for about ten minutes. The service was really good. Our server was helpful and attentive. The dishes of offer were innovative and well presented and tasted very good. The portions were a good size. I could not find any fault with this restaurant and will certainly return. It was also not over the top price wise compared with other restaurants in the area.

Beautiful restaurant with fresh, delicious food. Pasta is made fresh daily and it is evident in taste! Service was top-notch. Best Italian food we have had outside of Italy!

Our friends recommended this restaurant to us and had a party of five when we went. I ordered a specialty cocktail to start; Spritz Rosato and my husband ordered a Little Tivoli both were pleasant. We ordered a few appetizers for the table to share; beef carpaccio, grilled octopus and roasted garlic bread and added truffles. My favorite was the grilled octopus. My girlfriend and myself order a bottle of wine for dinner that was lovely. For my dinner I ordered the Emily’s Sunday Gravy dinner which is braised short ribs, veal breast and house-made meatball with fresh homemade pasta. I loved the braised short rib but would of pass on everything else on my plate. My husband ordered the Linguine with clams, which he loved. His plate was almost 50-50 linguine and clams. For dessert we ordered the Apple Crostata with vanilla gelato which is enough for the whole table, absolutely delicious! Overall experience was great, the customer service was excellent very personable. I would recommend to others.

Restaurant is a rip off. Cocktails are an extremely light pour and they charge top dollar. I didn't order a second which I usually do. I ordered scallops as an add on to my rigatoni vodka. I was never told that the cost of the add on was going to be more than the cost of the entree. When I asked the waiter why I was charged $31 for a pasta add on without being told the cost, the waiter just shrugged and said sorry. I eat in fine restaurants all over town. I felt totally ripped off. The food is good but I will never go back. They are nickel and diming guests - not the sign of a quality establishment. If you go, do not sit with a waiter named David!!
$31 for bolognese spaghetti???? Really!
Asked if they made spaghetti with bolognese sauce and the server said yes but was not on the menu so I ordered it. Out it came in a cream sauce not…. Never heard of such a thing. Charged me $31 omg!!!! For spaghetti???? Worth $18 max! Asked for balsamic vinegar got salad dressing oil with a little balsamic vinegar in it. Asked again for just balsamic vinegar finally got it right the chicken Marcela was excellent and they changed price was a little heavy for a glass of ok wine at $15-$20. Service was good.
