Delicious Oyster Happy Hour

By thomas e |

Fantastic service with Aisha, the oysters were divine as always. A great spot to meet with a friend and catch up. I highly recommend.

A disappointing dinner

By Travelbug33423 |

Honestly, a disappointing experience. Four of us went for a light dinner. My first disappointment was my cocktail. I ordered a Cosmo with a sugared rim. It came (no sugared rim) and was, basically, just cranberry juice with a little lime. My husband and I split a half a dozen oysters (delicious!) and the halibut. The halibut was cooked properly but was not seasoned. I had to add salt to give it any flavour. My son and his partner split the salmon poke—which was basically just salmon…not a lot of other ingredients and, again, almost no seasoning. They ordered some soy sauce so that they could add a little flavour. They also split the steak frittes (ordered medium rare). The steak was well seasoned, but almost half of it was almost raw. He sent it back and asked them to cook it a bit more…but when it came back, it was just cooked a bit more on one side—so the other side was still very, very rare. He decided to just take the rest of it home so that they could cook it properly. Just a disappointing experience. They are using high quality ingredients…but just not really doing much to them. Maybe it was an off night…but hate to spend $250 for a (light) dinner and have it be so…meh.

The food was excellent, oysters were delicious, and our server Aisha was the best.

By Stephanie B |

The food was delicious. Enjoyed the lentil soup and the fresh oysters. Our server Aisha S was terrific too. The fresh donuts for desert were incredible too.

Grest service and food

By Sandy C |

We're staying at the LXR hotel because it's conveniently located near the pier, making it easy to catch our cruise tomorrow. After a long day of travel, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at All Water Oyster, where our waitress, Aisha, went above and beyond. She provided excellent service and wonderful recommendations for both the menu and beer, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Her attentiveness truly made us feel valued.

Beyond excellent customer service

By Lyle M |

Aisha has been exceptional and was very personable. We ordered oysters, tuna crudo, chowder, and roasted chicken which were all good although the honey butternut squash puree stood out too much over the roasted chicken. Good experience overall.

Seattle trip

By Susan |

Aisha is an amazing employee. She is very personable with a great sense of humor. She made great suggestions regarding the menu, which were delicious by the way. She is very helpful in giving us suggestions for sightseeing and exploring Seattle with the routes to get there. She helped us with our room reservation which wasn’t part of her job title. That’s how nice of a person she is. She is definitely a people person and we definitely will be going back.

Outstanding!

By Dale C |

We visited for the Oyster Happy Hour and had a wonderful experience. The oysters are truly amazing and the servers deliver with a smile. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place

By Henk A |

Very nice place to have drinks and some seafood. Our server, Aïsha, was the best. Very, very kind, polite and a good amount of humour.

Lovely day.

By william w |

I am a lifetime Seattelite. I recently discovered All Water on first avenue. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was greeted by Sabra, who I assumed was the manager because she was so professional and engaging. When I returned weeks later I was happy to be greeted by Sabra once again. To my surprise she informed me she was the host. I recommend a promotion. Jessi was also very hospitable for my mourning and television watching. I will return.

Nice surprise

By McKMacTravel |

Best meal over the weekend in Seattle. No problem getting in. Wonderful waitress. Loud, yet still relatively private. Great prix fixe menu the night we were there. Loved the salmon tartare and the octopus appetizers. Could have made a meal out of each one and left happy. Desserts also very good. Would highly recommend. Dinner for two about $180 with cocktails

High quality all around

By Bryan R |

Fantastic quality of the seafood itself. The crafting of the dishes matched as well. I was particularly impressed with the oysters -coming from Virginia, I hold a high standard for them. I would absolutely recommend this for a nice, relaxed dinner- and I came here on accident.

Great food, lovely time

By Christy D |

Had the oysters. Oh my. Delicious. The Butternut and Dungeness Crab soup. To. Die. For. The service at the bar was wonderful from ICONIC (her name💜) even though she was about to close. She just treated us like we had all night to eat. We enjoyed everything and want to come back. 5/5 🤩

A Great Find in Downtown Seattle

By Donna S |

We thoroughly enjoyed an intimate and romantic dinner at the AWSOB. A perfect way to kick off our Seattle getaway, we started with delicious caesar and roasted golden beet salads, then amazing clams and halibut topped off with a rich chocolatey mousse for desert. Server Eric was amazing. Highly recommend!

We Love Aisha

By Alison R |

Aisha is so personable, knowlagable, and had us smiling throughout our experience here. On a side note I also noticed when she cleaned the tables next to us she also followed all the way down to wipe the chairs. As an owner of a cleaning business myself, I can tell you efficiency like that is hard to find.

Happy Hour+

Enjoyed Happy Hour, stayed for dinner. Good service! Thanks Aisha. I'm sure we'll be back for more wings and cocktails.

Nice and good surprise

By Alberto C |

Seafood restaurant, specializing in oysters, at the "1000 Hotel". We wanted oysters for the grand finale of the holiday and the "All Water" seemed like the only solution for dinner: excellent choice! "Raw Bar" style place with extremely limited menu other than oysters, but what is there is truly quality, like the oysters. A slightly sad cellar, except (in part) for the bubbles... on the other hand, the cocktails and beers are excellent. Nice and fast service, absolutely acceptable price

Eneyda is wonderful!

By simoneryan |

Eneyda is wonderful! We had an early appointment and decided to grab some breakfast while staying at the hotel. Eneyda went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed in time, including some things to go so we could drop off food upstairs to one of our kids who was still upstairs. One of the things we ordered was the pastries which were listed on the menu as a muffin, plain croissant, and chocolate croissant. What arrived was an almond croissant which our daughter could not have because of the nuts. Eneyda quickly packed up a nice warm chocolate croissant for us to go which she enjoyed in the car. Thank you for making our breakfast so nice Eneyda!

Amazing!

Quick dinner as a hotel guest

By Buenavista Bakery |

Eric was our server (as well as the bartender) and he was great! He recommended a great wine to pair with my oysters and gave us great recommendations to have for dinner. My husband wasn’t feeling great stomach wise and he went out of his way to make him a spritz to feel better. Also the truffle fries are soooo good!!

Very good downtown spot.

By P H |

The best tuna tacos in Seattle!

By Imjmurray |

We came the last day of restaurant week in Seattle and were fortunate enough to dbag a table at All Water. We started off with oysters , Champagne and Caviar.. the next course was the prefix 3 course menu.. you must try the Asian tuna tacos . Period.. they melt into your mouth .. the halibut entree was excellent , moist with a crisp crust . We had both desserts which were excellent and paired quite nicely with each other as the fruit was fresh and the chocolate was delicious. BTW..Our waiter - Eric was attentive and pleasant

Great food - great service - great lunch!

By etmcd |

I wanted to try All Water as it was highly rated and we were going to be Downtown Seattle anyways. The atmosphere is great - I loved the decor and layout. Our server was exceptional - almost flawless service (though he could have wiped the table when he brought our second set of silverware (they give you new silverware between courses). The food was delicious. We started with the poached giant shrimp - yummy! Great salad underneath. My wife had the superfood salad with grilled salmon - perfection! I had the grilled panini which was great! It was a fantastic lunch and we’ll be back!

Amazing seafood

By Molly |

Food Amazing!!!!! Well worth it! I was nervous because of the price and that it was in a hotel, close to Pike’s Place but it was so delicious. Our server, Ayeisha, was so adorable, sweet, attentive and gave great menu suggestions. Got the raw oysters and crab cake; best I’ve ever had! Husband got Miso salmon done perfectly with jasmine rice, baby bok choy and carrots. I ordered shrimp and scallop risotto. Only downfall they didn’t have shrimp. But got double scallops and again not disappointed. Have had risotto in the past and this again, was done perfectly. Creamy, not overly salted and cooked well with peas and mushrooms. Please try and don’t let being near Seattle’s Pike Place and in hotel defer you. One of the best seafood meals I’ve ever had in my life

A must go place!

By Ivan S |

I saw the reviews and decide came to see by myself… the food is amazing, fresh oysters, a special soup recipe that remind me what my grandma will cook … it’s absolute a must try place! Also the attention of the staff makes you feel you get in the right place to enjoy a delicious meal!

Highly average

By 100ktraveler |

Not sure how this basic hotel eatery got listed as #1 seafood joint in Seattle. As an out of town visitor with little local knowledge, I took the recommendation for what seemed to be a nice place near my hotel. Oysters were what attracted me, but their offering was limited when I got there. Instead of the lengthy oyster map, I think they only had three or four to choose from. Thankfully, a couple of them were quite tasty. But at 4 bucks a crack, they needed to be. The dinner menu was basic and uninspired, again with very limited selection. And some hefty prices that didn’t match the meal. I went with the most daring dish they offered: grilled octopus and lamb sausage cassoulet. Took me a while to locate the tiny bit of octopus - which apparently had been cooked hours prior to serving. The lamb sausage was not offensive. Some of the clams on the dish had not popped open - and I know enough to leave those fellas alone. Fortunately, I like beans and there were plenty of those piled on the plate. It was not awful, but I did feel a bit deceived by the stellar rating they Trip Advisor gave this place. I’d say it’s a solid 3. And if you are traveling for business and get per diem, you’ll feel less fleeced when you get the bill. I’d recommend giving this place a miss - unless you’re staying in the hosting hotel and it’s unbearable outside.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dropped into Rosebay in Seattle for a quick drink… and ended up staying way longer than planned — thanks to the incredible Lydia behind the bar! 🍸✨ She’s not just a bartender — she’s a true mixologist with an amazing talent for crafting off-the-wall cocktails that are as creative as they are delicious. Told her a few flavors I liked, and she whipped up something totally unique, totally perfect. The vibe at Rosebay is effortlessly stylish, and Lydia’s energy made the whole experience even better. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of sassy — she made us feel like VIPs from the first pour to the final cheers. 🥂 If you’re in Seattle and looking for a next-level cocktail experience, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at Lydia’s bar. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did. #RosebaySeattle #CraftCocktails #LydiaIsTheBest #MixologyMagic #SeattleNights

Dairy allergy able to be accommodated

By Maria C |

Our server, Aisha, was superb! I have a dairy allergy and she was knowledgeable and understanding, making sure all of our selections were going to fit my needs. Aisha was friendly and personable, sharing experiences and we enjoyed her banter as she didn’t shy away from boisterous talk. The food was delicious, the wine was crisp, and the evening was memorable! Thanks, Aisha!

I took a chance on my birthday to try this Restaurant and it was a beautiful experience 😁

By Shalonda M |

They have cozy indoors, and outdoor seating which is a plus. The wait staff is very friendly (Aisha) and the food was delicious!

Poor service at its best. Food when it eventually arrived was tasty. Part of a hotel so has limitations.

By iainfellowes |

Reviews suggested this was a great dinner option for my birthday. Things started well and I selected and discussed the oyster selection with the waitress and ordered the clam and linguine main course. My wife's chowder soup arrived and I waited patiently for my oysters. The main courses suddenly arrived but still no oysters, it seemed they had forgotten what I had asked for and apologised. Told them to forget the oysters and I would stick with the main course. When I looked down at my plate it was the fish broth and not the linguine that was ordered. This was quickly taken away and I continued my wait. They offered me some bread to eat on the house. By the time my linguine arrived my wife had finished her dinner and I ate alone. The only thing we ate together was a complimentary sweet which we shared. At the next table 4 loud women discussed their sexuality, swearing and being vulgar which was hard to ignore. No intervention by the staff who must have heard everything as we did as the ordering station was closed by. Things settled down once they left. Overall a very poor experience and up their for the worst food service ever.. For our troubles we were given a free desert and some bread. Paid full price for the wine and meal. I was so fed up with it I just gave in and did not remonstrate with them.

Here for happy hour and Aisha made the day!

By Laura V |

Aisha was the best!!! She was so personable and put us at ease and knew the menus inside and out. She made great recommendations.

This place was awesome. Came for a date before the symphony. Aisha S was amazingly thoughtful! Her conversation was light and funny and she complimented our night out perfectly. Her recommendation was ideal!

Love the staff, food, & service! Old school charm and service with a modern approach!

By Shana C |

I come here all the time and love Eric the bartender. He should be manager if he isn't. He's always so accommodating and recognizes us and knows what we like and had ordered before. He also suggests things that we wouldn't have usually picked ourselves. Truly one of the reasons I come back time & time again! Thank you.

Birthday Cruise.

By deadlegsone |

We have been to MANY restaurants in Seattle over the years but this new to us. Gotta say this is one of the best but off the beaten path we were on. I had the Fish Stew aka Chopinno and it was the best I have had. Our wait person said it was the fresh saffron. She was the best. We would definitely return on our next trip. Highly recommended. Thank you Mikkayla!!!!

Fabulous food and vibe. A MUST VISIT

By Jason K |

This is NEXT LEVEL service and food. Great patio seating with flowers all around and pillows (!). The hotel itself is breathtaking. Aneyda and Hugo were my servers and they were fantastic. I had a half dozen oysters and the pineapple sage cocktail. Oysters were beautifully presented and so fresh and delicious. The mocktail was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The manager even came out to introduce himself. Just a class act all around. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wonderful!!!

Good but expensive

By Nathan C |

Absolutely perfect service, and restaurant very well located. The meal was also very good with sought after dishes. Unfortunately the price is very high, it takes between 35 and 55 dollars for a main race.

Lydia at Hotel 1000

By Elizabeth P |

Lydia was an unbelievable barmaid when we came in she asked what we liked to drink. She offered the normal things and then offered a custom made drink by her. It was as amazing as she was. To say the least it was a wonderful drink that I continued to drink my entire trip. If you want a wonderful evening and custom drinks I highly suggest you go and see Lydia at Hotel 1000.

Awesome

By Gabriel A |

Daniel's service was fantastic, and it's pretty cool that he's Jake Gyllenhaal's cousin! He explained the dishes well, and the halibut tacos and old fashioned were delicious. A wonderful dining experience!

Best experience I’ve had at a bar

By Meander67390166502 |

John and Lydia are both some of the best bartenders one could ask for. From overall serving efficiency to inviting conversations and overall enjoyable people. A bar/ company would be fortunate to have them.

Nice bar, great bartender!

By steve |

I just had a brief stay in the hotel. I went to the bar to have a few oysters and a few drinks. Lydia was the most amazing bartender. So funny, attentive, and a great conversationalist. So much so I came back later to say hello and have a drink again after dinner! Highly recommended if you stay here, or stop in for a drink.

Great Seafood, Great Experience thanks to Eric!

By Mark G |

Sitting at the bar with Eric the bartender during Happy Hour was awesome. Not crazy busy at 2:30pm, so he had time to chat with us about oysters, wine, the hotel & restaurants in the area. Food and drinks were great, but Eric was the star of the show and really made us feel like we got the insider expertise of a Seattle OG that is invaluable as a tourist. (The only minor change I would suggest is to change the restaurant music a bit - was some kind of a high-tempo top40 dance/lobby mix - that was totally incongruous to the beautiful cool restaurant vibe during our visit).

Closing time was sweet!

By Marie L |

Eric was so kind to serve me and my family dessert - even though he was closing. He made it all work out for us. We were guests at Hotel 1000.

Very bad service

By Ginger E |

The service was terrible. When we arrived for our reservation, we were told that there was no table available for us. After waiting 20 minutes they brought a table out from the back but no chairs. When they found banquet style chairs, we were finally seated - 45 minute’s later. Then the table wobbled and they couldn’t fix it. Then they offered to seat us at a good table once the eaters finished (they were taking their time). Once we were finally seated, service did not improve- long waits between each stage of the meal, with ongoing complaints. The manager made the server apologize and offer us a bottle of wine. We felt this was demeaning to the server. We had selected this restaurant because of the reviews saying it was one of Seattle best oyster bars. The oysters were good but the rest of the food was average

Great service and amazing shrimp

By Sami G |

We stopped in for a late lunch / happy hour and were pleasantly surprised by not only the generous portion sizes but how awesome and thoughtful our server Aisha was. Not to mention the peel and eat shrimp *chef’s kiss* . We’ll be back!

Delicious cuisine & exceptional service

By Marilee G |

Exceptional cuisine! Best Salmon ever! We also had delicious clam chowder, caesar salad and scrumptious chocolate cake and ice cream. All served with exceptional service by Alisha S. She was so friendly and accomodating. Go see her and have a fantastic meal! Thanks Alisha!

Underwhelmed

By Alexis H |

Walked from the Sheraton Grand for lunch after attending a conference and was excited to try this trip advisor winning restaurant. I orders the wedge salad with prawns and a bowl of crab chowder. The food was not flavorful or worth the $54! My colleague ordered the pumpkin soup with grilled cheese and also felt the food was under seasoned and greasy. Waitstaff were friendly and offered suggestions but I won’t be back.

Great spot!

By Lea J |

Aisha was so awesome and friendly! Exceptional service. Food was great and the patio was clean and comfortable to sit on.

Amazing customer service

By Rochelle P |

The oysters were Amazing. Especially pacific. But the experience was worth the visit thanks to the amazing customer service of Eneyda. She was kind, helpful, and most importantly relatable. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing food!

By Tony |

Hands down, best oysters I've ever had. Soups and entrees were amazing, can't go wrong with this place. Added bonus if you stay at the hotel!

Terrific

By mafischl |

This is a lovely restaurant. I was dreaming of seafood on my six hour flight from NY and All Water didn't disappoint. The Pacific oysters, clam Chowder and King Salmon all were terrific. Will definitely be returning.

Sunday Brunch

By backpacker31 |

As guests of the attached hotel (Hotel 1000), we decided to enjoy their Sunday brunch. Although it was crowded (lots of football fans fueling up prior to the home game), we were seated promptly with drink orders taken. I enjoyed the Breakfast Street Tacos. Coffee was excellent - bold and flavorful. Atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming. Staff were friendly and professional.

Disapointing

By Judy H |

2 couples went. 1 couple got the squash soup and crab cakes. Both very happy with the food. Other couple: disapointed. 1 wanted to order the dashi; not available tonight (a Thursday). So shared the Thai chicken wing appetizer, very good. The husband got the halibut, said it was okay but not great. The wife got the cassolet. Loved the idea of it BUT there were 2 pieces of octopus, both over cooked; one was like rubber, inedable; the other piece was edable but only if cut into small pieces. There were so many excellent reviews, especially about the cassolet that I suppose it was the "chefs night off." And no dashi? Extremely dispointing. Nice room and great service. Quiet enough to be able to have a conversation which is refreshing.

Not worth it

By David M |

Over rated and pricey. The menu was extremely limited. I had poached halibut with a Mediterranean sauce which tasted like Heinz catsup.

A staple when visiting Seattle

By Jason C |

My go to spot when in town. Great service, delicious food, and the drinks stay coming! Could eat here everyday and still have good variety. Eric is the best! 👌

Seattle best oysters

By Thibault D |

We went to have happy hour oysters and drinks . And had a blast thank to Aisha. Great food, great drinks and incredible service. Loved it.

Amazing service

Alisha S. was the best!!! She recommended many dishes that were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back in the future.

Way Below Expectations

By WpgDawn |

Very mixed experience. First, not a single thing on the menu on their website was actually available on their menu at the restaurant. We chose this restaurant specifically because of their menu that would accommodate the varied guests of our party. Second, one of our party had to send back their short rib meal as it was so fatty. Third, one member of our party ordered dessert in advance of the rest. She ordered the gluten free flourless chocolate torte and proceeded to eat it. The rest of us then decided to order dessert as well. When the rest of us that ordered the gluten free flourless torte received ours it became very obvious that the two variations were VERY different. It was only then that the server owned up to the fact that the first guest was served a piece of cake from another event that was not gluten free. This could have been very dangerous as a different member of our party is seriously allergic to gluten. Gratefully the one who received the fully gluten cake was only a gluten preference.

A great place for a cocktail, meal or snack near the Seattle ferry dock

By Denise C |

Every time my friend and I spend a day in Seattle, we finish our day with a cocktail at All Water before getting on the ferry. The setting is lovely, the restroom has the best-smelling soap I have ever encountered, and we usually seem to have the same waiter, namely Eric., who is the best thing about our visit. He is delightful, accommodating, and makes (personally) the most fantastic cocktails! Sometimes we have dessert as well, and he always does a great job on those, even when we have special requests. The restaurant has a great menu, and when we do an overnight trip, it would be great to experience it as well.

A must stop while in Seattle

By Global07120071876 |

The food is wonderful! If you are in doubt for what to order the peel and eat shrimp is so good we got a pound to go! Aisha was a lovely server.

convivial venue for delectable food

By Tom B |

Throughout multiple visits, two servers, Olivia and Aisha, were attentive, caring and genuinely engaged to make heartfelt connections. The personalized service and the Mediterranean cuisine were memorable and flawless. Both chefs, Juan Carlos and Alejandro, worked wonders in the kitchen. The halibut ceviche was carefully balanced, exhibited a harmony of textures and flavors and its tiger’s milk showcased the subtle interplay of acidity, spice, sweetness and creaminess. The seafood paella was deliciously rich and had layers of flavors, including its contrast of tender rice and briny seafood. The white bean stew had an impressive depth of flavor from its broth which melded a smoky essence with the velvety oils released from the hearty meats.

Disappointed

By Kwill31 |

My son ordered the salmon and this is what came out for $46. I can't believe they let this come out of the kitchen. The fish and chips were good but the size of the salmon was at most 2 1/2 oz. If you see the skin at 1 o'clock in the pic you can get an idea of the size it was. The fish is shown right after my son peeled off the skin and a tiny bite was taken out of it to try. I saw other pictures posted on trip advisor of the salmon dish others got and ours looked nothing like that. If you go, do not order the salmon.

Unimpressed

By Juan |

We just had appetizers. I had the king salmon poke which was bland. Needed salt! My wife had the crab/duck soup and it was extremely spicy! To rhetorical point that it overpowered the rest of the flavors. I love spicy foods but it was overwhelming!

Divinity

By Matthew P |

This was truly the best meal of my life. Eric R. made me feel like a VIP. I enjoyed the Valentines Day Pre-Fixe 3 course meal, with an extra two dozen oysters and the lovers sparkling wine flight. This is some of the best seafood in Seattle, and I've eaten a lot of seafood. I used to work in the salmon industry in Alaska. This was absolutely divine.

Soooooo yummy!

By Hsteinmiller |

We've only eaten breakfast here during this trip, but it's been amazing! Our server (from Turkey) and the front manager (from Ukraine) are so freaking friendly and attentive! Plus the food is delicious - avocado toast with fried egg, everything bagel & salmon with capers & ripe tomatoes, sausage omelet with sourdough toast. One of the highlights of our stay.

Lovely dinner, with great service and even better food. Chef's kiss!

By WyoChickenMomma |

We really enjoyed our meal. Eric R. was our server, he was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great suggestions. We started off with a selection of fresh and local oysters on the half shell. We followed this with blistered shishito peppers, they were delish, as was the tamari-honey aioli. For our soup we had the Golden Dashi with poached oyster. This in house made broth is poured table side over the oyster and smoked duck breast. It was so flavorful and the table side pour is a nice touch. For our mains, we tried the braised short ribs, it was wonderful and melt in your mouth tender. We also had the Dungeness crab linguine. This was a perfect balance of sweet crab, and the dill over a perfectly sized portion of linguini. And finally we had the grilled octopus and lamb sausage cassoulet. What a delightful combination and a fun play on a non traditional surf and turf. We finished our meals with the warm apple tart and two scoops of ice cream. The atmosphere is elegant yet felt casual enough for some great laughs and conversation. The staff was attentive, without being over bearing. Everything was just perfect and we would go back again.

I don’t know

By Edwelsh |

0ur server was very sweet but not very attentive or accurate. For a seafood place, my clam pasta special had no clams in it. The pasta was good, but I thought I was ordering a seafood pasta for $34. I did have oysters for an appetizer and those were good. The restaurant and bar are very nice, as are the restrooms that are next door in the hotel lobby. The place was quite busy, maybe it was just me, but I won’t be back.

Jon & Lydia were great

By Holly W |

Lydia & Jon were absolutely amazing! My husband and I went to Hotel 1000 for our honeymoon and we would return to the hotel bar after a busy day of exploring and hiking to get a drink or two at Rosebay and every time they took care of us. Drinks were great, vibes were awesome and it was always a great time! Loved them both and greatly appreciated them!

An excellent dining experience

By AllenA77 |

I had gone to All Water Seafood for breakfast, which was excellent, and my expectation was simply a casual dinner. The night turned in a fine dining experience. The food was excellent, the service and pace of the meal could not have been better. Our server (Aesha S?) was focused on making this dinner special for us. The meal exceeded our expectations, and was one of our better dining experiences on a two week vacation.

Great place

By Guide30202924103 |

Had a lovely meal at All Water last night. Food and wine was excellent, and our waitress, Aisha, was lovely and very helpful.

5 stars for Eric!

By Claire Wright |

Great spot! Good food and lovely decor. Eric truly made the visit a 5 star experience! Thank you for the wonderful personable service.

Loved happy hour

By Frank C |

Alicia S is THE server. Great all around-food and service. Fish and chips plus the oysters were amazing. A nice selection of cocktails too.

Fun times!

By Pam G |

Lydia was amazing. Such great service and so nice to our group of six friends. We were in town for two nights and both nights we ended our day at Rose Bay. The decor had a cool St Trope vibe and provided a nice atmosphere with even a cute little Photo Booth with beach props to memorialize the occasion.

Incredible service and shrimp

By John B |

We had such a great time. Everything we got was super tasty, but the shrimp was absolutely delicious. The best part of our visit was our server, Aisha. Super knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. We’re local and will definitely be back for Aisha (& the shrimp)

Great mid day late lunch

By Howie |

We’re guests of the hotel and needed a late lunch in a relaxing atmosphere — this hit the spot. We had a soup, salad, and chips/dip with a couple of cocktails. Aisha took care of us and we had a nice time just relaxing with friendly and attentive service. Thanks!

Amazing evening!!

By Kelly M |

Eric was so lovely and knowledgeable and fast! We had wine and oysters and we are so happy with the selection! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!

Flawless Service, Fantastic Food, Memorable Night

By Wanderer16419346421 |

I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my dad’s 66th birthday at All Water Oyster Bar and Seafood, and our evening was made truly unforgettable thanks to Aisha. From the moment we were seated, her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism elevated the entire experience. She made us feel celebrated in such a genuine way, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and offering thoughtful suggestions on food and drinks that turned out to be spot-on. The food and cocktails were fantastic - everything was so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered lots of oysters, the chowder, and fish and chips. What really made the night special was Aisha’s care and presence. She struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever intrusive, and she went above and beyond to make sure my dad felt honored on his birthday. Service like hers transforms a great dinner into a memorable celebration, and we left feeling so grateful for her role in our evening. Thank you, Aisha, for making this milestone birthday one we will always remember!

Lydia Is A Wonderful Bartender

Lydia at Rosebay (hotel bar) is a wonderful bar tender that makes amazing drinks. She is great behind the bar! Thanks for a lovely time.

Excellent venue & service

By David T |

Aisha our server was a lovely person, very friendly and we enjoyed talking to her. Food & drinks were great. Aisha was a great ambassador for the hotel, restaurant and Seattle.

Great Friday evening meal!

By Emy B |

Every person that I came in contact with from the hostess to the server were friendly and helpful. The food selection is wonderful and everything sounded delicious. I had the Jumbo Scallops & Shrimp Risotto and it was cooked to perfection by the chef Eric R! Great experience overall!

5 stars

By Sara S |

Aisha was great. Loved our little afternoon snack and service. Oyster happy hour is a nice perk for something to hold you over until dinner.

Relaxed

By Heather B |

Good environment, good food. Got to hang out, talk and didn’t feel rushed!! Food was ok! Recommend the prawn small plate.

Amazing food and friendly staff

Great food, ambiance and a great staff. Highly recommend. Eric r is amazing and the staff that was there yesterday evening was very friendly and accommodating

Thank You, Aisha!!! :)

By Seattle B |

The food is great! We went there for lunch on a family member’s recommendation and it was so worth it! We had the oysters, fish n chips, salad, etc. The very best part really was AISHA S.!!! Thank you so much Aisha for being patient and kind with us (what with al our questions etc.) Aisha was so friendly and everything was fantastic, because of her. We will surely be going back soon. We appreciate you, Aisha!

Good time

By Efren A |

Aisha our server was friendly and provided excellent service. Food was good, cocktails were good and top notch service.

Perfect food, drink, and Aisha was the best!

By Denise R |

Aisha was an amazing waitress! She was very attentive, friendly, accurate, helpful, funny, charming, charismatic and true service to us, the customers. No goofy chatter or attitude. Food was devine, and Aisha provided assistance and expertise and was spot on! What she recommended was a perfect suggestion. I highly recommend, even to non-fish eaters.

Amazing!

By Emily S |

Aisha was amazing. She gave us the best recommendations for our meal and was super friendly. We really enjoyed our cocktails and the oysters were phenomenal! Go Mariners!

Rosebay bar was excellent

By Russ B |

The Rosebay bar was was wonderful. It was a nice spot for a nightcap at the end of the night. Lydia was especially helpful and inviting.

FANTASTIC!

By Kathy J |

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton hotel one night after our cruise and we're happy to see that there was a restaurant and bar on site. The burger and fries was juicy and cooked to our liking. Our meal was served by our waitress Aisha and she was great, she anticipated our needs and her recommendations for the local spirits we're well accepted, my husband loved the Fremont Dark Star beer. Aisha conversed with us on our hometown and shared hers as well, we also had something in common, we are both Pittsburgh Steelers fans. We will definitely eat at All Water in the future should we visit Seattle in the future.

Service with class and kindness

By Eileen S |

Came in from a long multi flight journey from the east coast. Too tired to look for food outside we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was great - very tasty and looked good as well. It was on the higher price end but worth it. Our waitperson was Aisha S and what a wonderful person. She was personable and connected with my son so easily. Highly recommend her if you’re there during her shift.

Excellent food near the waterfront

By NewPlaceFan |

We were down at the waterfront and looking for a nice place with seafood. The All Water fit the bill. Our server was friendly and helpful. The halibut ceviche starter was excellent, as were the oysters on the half shell. Of the four mains: Papardelle, paella, salmon, and "hen of the woods," the Hen of the Woods (actually mushrooms - not chicken) was perhaps the best. The Papardelle was tasty with excellent short ribs as the meat. Of the desserts, the "dessert donuts" with the accompanying sauces were the favorite. Not inexpensive, but we definitely ate well!

Unwelcome

By Katie Green |

As a solo traveler through USA I have been welcomed in the the restaurants and bars I’ve been in, however here, I felt unwelcome at this restaurant, like I was an inconvenience to them.

Midday Meander

By scottfX9890RA |

Eric was an extremely gracious host, everything was excellent: recommend the happy hour menu, bloody Mary, and oysters.

Disappointing Oysters

By Heathey |

We came here for happy hour based on the positive reviews. We were super disappointed with the oysters and couldn’t even finish them. Didn’t taste fresh and texture wasn’t good. Also tried the Thai wings and the texture was also off! Maybe they were having an off day but we ended up stopping at the next Oyster restaurant down the street and were blown away.

Good food amazing staff

By Ted B |

Aisha S. Was one of the best servers I have had in a long long time!!! Food was good, desert was delicious and the atmosphere was pretty ok!

MAX “The Manager”

By Salomon L |

Terrible service by “The Manager” host assign the table. And when he realize that the table was reserved he tried to change the table And told the family that only one hour. VERY RUDE. Their mistake…. Any way rude service restaurant was empty….

Afternoon Oysters!

By Joshuaalandavis |

Fresh locally sourced oysters with a paired down wine menu that hits the spot. Fill up and people watch before you head up the hill!

Good restaurant with great service

By kingster27 |

In Seattle for the week and went to this restaurant for a fast dinner. Good service and food. Would recommend it. The oysters in partiuclar were a highlight and good wine selection.

Outstanding meal and service

By Family-of-Five95 |

Outstanding waitress Aisha S, was so helpful. The food was outstanding lamb and chicken and mussels. Would definitely come back

Impeccable

By kelly k |

Eric R was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The Greek salad was delish and my martini was a perfect way to end the night.

Very Slow Service

By rebelee |

We were one of only three tables here on a Monday afternoon and the service was ridiculously slow. The hostess and server seemed more interested in talking to each other. We were told there wasn’t a kids menu, even when their website has one. Having said that, we were there to get oysters and those were very good. Once the server decided that there was indeed a kids menu, my son’s meal was very good, and we appreciated the gluten free options.

Jessi is the best!!!

By Patti L |

Had the best best best lunch ever! Jessi our waitress made the whole experience that much better! She was kind, attentive, responsive, accommodating and even made sure we left well hydrated. Such a GIFT!!!

Fast and delicious

By Anastasia L |

Had a great dinner! Aisha was our waitress and she was sweet enough to remake my spicy margarita that was a little too spicy. Food was delicious too!

Delicious food and friendly staff

By Linda T |

We had a lovely dinner. We ordered the seafood chowder, the couscous risotto, and the sockeye salmon. Everything was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was elegant, but I didn't feel underdressed in my street clothes. Aisha S. was warm and friendly. She even took time to give us directions. The value was part for the area. No wait for a table, even on a Saturday evening. Possibly because of the poor weather.

Phenomenal service!

By Mason R |

Eric our bartender/server was phenomenal! Not only did he go above and beyond with our food service but he was also very informative about things to do in the surrounding area. The staff here are we keep coming back!

Oyster bar at its best

By Marc S |

Very friendly staff and seafood of exceptional quality. Very relaxed atmosphere, not too loud and not overcrowded despite the weekend

Sit at the bar with Eric

By Whitney S |

Eric was amazing, he served us two times and was great. Made sure our sodas were full and gave great recommendations. Highly recommended for before dinner drink and after hours dessert

Not worth it

By Dawn W |

Way too expensive for what you get. Service was so slow and it was half empty inside. The food is mediocre for their prices. That was very disappointing. Ambiance was nice. Oysters were fantastic, but $70 for a tiny ribeye, $50 for a tiny piece of halibut and $50 for 2 scallops and 3 prawns was absolutely ridiculous. They need to be stellar for that price and they were not.

Go here.

By Lmart |

Absolutely top notch restaurant. Food and drinks were quality and delicious, service was excellent, atmosphere and vibe were top notch. I cannot wait to return.

Excellent food, not much ambiance

By Donaldswim |

Pleasant restaurant in a good central location, close to the waterfront. Food was excellent. The only negative was the lack of atmosphere due to their being only a handful of customers in a large restaurant (early evening on a Friday night) .

Great food great service!

By Katy M |

Great dinner and our server, Eric provided great input about their selections. Everything was served very promptly and he wad fun and engaging. Well done!

Wonderful service and meal!

By Keith G |

Family and I stopped in for dinner and drinks. Bartender was spot on and made perfect cocktails. The wait staff didn’t rush our experience but was also attentive. The food was fantastic! Good spot for oysters small curated selection but all were delicious! Entrees were all spot on! Try the Halibut or Short Rib Pasta as we particularly enjoyed those dishes. If that’s not your speed or mood, order literally anything else. I’d bet the farm you’re gonna love it!

Late morning breakfast

By A M |

Went for a late breakfast on Wednesday before flight home. Service professional but, slow. Lox and bagels exceptional with everything you could want on the plate to build your own. Orange juice, scrabbled eggs, muffin very good. Melons and pineapple on fruit plate unripe, berries perfect. Plain croissant disappointing. Portion size large.
